As shown in fig. 10 and 11, in particular, the door outer cover includes a base cover 603 and a decorative cover 604, the door inner cover 602 is mounted on one side of the base cover 603, and the decorative cover 604 is mounted on the other side of the base cover 603.
Preferably, the door inner cover 602 is fixedly connected to the base cover 603 by screws 42.

In the embodiment, the elastic member 53 is arranged on the inner cylinder door hinge, so that when the inner cylinder door is closed, the elastic member is deformed to generate elastic force to keep the inner cylinder door 6 closed.
Preferably, the elastic member 53 is a torsion spring.
Further, in order to maintain the closed state between the inner cylinder door 6 and the cylinder opening of the inner cylinder 17, the inner cylinder door 6 and/or the inner cylinder 17 are/is provided with an attraction device for attracting the inner cylinder door 6 when the inner cylinder door 6 is closed, and the inner cylinder door 6 is kept attracted through the attraction device, so that the closed state between the inner cylinder door 6 and the cylinder opening of the inner cylinder 17 is maintained.
As an implementation manner of this embodiment, the attraction device 57 is disposed on the inner barrel door, the mouth of the inner barrel is provided with the attracted body 56 which can be attracted by the attraction device 57, or at least the mouth of the inner barrel 17 is made of a material which can be attracted by the attraction device.
Further, the attracting device 57 is a permanent magnet or an electromagnet, a permanent magnet or a magnetic body made of a magnetic material is arranged at the mouth of the inner cylinder 17, or the mouth 17 of the inner cylinder is made of a magnetic material, or the inner cylinder 17 is made of a magnetic material.
Permanent magnet: namely, the permanent magnet can keep the magnetism for a long time, and the permanent magnet is a hard magnet, is not easy to lose magnetism and is not easy to magnetize.
Materials that react in some way to magnetic fields are called magnetic materials. Preferably, the attraction device is a permanent magnet, and the inner cylinder is made of stainless steel material. The inner cylinder of this embodiment, which adsorbs stainless steel by permanent magnets, maintains the closed state of the inner cylinder door 6.

Further, the attraction device 57 is a permanent magnet or an electromagnet, the inner cylinder door 6 is provided with a permanent magnet or a magnetic body made of a magnetic material, or the inner cylinder door 6 comprises an inner cylinder door plate made of a magnetic material.
Preferably, the attraction device is a permanent magnet, and the inner cylinder door is correspondingly provided with a metal body.
As another embodiment of this embodiment, the attraction device 57 includes a plurality of attraction devices distributed along the circumferential direction of the inner cylinder door and/or the opening of the inner cylinder, so that the inner cylinder door has a better attraction effect and maintains a seal.

and the detection device is used for detecting whether the inner cylinder door 6 is closed in place or not;
when the inner drum door 6 is closed, the inner drum door and the inner drum 17 form an independent washing chamber together, and washing water is independently contained when clothes are washed.
The drum-type washing machine of this embodiment can realize detecting the open and close state of inner tube door through detection device, prevents to cause the inner tube not to seal because the inner tube door is closed not to the position, and can't realize the laundry operating mode of sclausura inner tube.
As an implementation manner of this embodiment, the detecting device includes a detecting terminal 59, the detecting terminal 59 is disposed on the opening of the inner cylinder 17, and the detecting terminal 59 has a first physical state corresponding to the opening of the inner cylinder door 6 and a second physical state corresponding to the closing of the inner cylinder door.
Specifically, the detection terminal 59 is a detection switch, the detection switch is arranged at the opening of the inner barrel 17, and the detection switch has a first physical state of normally open/normally closed and a second physical state of closing/opening under the trigger of the inner barrel door when the inner barrel door is closed.
The detection switch of this embodiment is the normally open state, triggers the detection switch and turns into the open mode by the normally open state when the inner tube door is closed, like this, keeps the off-state under drum type washing machine unoperated state, prevents that detection switch from closing all the time and causing the electric energy extravagant.
