Abstract
The invention relates to a method for testing the softness of a soft aramid protective material, which is used for testing the protective materials prepared from aramid woven fabric, aramid non-woven fabric or laminated materials thereof and used for body armor, stab-resistant armor, bullet-resistant stab-resistant armor (double-protection armor) and the like. The testing device consists of a testing platform and an inclined plane, wherein the gradient of the inclined plane is 30 degrees, and the upper part of the testing device is provided with a flat plate. The test method is simple to operate and easy to implement, improves the phenomenon that the softness of the conventional material has subjective deviation due to artificial sensory evaluation, makes qualitative representation on the softness of the soft aramid fiber protective material, forms an objective softness evaluation standard, has important guiding significance for evaluating and comparing the softness of bulletproof stab-resistant armor and other individual protective products prepared from aramid fiber non-woven cloth, aramid fiber woven cloth and other materials, and promotes the development of the individual protective industry.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of individual protection and special equipment, and particularly relates to a method for testing softness of a soft aramid fiber protection material.
Background
The soft aramid protective material comprises aramid non-woven cloth, aramid woven cloth and other materials, has excellent bulletproof and stab-resistant performances, and is widely applied to individual protective equipment such as body armor, stab-resistant armor, bulletproof and stab-resistant armor and the like. With the development of science and technology and the demands of police and civil fields, the requirement on the comfort of individual protective equipment is higher and higher, wherein, the softness is one of the main reference factors of the comfort performance, and the quality directly influences the serviceability of the product and the experience and the feeling of the wearer.
At present, the manual sensory evaluation adopted for the materials, such as the protective chips, has subjective deviation, so that a qualitative representation needs to be made on the softness of the soft aramid protective materials to form an objective softness evaluation standard so as to evaluate and compare the soft aramid protective materials, so that the design and improvement of products are guided, and the development of the individual protective industry is promoted.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for testing the softness of a soft aramid protective material, which can solve the problems in the background art and provide a quantitative characterization method for the softness, and is used for testing the softness of the soft aramid protective material with the thickness of more than 3 mm.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the method for testing the softness of the soft aramid fiber protective material,
(1) the test surface consists of a test platform (1) and an inclined plane (2), wherein the gradient of the inclined plane is 30 degrees, and an upper flat plate (3) of the test equipment is a steel plate with the thickness of 500mm multiplied by 600mm multiplied by 2mm or a substitute thereof;
(2) the test method consists of the following test steps:
1) adjusting the test equipment to be horizontal, horizontally placing the test sample on the platform, enabling one edge of the test sample to be overlapped with the edge of the inclined plane, and pressing the test sample by using a steel plate or a substitute thereof;
2) horizontally pushing the steel plate or the substitute thereof and the sample to slowly move along the direction of the inclined plane until the steel plate or the substitute thereof and the sample extend out of the inclined plane by 20 cm;
3) and observing whether the vertical edge of the sample is in contact with the inclined plane or not, if the vertical edge of the sample is in contact with the inclined plane and stretches out along the inclined plane by less than or equal to 20cm, continuing to sequentially test the remaining 3 edges, if the single-side test is passed, overturning the sample, continuing to test the 4 edges of the other surface until the test is finished, and if the two surfaces are both tested to be passed, judging that the softness is qualified. If there is no contact, the softness is judged to be not acceptable, and the test is ended.
The soft aramid protective material comprises a test sample which is prepared by laminating or laminating two or more layers of aramid woven fabric, aramid non-woven fabric or a material obtained by laminating multiple layers of aramid woven fabric and aramid non-woven fabric and has a thickness of more than 3mm, and comprises protective materials for body armor, stab-resistant armor, bullet-resistant and stab-resistant armor (double-protection armor) and the like.
According to the method for testing the softness of the soft aramid fiber protective material, a test sample is rectangular, the side length is larger than or equal to 300mm, and if the side length of a sample is smaller than 300mm, the sample with the side length larger than or equal to 300mm needs to be prepared independently.

The examples and descriptions of the present invention are provided to explain the present invention and should not be construed as unduly limiting the invention.
Example 1
As shown in figures 1 and 2, the method for testing the softness of the soft aramid protective material is used for testing a bulletproof stab-resistant armor chip which is prepared by stacking 46 layers of aramid laid fabric laminates and has the size of 300mm multiplied by 300mm, the testing is carried out according to the steps of claim 1 of the invention, when the chip extends out along an inclined plane to be less than or equal to 20cm, the drooping edge of a sample is contacted with the inclined plane, 4 edges of the bullet-resistant stab-resistant armor face and the skin-contacting face are tested to pass, and therefore, the softness of the product is judged to be qualified.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a method for testing the softness of a soft aramid protective material is used for testing a bulletproof garment chip which is prepared by stacking 28 layers of aramid laid fabrics and has the size of 300mm x 300mm, the testing is carried out according to the steps of claim 1 of the invention, when the chip extends out along an inclined plane to be less than or equal to 20cm, the drooping edge of a sample is contacted with the inclined plane, 4 edges of the bullet-facing surface and the close-fitting surface of the bulletproof garment are tested to pass, and therefore the softness of the product is judged to be qualified.
Example 3
As shown in figures 1 and 2, the method for testing the softness of the soft aramid protective material is used for testing a stab-resistant clothing chip which is prepared by laminating 20 layers of aramid laid cloth and 4 layers of woven cloth and has the size of 400mm multiplied by 300mm, the testing is carried out according to the steps of claim 1 of the invention, when the chip extends out along an inclined plane to be less than or equal to 20cm, the drooping edge of a sample is contacted with the inclined plane, 4 edges of the stab-resistant clothing stab-facing surface and the close-fitting surface are tested to pass, and therefore, the softness of the product is judged to be qualified.
Example 4
As shown in figures 1 and 2, the method for testing the softness of the soft aramid protective material is used for testing a bulletproof stab-resistant armor chip which is prepared by stacking 34 layers of aramid laid fabrics and has the size of 300mm multiplied by 300mm, the testing is carried out according to the steps of claim 1 of the invention, when the chip extends out along an inclined plane to be less than or equal to 20cm, the downward edge of a sample is contacted with the inclined plane, 4 edges of the bulletproof side and the close-fitting side of the bulletproof stab-resistant armor pass the testing, and therefore the softness of the product is judged to be qualified.
Claims (3)
1. A method for testing the softness of a soft aramid fiber protective material is characterized in that,
(1) the test surface consists of a test platform (1) and an inclined plane (2), wherein the gradient of the inclined plane is 30 degrees, and the upper flat plate (3) of the test equipment is a steel plate with the thickness of 500mm multiplied by 600mm multiplied by 2mm or a substitute thereof.
(2) The test method consists of the following test steps:
1) adjusting the test equipment to be horizontal, horizontally placing the test sample on the platform, enabling one edge of the test sample to be overlapped with the edge of the inclined plane, and pressing the test sample by using a steel plate or a substitute thereof;

If there is no contact, the softness is judged to be not acceptable, and the test is ended.
2. The method for testing the softness of a soft aramid protective material according to claim 1, wherein the soft aramid protective material comprises a test specimen having a thickness of more than 3mm prepared in a laminated or laminated form from two or more layers of aramid woven fabric, aramid laid fabric, or a multi-layered laminated material thereof, and comprises a protective material for body armor, stab-resistant armor (double armor), and the like.

The method for testing the softness of the soft aramid protective material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the test sample is rectangular, the side length dimension is greater than or equal to 300mm, and if the side length dimension of the sample is less than 300mm, the sample with the side length dimension greater than or equal to 300mm needs to be prepared separately.
