Abstract
A casing scraper and a cleaning method using the same. The casing scraper of the present invention comprises: the integral mandrel is integral, hollow inside and communicated up and down; the cage type scraper is integrally processed by an elastic steel plate, and a plurality of spiral blade strips along the length direction of the mandrel are formed on the side surface of the cage type scraper; wherein, the cage type scraper is sleeved on the integral mandrel and is fixed. According to the invention, an elastic integral multi-blade cage type scraper is adopted, complex structures such as a conventional pipe scraper spring and a gasket are not needed, the middle spiral elastic steel plate can meet the requirements of scraping sleeves with different inner diameters, and the inner wall of the sleeve can be scraped in a 360-degree dead-angle-free full-coverage manner; the integral mandrel structure can reduce the risk of failure of the middle connection of the pipe scraper; the integral spiral cage type scraper adopts an elastic multi-blade structure, so that the effect of scraping the pipe scraper and the sleeve repeatedly by single relative motion can be realized, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a cleaning tool for an oil casing, in particular to a casing scraper and a cleaning method adopting the casing scraper.
Background
Casing scrapers are used to remove cement lumps, hard wax, various salt crystals and deposits, burrs, rust, etc. remaining on the inner wall of the casing, so that various downhole tools can be smoothly run into the casing. Particularly when the annular space between the downhole tool and the inner wall of the casing is small, the downhole tool should be scraped sufficiently before the next step. At present, when some oil fields in China and some oil and gas wells in foreign countries are constructed, the scraper is used as an indispensable process, and the success rate of running down downhole tools is improved, for example, the success rate of setting a packer is improved. Due to the complex downhole environment, foreign matter or changes in the inner diameter of the casing are likely to occur in the casing, thereby affecting the setting of the packer. There is a great need to develop a casing cleaning tool and method that can accommodate these particular situations.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the main objective of the present invention is to provide a casing scraper and a cleaning method using the same, which are intended to at least partially solve the above technical problems.
In order to achieve the above object, as one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a casing scraper comprising:
the integral mandrel is integral, hollow inside and communicated up and down;
the cage type scraper is integrally processed by an elastic steel plate, and a plurality of spiral blade strips along the length direction of the mandrel are formed on the side surface of the cage type scraper;
wherein, the cage type scraper is sleeved on the integral mandrel and is fixed.
As another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a casing cleaning method including the steps of:
connecting the casing scraper to a drill pipe and putting the casing scraper into a well;
and rotating the drill rod to scrape the inner wall of the casing.
Based on the technical scheme, the casing scraper and the cleaning method using the casing scraper have at least one of the following beneficial effects:
(1) the invention adopts an elastic integral multi-blade cage type scraper which is processed by integral steel billets without complex structures such as a conventional pipe scraper spring, a gasket and the like;
(2) the middle spiral elastic steel plate of the cage type scraper can meet the requirements of scraping sleeves with different inner diameters, and can scrape the inner wall of the sleeve in 360-degree dead-angle-free full coverage;
(3) the integral mandrel structure can reduce the risk of failure of the middle connection of the pipe scraper;
(4) the integral spiral cage type scraper disclosed by the invention adopts an elastic multi-blade structure, so that the effect of scraping the pipe scraper and the sleeve for multiple times by single relative movement can be realized, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.

In order that the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with the following specific embodiments. Because the position of the product can be changed at will, the terms of orientation such as "up", "down", "left", "right" and the like in the invention only indicate relative position relationship, but are not used to limit absolute position relationship. In the following description, for convenience of description, the casing scraper of the present invention is illustrated in a vertically-disposed manner (with the paper looking down from the top in accordance with the figure number) with the upper joint being located above and the lower joint being located below with reference to fig. 1.
The invention discloses a casing pipe scraper, which is an integral mandrel variable-diameter cage type casing pipe scraper and specifically comprises:
the integral mandrel is integral, hollow inside and communicated up and down;
the cage type scraper is integrally processed by an elastic steel plate, and a plurality of spiral blade strips along the length direction of the mandrel are formed on the side surface of the cage type scraper; the cage type scraper is sleeved on the integral mandrel and is fixed.
Wherein, the spiral blade of cage scraper still is provided with the cubic arch of side, plays the effect of rightting the piece.
Wherein, the fixed of cage scraper is realized through the cooperation of the protruding semi-ring in upper portion, the concave semi-ring in upper portion, the protruding semi-ring in lower part and the concave semi-ring in lower part jointly, and the cage scraper can freely rotate between it.
