Description

Clothes drying equipment
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of clothes drying equipment, and particularly relates to clothes drying equipment.
Background
The dryer is one of common home appliances, and mainly functions to rapidly dry wet laundry. The main heat and mass transfer medium of the existing clothes dryer is air, and the drying principle is that the air in the clothes dryer is heated, then the heat is transferred to clothes through the hot air, and the separation of water molecules in the clothes from the clothes is accelerated, so that the clothes drying is realized. There are two common ways of heating air, one by heating it with an electrical heater wire and the other by discharging heat from a refrigerant system, such as the condenser of a heat pump system. Because the enthalpy of air is relatively low, that is, the heat which can be transferred by the air per unit mass is limited, the drying time of the traditional clothes dryer is long, for example, the clothes dryer of 8 kilograms has the clothes drying time of more than 2 hours according to the national standard clothes humidity, and the drying time of the two heating modes is even 3 hours by the heat pump mode. If the clothes with the same humidity are dried and replaced by the heat transfer medium with the enthalpy value larger than that of the air, the clothes drying speed can be greatly improved. However, the introduction of other industrial media between the purposes of clothes may bring problems of safety, environmental protection or difficult use, so that the problem of long clothes drying time is always a big problem in the clothes dryer industry.
In order to solve the above problems, the prior art proposes a steam dryer, which aims to dry laundry by changing a drying medium from air to water vapor which is easily available in the dryer. The specific principle is as follows: because the enthalpy value of the superheated steam is nearly 7 times of that of the superheated air under the same pressure, the superheated steam is used for drying clothes, and theoretically, the clothes drying speed can be improved by 7 times. The prior art is based on the clothes drying principle, and designs a steam clothes dryer system and a solution of the core problem in the steam clothes dryer system. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the clothes dryer system in the prior art is characterized in that: comprises a roller, a steam compressor, a condenser and a fan. The steam compressor is used for compressing the water vapor in the roller and increasing the temperature of the water vapor. The compressed high-temperature steam becomes a heat source, and the low-temperature steam in the cylinder is continuously heated to form high-temperature steam. The high-temperature steam can heat the clothes, and the moisture on the clothes is continuously evaporated under the heating action to form steam, so that the drying is realized. The overall system working principle is as follows: the wet steam generated in the dryer is divided into two paths (steam can be taken from a roller), one path is sucked and compressed by a steam compressor, and the other path is blown into a condenser by a fan. The wet steam entering the steam compressor is compressed by the compressor and then becomes high-temperature steam, and then enters the condenser. In the condenser, the low-temperature steam originally blown in by the fan absorbs the heat released by the high-temperature steam discharged from the compressor, and turns into superheated steam. The superheated steam enters the drum again to exchange heat and mass with the clothes in the drum, so that the aim of drying the clothes is fulfilled. And after the heat of the steam compressed by the compressor is released, the condensed water vapor becomes liquid water and is then discharged.
In the research process, the temperature in the cylinder is low when the whole clothes dryer starts to operate, so that more water vapor is not easy to form, the vapor compressor is started at the moment, the compressor sucks more air due to insufficient vapor quantity, most of the gas of the compressed air is not subjected to phase change in the compression and condensation processes, namely, latent heat of vaporization cannot be released, the clothes cannot be heated quickly, more vapor is generated, more vapor is not generated, the vapor drying effect is not obvious, the temperature rise of the system is slow, the initial drying process is slow, the whole drying process is prolonged, and the time for drying the clothes by the clothes drying equipment is long.
The present invention has been made in view of this situation.
