隔断门,是门的一种,应用于隔断装修;对分开的两个空间起到驳合、引导和过渡的作用;是连接空间的纽带。隔断门有很多种,包括壁柜门、推拉门、折叠门、活动轨道门、壁柜移门、隔断移门、折叠移门、平开门、橱柜门等等。分类另外,在高隔间以及玻璃隔断中最常用的还有钢化玻璃门,分地簧门和合页门,如果空间需要可能会做推拉钢化玻璃门,总而言之,在根据隔断的样式及需要来搭配适当的隔断门是设计时应该考虑到的。
现有电动隔断门的传动开合方式,主要为平开式或平移式,平开式的隔断门对纵向空间要求大,而平移式对横向空间要求高,因此市场上急需一种隔断门用皮带锁紧装置来解决这些问题。

2.本发明通过在门扇的外壁安装一组安全光栅,两个安全光栅间形成的光幕能够覆盖整个扇面,在关门过程中,若光幕感应到遮挡,则会发送信号至远程控制开关,关停电机,起到防夹作用,提高了隔断门使用的安全性。
3.本发明通过设置离线语音识别控制模组,使用过程中,用户可对着开关组下端的喇叭口说出语音信息,由离线语音识别控制模组接收后,根据预设的语音进行信息识别,依靠识别结果驱动三相异步电机运行,从而通过语音控制门扇开关,该功能大大提升了用户使用的方便性,且适用于视障人群,较为人性化。
4.本发明通过在钢质门扇的内部设置防火复合板以及防火窗,防火窗用于观察门内状况,且在火灾发生时方便掌控门内状况,防火复合板则由岩棉板和硅酸钙板复合而成,能够有效提升隔断门的防火性能,门框与门扇的连接处设置有防火膨胀密封条,防火膨胀密封条能在火灾发生时自动膨胀封堵门缝缝隙,阻隔两个空间的空气流通,防止火灾早期浓烟扩散,以达到控制火势蔓延的作用。

请参阅图1-5,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种隔断门用皮带锁紧装置,包括门框1,门框1的内部设置有钢质门扇7,钢质门扇7的上方设置有驱动框架11,且驱动框架11与门框1固定连接,驱动框架11的一侧固定安装有电机防护箱12,钢质门扇7内部的中间位置处安装有中心转轴21,中心转轴21的两端分别贯穿并延伸至门框1和驱动框架11的内部,且与门框1和驱动框架11的连接处安装有轴承22,中心转轴21的上端固定安装有第二皮带轮29,电机防护箱12的内部固定安装有三相异步电机25,三相异步电机25通过电机座26与电机防护箱12的内壁固定连接,三相异步电机25的输出端上设置有联轴器27,三相异步电机25的输出端通过联轴器27与第一皮带轮28固定连接。
进一步,三相异步电机25输出端上的第一皮带轮28通过橡胶皮带30与中心转轴21上端的第二皮带轮29传动连接,三相异步电机25能够依靠皮带传动作用带动中心转轴21以及外部的钢质门扇7旋转,达到控制隔断门启闭的作用。
进一步,门框1一侧的前端面上固定安装有开关组2,开关组2包括正转按钮3、反转按钮4和停止按钮5,驱动框架11的内部安装有远程控制开关23,且远程控制开关23的型号为TAD-YK628,远程控制开关23的内部固定安装有正转限位开关231和反转限位开关232,远程控制开关23的输出端与三相异步电机25的输入端电性连接,正转按钮3、反转按钮4、停止按钮5、正转限位开关231和反转限位开关232的输出端均与远程控制开关23的输入端电性连接,远程控制开关23能够依靠适配的遥控器远程操控三相异步电机25,达到开关隔断门的作用,也可通过连接的开关组2对电机进行控制,其内部的正转限位开关231和反转限位开关232能够控制电机的行程。
进一步,开关组2的下端固定安装有喇叭口6,远程控制开关23的一侧固定安装有离线语音识别控制模组24,且离线语音识别控制模组24的型号为QLIFE-ASR21M,离线语音识别控制模组24的输出端与远程控制开关23的输入端电性连接,喇叭口6用于接收语音信息,并将信息发送至离线语音识别控制模组24,语音识别模组24能够根据预设的语音进行信息识别,依靠识别结果驱动三相异步电机运行,从而控制门扇开关。
进一步,钢质门扇7前端面的上端和下端均固定安装有安全光栅10,且安全光栅10的型号为GL-R23F,安全光栅10的输出端与远程控制开关23的输入端电性连接,两个安全光栅10间能够形成光幕,在关门过程中,若光幕感应到遮挡,则会发送信号至远程控制开关23,关停电机,起到防夹作用。
