Technical Field

Background
In the process of oil exploitation and well repair, the underground oil pipe casing is in a corrosive environment for a long time, the inner wall is easy to scale, and the outer surface is easy to corrode, perforate and the like. When the oil pipe is lifted in the well repairing operation, the oil pipe structure is damaged, and the oil pipe cannot be lifted. In the process of milling, the flat-bottom milling shoe drives the milling shoe body to rotate by rotating the drill column, and alloy on the lower part of the milling shoe grinds the top of the oil pipe. installing the outer positioning sleeve milling composite milling shoe on a milling pipe column and putting the milling pipe column into a well in a technical sleeve;
and rotating the milling pipe column, introducing drilling fluid, and milling and cutting the inner wall of the technical casing, the residual oil pipe in the technical casing, the casing and/or other residual tools by using the outer positioning sleeve milling composite milling shoe.
Based on the technical scheme, the external positioning milling composite milling shoe, the corresponding drilling equipment and the method have at least one of the following beneficial effects:

A main flow channel 3 is designed at the upper part of a pilot hole milling shoe body 1, the lower part of the pilot hole milling shoe body is branched into two branch flow channels 5, drilling fluid enters the two branch flow channels 5 through the main flow channel 3 in the fishing operation and repair process, cooling liquid washes away chips in the milling engineering through a transverse milling plate 6, and meanwhile, the whole hard alloy 10 is cooled, so that the hard alloy 10 is in a better working environment. The drilling fluid enters the lower part of the sleeve through a gap between the external pilot sleeve 4 and the inner sleeve, and the hard alloy 10 cooling the lower part of the external pilot sleeve 4 simultaneously takes part in carrying scraps and then returns to a wellhead upwards from a flow passage outside the external pilot sleeve 4.
In a more preferred embodiment, the pilot grind shoe body 1 is formed with an internal connection thread 2 capable of maintaining a sealing connection at an upper portion thereof and an internal deep hole (main flow path) 3 at a middle portion thereof during a process of forming the same, and the lower portion of the internal deep hole 3 is connected to two branch holes (branch flow paths) 5.