As another implementation manner of this embodiment, the detection device includes a detection terminal 59, the detection terminal 59 is disposed on the opening of the inner cylinder, and the detection terminal can generate a first signal corresponding to the indication that the door of the inner cylinder is opened and a second signal corresponding to the indication that the door of the inner cylinder is closed.
The detection terminal of the embodiment can generate a detection signal, and the detection signal changes under two states of closing and opening the inner cylinder door. For example, the detection terminal of the present embodiment may generate a photoelectric signal or an acoustic signal, and the photoelectric signal or the acoustic signal changes in the opening and closing states of the inner door, thereby representing the state of the inner door.
Specifically, one side of the inner cylinder door 6 is rotatably mounted on a cylinder opening of the inner cylinder 17 through an inner cylinder door hinge, the detection terminal 59 is arranged on the cylinder opening of the inner cylinder 17 at a position close to the inner cylinder door hinge, and the detection terminal 59 is in contact with the inner cylinder door hinge when the inner cylinder door 6 is closed.
Preferably, the inner cylinder door hinge comprises a connecting arm 54, the connecting arm 54 is relatively rotatably mounted on the rotating shaft 52, the inner cylinder door 6 is fixedly connected with the connecting arm 54, the detection terminal 59 is arranged on the cylinder opening of the inner cylinder 17 at a position close to the connecting arm 54, and the detection terminal 59 is in contact with the connecting arm 54 when the inner cylinder door 6 is closed.
The detection terminal 59 of the present embodiment is close to the connection arm 54 of the inner cylinder door hinge, and the connection arm 54 moves as the inner cylinder door 6 is opened/closed, and since the inner cylinder door hinge is mounted on the edge of the inner cylinder door 6, it is easier to detect the mounting of the terminal 59. Further, the detecting device of the present embodiment includes a main body 58, a communication module is disposed on the main body 58, the communication module is disposed on the inner barrel 17, and the detecting terminal 59 is electrically connected to the communication module.
Preferably, the detection terminal is in communication connection with the communication module through a data line; and a jacket for a data line to pass through is arranged on the opening of the inner cylinder. The sheath of the present embodiment is used to protect the data line.
The communication module described in this embodiment is in wireless communication connection with the main control panel of the washing machine, and is used for sending a detection signal to the main control panel of the washing machine.
In this way, the detection device of the embodiment sends the signal detected by the detection terminal to the main control board of the drum washing machine through the communication module.
Because the inner cylinder operates under the working condition, in order to realize the power supply of the detection device, the main body 58 is also provided with a power supply module, and the power supply module is electrically connected with the communication module; and realizing the power supply of the communication module.
Preferably, the power supply module is a power supply battery, or the power supply module is a wireless charging module.
Preferably, the communication module and/or the power supply module are arranged in the inner barrel or outside the inner barrel;
further preferably, the communication module and/or the power supply module are arranged on the inner wall of the inner barrel or in the lifting device of the inner barrel.
The present embodiment also provides a control method of the drum washing machine, in which the drum washing machine receives a detection signal of the detection device to determine whether the inner cylinder door is closed in place.
Further, after the drum washing machine receives a control instruction for starting the washing program, a detection signal of the detection device is obtained to judge whether the inner drum door is closed in place, if so, the washing program is started, and if not, the washing program is suspended;
and/or, in the running process of the washing program, the drum washing machine acquires a detection signal of the detection device to judge whether the inner drum door is closed in place, if so, the washing program is continued, and if not, the washing program is suspended.
Furthermore, when the detection device detects that the inner cylinder door is not closed in place, an alarm is given.
