11 parts of a papermaking additive;
15 parts of deionized water;
5 parts of a water-soluble photoinitiator;
6 parts of nylon fiber;
10 parts of a nylon fiber net.

Claims (8)

1. The formula of the environment-friendly paperboard regenerated by using the papermaking sludge is characterized in that: the composition comprises the following components in parts by mass:
50-55 parts of dewatered papermaking sludge;
3-6 parts of an acid-base regulator;
30-40 parts of reinforced fiber;
5-8 parts of waterproof coating;
15-20 parts of starch adhesive;
6-12 parts of papermaking auxiliary agent;
10-20 parts of deionized water;
2-6 parts of water-soluble photoinitiator;
3-7 parts of nylon fiber;
8-12 parts of nylon fiber net.

The formulation of claim 1, wherein the paper sludge is recycled to form an environmentally friendly paper board, and the formulation comprises: the dehydration paper sludge is added with water and stirred into paste, chemical additives are conveniently added and mixed to react, the paper sludge in a paper pulp state is stirred at the temperature of 50-55 ℃, the dissolution is accelerated, and an acid-base regulator is added to perform acid-base neutralization regulation, in the stirring process, the temperature of the paper sludge is increased by 30 ℃ within 2 minutes, the temperature is increased by 5 ℃ every 15 minutes, the temperature is finally maintained at 50-55 ℃, the acid-base regulator is used to regulate the pH value in each temperature stage, and the foam foreign matter is removed from the upper layer of the paper pulp after standing for 15 minutes.

The formulation of claim 1, wherein the paper sludge is recycled to form an environmentally friendly paper board, and the formulation comprises: the reinforcing fiber is formed by mixing fibrilia and starch adhesive, and the paper pulp after acid-base balance is heated to 60 ℃ and then the reinforcing fiber is added for full stirring.

The formulation of claim 1, wherein the paper sludge is recycled to form an environmentally friendly paper board, and the formulation comprises: the waterproof coating is acrylic emulsion, is used as waterproof and moistureproof coating for the surface of paper and other paper products, can be diluted by about 5-10 times of deionized water when in use, and then is mechanically coated on the surface of the paper board being formed and dried at the temperature of about 60 ℃.

The formulation of claim 1, wherein the paper sludge is recycled to form an environmentally friendly paper board, and the formulation comprises: the papermaking auxiliary agent is polysiloxane defoaming agent and TYPE degassing agent, the polysiloxane defoaming agent and the TYPE degassing agent are added after the pulp is cooled to 45 ℃, and the stirring speed is reduced by half.

The formulation of claim 1, wherein the paper sludge is recycled to form an environmentally friendly paper board, and the formulation comprises: the water-soluble photoinitiator can be used as a printing material of a paperboard, so that the paperboard can be conveniently sprayed and printed on the surface, information can be printed on the paperboard, 13 parts of deionized water is sprayed on the surface of the molded paperboard by the water-soluble photoinitiator, and then the paperboard is heated until the temperature is dried, and the water-soluble photoinitiator is sprayed on the surface of the paperboard and stands for 5 minutes for use.