进一步,钢质门扇7的两侧均设置有定位槽19,且定位槽19与钢质门扇7为一体结构,定位槽19的内部固定安装有防火膨胀密封条32,门框1的两侧内壁上均设置有限位槽18,且限位槽18与门框1为一体结构,定位槽19和限位槽18相互嵌合,能够提高闭合时的密封性,定位槽18内的防火膨胀密封条32能够进一步提高门扇密封性,且能在火灾发生时,自动膨胀封堵门缝缝隙,阻隔两个空间的空气流通,防止火灾早期浓烟扩散,起到了控制火势蔓延的作用。
进一步,钢质门扇7的前端面和后端面上均设置有加强筋9,加强筋9设置有八个,且均与钢质门扇7焊接连接,中心转轴21的外壁两侧均固定安装有连接杆31,且连接杆31与钢质门扇7的内壁固定连接,钢质门扇7上表面和下表面与驱动框架11和门框1的连接处均安装有聚醚醚酮边条33,加强筋9和连接杆31结构均能提高钢质门扇7的强度,提高其抗冲击性能,而上下边的聚醚醚酮边条33耐磨性好,且具有自润滑作用,能够避免门扇开合过程中上下边磨损。
进一步,中心转轴21的两侧均设置有防火窗8,且防火窗8与钢质门扇7固定连接,钢质门扇7的内部设置有防火复合板20,防火复合板20包括岩棉板201和硅酸钙板202,硅酸钙板202设置在防火复合板20的两侧,防火窗8用于观察门内状况,在火灾发生时方便掌控门内状况,防火复合板20内的岩棉板201具有较强的防火性,其外壁的硅酸钙板202同样具有较好的防火性能,且能够起到防潮作用,避免内部的岩棉板受潮影响使用效果。
进一步,驱动框架11的前端面上固定安装有维修盖板13,维修盖板13上设置有感应孔17,电机防护箱12的前端面上固定安装有散热板14,散热板14上设置有散热百叶15,且散热百叶15设置有五个,维修盖板13和散热板14通过螺钉16分别与驱动框架11和电机防护箱12螺纹连接,维修盖板13和散热板14均为可拆卸式,能够方便完成传动部分的检修维护工作。
工作原理:使用时,用户可通过远程控制开关23自带的遥控器或门框1上的开关组2控制三相异步电机25运行,由三相异步电机25的输出端与皮带传动,带动中心转轴21以及外部的钢质门扇7旋转,达到控制隔断门启闭的作用,钢质门扇7部分旋转九十度即为开启状态,相比于常规的平开式或平移式,旋转式占用的横向和纵向空间更小,适用于多种情况的隔断需求,除了常规的开关启闭外,该隔断门还支持语音识别功能,用户可对着开关组2下端的喇叭口6说出语音信息,由语音识别控制模组24接收后,根据预设的语音进行信息识别,依靠识别结果驱动三相异步电机25运行,从而通过语音控制门扇开关,钢质门扇7的前端面安装有一组安全光栅10,两个安全光栅10间形成的光幕能够覆盖整个扇面,在关门过程中,若光幕感应到遮挡,则会发送信号至远程控制开关23,关停电机,起到防夹作用,钢质门扇7的内部设置有防火复合板20以及防火窗8,防火窗8用于观察门内状况,在火灾发生时方便掌控门内状况,防火复合板20则由岩棉板201和硅酸钙板202复合而成,能够有效提升隔断门的防火性能,在火灾发生时避免火势蔓延,门框1与门扇的连接处设置有防火膨胀密封条32,防火膨胀密封条32能在火灾发生时自动膨胀封堵门缝缝隙,阻隔两个空间的空气流通,防止火灾早期浓烟扩散,进一步控制火势蔓延。

Claims (9)

1.一种隔断门用皮带锁紧装置,包括门框(1),其特征在于:所述门框(1)的内部设置有钢质门扇(7),所述钢质门扇(7)的上方设置有驱动框架(11),且驱动框架(11)与门框(1)固定连接,所述驱动框架(11)的一侧固定安装有电机防护箱(12),所述钢质门扇(7)内部的中间位置处安装有中心转轴(21),所述中心转轴(21)的两端分别贯穿并延伸至门框(1)和驱动框架(11)的内部,且与门框(1)和驱动框架(11)的连接处安装有轴承(22),所述中心转轴(21)的上端固定安装有第二皮带轮(29),所述电机防护箱(12)的内部固定安装有三相异步电机(25),所述三相异步电机(25)通过电机座(26)与电机防护箱(12)的内壁固