EXAMPLE six
The embodiment mainly solves the problem of how to accurately determine the water inflow of the drum washing machine with the non-porous inner drum, and the specific scheme is as follows:
as shown in fig. 20, a drum washing machine includes an inner drum 17 and a water inlet pipeline communicated with the inner drum 17, wherein the inner drum 17 is a non-porous inner drum and is used for containing washing water when washing clothes, and the water inlet pipeline is provided with a flow sensor 1 for detecting the flow of the inlet water.
In the embodiment, the flow sensor 1 is arranged on the water inlet pipeline to monitor the flow of inlet water, and when the set water inflow is reached, the water inlet valve 20 is closed to finish water inlet. The embodiment adopts the flow sensor to solve the problem of water inlet of the drum washing machine with the non-porous inner drum according to the set water level, ensures the washing effect, has simple structure and is convenient to control.
Further, the drum washing machine of the embodiment includes a water inlet valve 20 and a detergent box 3, the water inlet pipeline includes a first water inlet pipe and a second water inlet pipe, the outlet end of the water inlet valve 20 is communicated with the detergent box 3 through the first water inlet pipe, the outlet end of the detergent box 3 is communicated with the inner barrel 17 through the second water inlet pipe, and the flow sensor 1 is arranged on the first water inlet pipe or the second water inlet pipe.
Preferably, the flow sensor 1 is disposed on the first water inlet pipe, so that the detergent in the detergent box can be placed into the flow sensor 1.
The drum washing machine of the embodiment comprises a main controller 4, and the flow sensor 1 is electrically connected with the main controller 4 through a line. The main controller 4 can collect the water inflow of the inner cylinder 17 in real time to reach the set water inflow, and the water inlet valve 20 is closed.
As an implementation manner of this embodiment, the flow sensor 1 is a rotor flow sensor, or a turbine flow sensor, or an ultrasonic flow sensor, or an electromagnetic flow sensor, or an orifice flow sensor.
In this embodiment, the flow sensor 1 may be disposed at any position on the water inlet pipeline, preferably, at the rear portion of the water inlet valve 20, and precisely measures the water flow entering the sealed inner cylinder 17, the flow sensor 1 is connected to the main controller 4 through a line, and the main controller 4 may collect the water inflow of the inner cylinder 17 in real time to set the water inflow and close the water inlet valve 20.
In order to realize water inlet into the imperforate inner barrel, the drum washing machine of the embodiment comprises a driving motor 16 and an inner barrel shaft 13, wherein the driving motor 16 is in transmission connection with the inner barrel 17 through the inner barrel shaft 13 to drive the inner barrel 17 to rotate, a hollow channel 14 communicated with the inside of the inner barrel 17 is arranged in the inner barrel shaft 13, and a water inlet pipeline is communicated with the hollow channel of the inner barrel shaft 13.
Specifically, the inner cylinder shaft 13 is connected with a driving motor 16, the driving motor 16 comprises a stator and a rotor, and the rotor is fixedly connected with the inner cylinder shaft 13; the center of the rotor is provided with a through hole, and the water inlet pipeline penetrates through the through hole of the rotor and is communicated with the hollow channel 14 of the inner cylinder shaft 13.
Furthermore, a first dynamic sealing structure 15 is arranged between the water inlet pipeline and the through hole of the rotor, and a second sealing structure is arranged between the through hole of the rotor and the hollow channel 14 of the inner cylinder shaft 13.
In order to realize the drainage of the imperforate inner cylinder, the drum washing machine of the embodiment comprises an outer cylinder 18, wherein an inner cylinder drainage hole is formed in the side wall of the inner cylinder 17, a normally closed one-way valve plug 11 is installed on the inner cylinder drainage hole, and a push rod mechanism 10 for pushing the one-way valve plug 11 open to drain water is installed on the outer cylinder 18.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the outer cylinder 18 is further provided with a locking mechanism for locking the rotation of the inner cylinder 17, and the locking mechanism pushes the one-way valve plug 11 open to discharge water after the inner cylinder is locked by the push rod mechanism 10.