The upper convex semi-ring, the upper concave semi-ring, the lower convex semi-ring and the lower concave semi-ring are all made of copper alloy materials.
Wherein, the upper convex semi-ring is positioned on the integral mandrel through a positioning ring.
Wherein, the lower end of the cage type scraper of the casing pipe scraper is also provided with a spiral wing, and the spiral wing comprises a plurality of ribs which extend spirally and have equal length.
Wherein, the casing pipe scraper does not comprise a spring, a nut, an anchor sheet, a gasket and other structures.
The invention also discloses a casing cleaning method adopting the casing scraper, which comprises the following steps:
connecting the casing scraper to a drill rod and putting the casing scraper into a well;
the drill rod is rotated, so that 360-degree dead-angle-free full coverage is realized, and the inner wall of the sleeve is scraped.
The technical solution of the present invention is further explained with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the casing scraper of the present invention comprises: the integral mandrel comprises an integral mandrel 1, a nut 2, a positioning ring 3, an upper convex semi-ring 4, an upper concave semi-ring 5, a cage type scraper 6, a lower convex semi-ring 7, a lower concave semi-ring 8, a spiral wing 9, an elastic steel plate 10, a guide block 11, a cutting edge 12, a centering block 13 and a supporting groove 14.
In operation, the casing scraper of the invention is connected to a drill string and run into the well, the wings 9 have a centering effect on the scraper, while the alloy on the wings 9 has a grinding effect on the hard material in the casing. The righting block 13 on the cage type scraper 6 can play a role of a conventional righting device. The 6 multiple-edge structures of cage scraper can carry out 360 full coverages scraping to the sleeve pipe high-efficiently. The elastic steel plate 10 in the cage type scraper 6 can make the whole sleeve filled with the elastic steel plate, and the complex structures of disc springs, nuts, anchor sheets and the like of a conventional pipe scraper are reduced.
The upper convex semi-ring 4, the upper concave semi-ring 5, the lower convex semi-ring 7 and the lower concave semi-ring 8 are made of copper alloy materials, can play a role in supporting the cage type scraper 6, and enable the cage type scraper to freely rotate on the whole mandrel 1, and friction resistance is low.
The positioning ring 3 can axially position the positioning ring 3 and the upper convex semi-ring 4 to prevent the axial movement. The nut 2 is in threaded connection with the integral mandrel 1.
Through a plurality of tests, the elastic integral multi-blade cage type scraper is formed by machining an integral steel billet, complex structures such as a conventional pipe scraper spring and a gasket are not needed, the middle spiral elastic steel plate can meet the requirement of scraping sleeves with different inner diameters, and the inner wall of the sleeve can be scraped in a 360-degree dead-angle-free full-coverage mode. The integral mandrel structure can reduce the risk of failure of the middle connection of the pipe scraper. The integral spiral cage type scraper adopts an elastic multi-blade structure, so that the effect of scraping the pipe scraper and the sleeve repeatedly by single relative motion can be realized, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.

Claims (8)
1. A casing scraper, comprising:
the integral mandrel is integral, hollow inside and communicated up and down;
the cage type scraper is integrally processed by an elastic steel plate, and a plurality of spiral blade strips along the length direction of the mandrel are formed on the side surface of the cage type scraper;
wherein, the cage type scraper is sleeved on the integral mandrel and is fixed.
2. A casing scraper according to claim 1 in which the helical cutting edge of the cage scraper is provided with a square projection which acts as a centralising block.
3. The casing scraper of claim 1 wherein said cage scraper is secured by co-operation of an upper male half ring, an upper female half ring, a lower male half ring and a lower female half ring, said cage scraper being freely rotatable therebetween.
4. The casing scraper of claim 1 wherein the upper male half ring, the upper female half ring, the lower male half ring and the lower female half ring are made of a copper alloy material.
5. The cannula scraper of claim 4 wherein the upper male half collar is positioned on the integral mandrel by a retaining ring.
6. The casing scraper of claim 1 further comprising a helical fin at the lower end of the cage scraper, said helical fin comprising a plurality of helically extending ribs of equal length.
7. The casing scraper of claim 1 wherein said casing scraper is free of springs, nuts, anchor pads and washers.
8. A method of cleaning a cannula, comprising the steps of:
connecting a casing scraper according to any one of claims 1 to 7 to a drill pipe and running it down into the well;
and rotating the drill rod to scrape the inner wall of the casing.