定连接,所述三相异步电机(25)的输出端上设置有联轴器(27),所述三相异步电机(25)的输出端通过联轴器(27)与第一皮带轮(28)固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔断门用皮带锁紧装置,其特征在于:所述三相异步电机(25)输出端上的第一皮带轮(28)通过橡胶皮带(30)与中心转轴(21)上端的第二皮带轮(29)传动连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔断门用皮带锁紧装置,其特征在于:所述门框(1)一侧的前端面上固定安装有开关组(2),所述开关组(2)包括正转按钮(3)、反转按钮(4)和停止按钮(5),所述驱动框架(11)的内部安装有远程控制开关(23),且远程控制开关(23)的型号为TAD-YK628,所述远程控制开关(23)的内部固定安装有正转限位开关(231)和反转限位开关(232),所述远程控制开关(23)的输出端与三相异步电机(25)的输入端电性连接,所述正转按钮(3)、反转按钮(4)、停止按钮(5)、正转限位开关(231)和反转限位开关(232)的输出端均与远程控制开关(23)的输入端电性连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种隔断门用皮带锁紧装置,其特征在于:所述开关组(2)的下端固定安装有喇叭口(6),所述远程控制开关(23)的一侧固定安装有离线语音识别控制模组(24),且离线语音识别控制模组(24)的型号为QLIFE-ASR21M,所述离线语音识别控制模组(24)的输出端与远程控制开关(23)的输入端电性连接。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种隔断门用皮带锁紧装置,其特征在于:所述钢质门扇(7)前端面的上端和下端均固定安装有安全光栅(10),且安全光栅(10)的型号为GL-R23F,所述安全光栅(10)的输出端与远程控制开关(23)的输入端电性连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔断门用皮带锁紧装置,其特征在于:所述钢质门扇(7)的两侧均设置有定位槽(19),且定位槽(19)与钢质门扇(7)为一体结构,所述定位槽(19)的内部固定安装有防火膨胀密封条(32),所述门框(1)的两侧内壁上均设置有限位槽(18),且限位槽(18)与门框(1)为一体结构。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔断门用皮带锁紧装置,其特征在于:所述钢质门扇(7)的前端面和后端面上均设置有加强筋(9),加强筋(9)设置有八个,且均与钢质门扇(7)焊接连接,所述中心转轴(21)的外壁两侧均固定安装有连接杆(31),且连接杆(31)与钢质门扇(7)的内壁固定连接,所述钢质门扇(7)上表面和下表面与驱动框架(11)和门框(1)的连接处均安装有聚醚醚酮边条(33)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔断门用皮带锁紧装置,其特征在于:所述中心转轴(21)的两侧均设置有防火窗(8),且防火窗(8)与钢质门扇(7)固定连接,所述钢质门扇(7)的内部设置有防火复合板(20),所述防火复合板(20)包括岩棉板(201)和硅酸钙板(202),所述硅酸钙板(202)设置在防火复合板(20)的两侧。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔断门用皮带锁紧装置,其特征在于:所述驱动框架(11)的前端面上固定安装有维修盖板(13),所述维修盖板(13)上设置有感应孔(17),所述电机防护箱(12)的前端面上固定安装有散热板(14),所述散热板(14)上设置有散热百叶(15),且散热百叶(15)设置有五个,所述维修盖板(13)和散热板(14)通过螺钉(16)分别与驱动框架(11)和电机防护箱(12)螺纹连接。