As another implementation manner of this embodiment, in this embodiment, a plurality of dewatering holes are formed in the side wall of the inner cylinder 17, centrifugal valves are installed on the dewatering holes, and the centrifugal valves are opened under the action of the dewatering centrifugal force to perform washing drainage or dewatering drainage by controlling the inner cylinder to reach a certain rotation speed.
The present embodiment also provides a control method for the drum washing machine, in which the washing machine executes a washing/rinsing procedure, the flow sensor detects a water inlet flow value in real time during a water inlet process, the washing machine calculates a water inlet flow according to the water inlet flow value and the water inlet time, and stops water inlet when the water inlet flow reaches a set water inlet flow of the washing machine.
The drum washing machine is provided with a plurality of water inlet flow values for users to select, and the washing machine carries out water inlet according to the water inlet flow values selected by the users.
The drum washing machine has a clothes weighing function, and can determine the flow value of inlet water according to the weight of clothes to carry out water inlet.
EXAMPLE seven
As shown in fig. 21-23, the drum washing machine of the present embodiment includes an inner drum 17 having no hole and used for containing washing water when washing clothes, and a water measuring device for measuring water inflow, wherein the water inlet pipeline is connected to the water measuring device, and the water measuring device is connected to the inner drum.
The drum type washing machine of this embodiment carries out the ration volume through setting up water gaging device, carries out the number of times of water gaging device water gaging according to the water level determination that sets for in advance to intaking in 1 of inner tube to solved sclausura inner tube drum type washing machine according to the problem of intaking of setting for the water level, ensured washing effect, simple structure controls the convenience.
Further, the water measuring device of the embodiment comprises a water measuring tank 21, wherein the water measuring tank 21 is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, the water inlet is communicated with the water inlet pipeline, and the water outlet is communicated with the inner barrel 17; and the water outlet is provided with a water outlet control device for controlling the opening of the water outlet when the water quantity in the equivalent water tank 21 reaches a set value.
As an embodiment of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 21, the measuring water tank 21 is disposed at the bottom of the inner tub 17, the measuring water device includes a water level detecting device 22 for detecting the measuring water tank 21, the water outlet control device is a water tank drain pump 23, and the water tank drain pump 23 starts the water tank drain pump 23 to pump the water in the measuring water tank 21 into the inner tub 17 when the water level detecting device 22 detects that the water level in the measuring water tank 21 reaches a set value.
As an embodiment of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 22, the water measuring tank 21 is disposed at the upper portion of the inner cylinder 17, the water measuring device includes a water level detecting device 22 for detecting the water measuring tank, the water outlet control device is a water tank drain valve 25, and the water tank drain valve 25 opens to drain the water in the water measuring tank 21 into the inner cylinder when the water level detecting device 22 detects that the water level in the water measuring tank 21 reaches a set value.
The water level detecting device 22 described in this embodiment is a liquid level sensor, which includes an air chamber and a sensor unit, and the air chamber is communicated with the water measuring tank. Alternatively, the water level detecting device 22 includes a plurality of water level detecting probes arranged in the water measuring tank along the depth direction thereof.
As an implementation manner of this embodiment, the water measuring tank 21 is disposed on the upper portion of the inner cylinder 17, the water outlet is disposed on the bottom wall of the water measuring tank 21, the water outlet control device is a tank check valve for keeping the water outlet normally closed, when the amount of water in the water measuring tank reaches a certain value, the tank check valve is opened under the action of water pressure gravity, and after the water in the water measuring tank 21 is discharged into the inner cylinder 17, the tank check valve is reset to keep the water outlet closed.
The water measuring tank 21 described in this embodiment is provided with an overflow hole 24, and the overflow hole 24 is connected to an overflow pipe for guiding out water overflowing from the water measuring tank.
Preferably, the drum washing machine comprises a drain line 8, said overflow line communicating with the drain line 8.
As an embodiment of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 23, the water measuring device includes a heating device 26 provided in the water measuring tank 21 and a water temperature detecting device that detects the temperature of water in the water measuring tank.

