s1: selecting arc hoop components with proper length and quantity according to different installation specifications of the communication tower body to be connected in series, then integrally encircling a chain type hoop formed by each arc hoop component on the outer side of the communication tower body, and then fastening through a locking mechanism;
s2: when the distance between the upper arc hoop and the lower arc hoop needs to be adjusted, the arc hoop parts are spread and placed on the horizontal plane, and the lower arc hoop I (3) can be pulled in the direction away from the upper arc hoop I (1) under the action of the stretching part, so that the distance between the upper arc hoop and the lower arc hoop can be increased;
s3: after the interval between arc hoop and the lower arc hoop is accomplished in the regulation, through breaking each arc hoop part off with the fingers and thumb for each arc hoop part is buckled, through under the effect of tensile part, can lock the arc hoop and down the interval between the arc hoop.