Furthermore, the washing machine controls the washing water to enter the water measuring tank, when the water amount in the water measuring tank reaches a set value, the water stops entering, the heating device is controlled to operate to heat the washing water, and when the water temperature detection device detects that the water temperature in the water measuring tank reaches the set value, all the water in the water measuring tank is discharged into the inner barrel.

The embodiment mainly solves the problem of how to ensure the unbalanced air pressure of the sealed cabin of the drum washing machine with the non-porous inner barrel, and particularly, the water is cut off by a sudden electromagnetic valve, particularly a tap water pipe network to form negative pressure, and washing water in the sealed cabin is backwashed to the pipe network; or the inside has gas, the problem of difficult water intake.
As shown in fig. 24-26, the drum washing machine of the present embodiment includes an inner drum 17, the inner drum 17 is a non-porous inner drum, and is used for containing washing water when washing clothes, and further includes an air pressure balancing mechanism for communicating the inner drum 17 with the external environment to balance the air pressure inside the inner drum.
When water enters, the air in the sealed cabin of the inner cylinder is pressurized and can overflow through the balancing mechanism, so that the air pressure balance is ensured.
When water is cut off suddenly, external atmosphere can enter the sealed cabin of the inner barrel rapidly, suck back is damaged, air pressure balance is guaranteed, and washing water is prevented from being sucked into a tap water pipe network.
Other air pressure balancing mechanisms can also ensure the air pressure balance of the inner cylinder during dehydration.
As an implementation manner of this embodiment, the air pressure balancing mechanism includes a pressure equalizing hole 27 disposed on the inner barrel 17, and one end of the pressure equalizing hole 27, which is communicated with the inside of the inner barrel 17, is disposed on the inner barrel 17 at a position close to the central rotation axis and is always higher than the highest water level position in the inner barrel 17.
The drum washing machine of the embodiment comprises a driving motor 16 and an inner drum shaft 13, wherein the driving motor 16 is in transmission connection with the inner drum 17 through the inner drum shaft 13 to drive the inner drum 17 to rotate, a pressure equalizing pore passage 27 is formed in the inner drum shaft 13 to communicate the inside of the inner drum 17 with the external environment, and the highest water level in the inner drum 17 is lower than that of the inner drum shaft 13. Thus, the water in the inner cylinder can be prevented from flowing out of the pressure equalizing pore passage.
The drum washing machine of the embodiment comprises an outer drum 18, wherein the inner drum 17 is arranged inside the outer drum 18, water discharged from the inner drum 17 is discharged through the outer drum 18, an inner drum door 6 for sealing the inner drum is arranged at the opening of the inner drum 17, the opening of the outer drum 18 is open, one end of a pressure equalizing channel 27 is communicated with the inside of the inner drum 17, and the other end of the pressure equalizing channel is arranged inside the outer drum 18 and communicated with the inside of the outer drum 18. In this way, the bore effluent is prevented from being collected within the outer cartridge 18.
Furthermore, in this embodiment, an inner cylinder drain hole is formed in a side wall of the inner cylinder 17, a normally closed one-way valve plug 11 is installed on the inner cylinder drain hole, and a push rod mechanism 10 for pushing the one-way valve plug 11 open to drain water is installed on the outer cylinder 18.
Preferably, a locking mechanism for locking the rotation of the inner cylinder is further arranged on the outer cylinder 18, and the push rod mechanism pushes the one-way valve plug open for drainage after the locking mechanism locks the inner cylinder.
Further, the drum washing machine of the present embodiment includes a water inlet pipeline, the inner drum shaft 13 has a hollow channel 14 therein, which is communicated with the inside of the inner drum 17, and the water inlet pipeline is communicated with the hollow channel 14 of the inner drum shaft 13; the pressure equalizing pore passage 27 and the hollow channel 14 are respectively communicated with the inside of the inner cylinder 17 and are arranged in a mutually isolated way. Thus, the gas in the sealed cabin of the inner cylinder can be smoothly discharged to keep the air pressure in the inner cylinder balanced, and simultaneously, the water leakage caused by the direct discharge of the inlet water from the pressure equalizing pore passage 27 can be prevented.
Specifically, the hollow channel 27 extends from one end to the other end along the central axis direction of the inner cylinder shaft, the pressure equalizing channel includes a first channel section and a second channel section, the first channel section is arranged in parallel with the hollow channel, one end of the first channel section is communicated with the inside of the inner cylinder, one end of the second channel section is communicated with the first channel section, and the other end of the second channel section extends to the peripheral wall of the inner cylinder shaft and is communicated with the inside of the outer cylinder.
Preferably, the second pore channel section and the first pore channel section are vertically arranged to form an L-shaped pressure equalizing pore channel.
Further, the inner cylinder shaft 13 is connected with a driving motor 16, the driving motor 16 comprises a stator and a rotor, and the rotor is fixedly connected with the inner cylinder shaft; the center of the rotor is provided with a through hole, and the water inlet pipeline penetrates through the through hole of the rotor to be communicated with the hollow channel of the inner cylinder shaft.
Preferably, a first dynamic sealing structure is arranged between the water inlet pipeline and the through hole of the rotor, and a second sealing structure is arranged between the through hole of the rotor and the hollow channel of the inner cylinder shaft.
The drum type washing machine of this embodiment, set up a plurality of dehydration holes on the lateral wall of inner tube 17, all install the centrifugal valve on the dehydration hole, the centrifugal valve open under the effect of dehydration centrifugal force and dewater the drainage.

The pressurizing mechanism described in this embodiment includes a pressurizing duct 28 and a negative pressure safety valve 29, the negative pressure safety valve 29 is disposed on the pressurizing duct 28, and is used for conducting the pressurizing duct 28 in one way when the internal pressure of the inner cylinder 17 is smaller than the atmospheric pressure of the external environment, the external environment gas enters the inner cylinder 17 from the pressurizing duct 28 to be pressurized until the internal pressure of the inner cylinder 17 is balanced with the atmospheric pressure of the external environment, and the negative pressure safety valve 29 is closed.
The pressure relief mechanism described in this embodiment includes a pressure relief hole 30 and a positive pressure safety valve 31, the pressure relief hole 30 is disposed at a position close to the rotation center axis on the inner cylinder 17 and is always higher than the highest water level position in the inner cylinder 17, the positive pressure safety valve 31 is disposed on the pressure relief hole 30, and is used for conducting the pressure relief hole 30 in one way for pressure relief when the internal pressure of the inner cylinder 17 is greater than the atmospheric pressure of the external environment, until the internal pressure of the inner cylinder 17 is balanced with the atmospheric pressure of the external environment, and the positive pressure safety valve 31 is closed.
As shown in fig. 28, when water enters, the air in the sealed chamber of the inner cylinder 17 is pressurized, and once the pressure is greater than the set value of the positive pressure safety valve, the positive pressure safety valve is opened, and the air can overflow through the pressure relief hole, so that the air pressure balance is ensured.
As shown in fig. 28, when water is suddenly cut off, the air in the sealed cabin of the inner cylinder 17 is pressurized, once the air is smaller than the set value of the positive pressure safety valve, the external atmosphere can rapidly enter the sealed cabin and destroy suck-back, so that the air pressure balance is ensured, and the washing water is prevented from being sucked into a tap water pipe network.
Other air pressure balancing mechanisms can also ensure the air pressure balance of the inner cylinder during dehydration.
The drum washing machine of the embodiment comprises a driving motor 16 and an inner drum shaft 13, wherein the driving motor 16 is in transmission connection with the inner drum 17 through the inner drum shaft 13 to drive the inner drum 17 to rotate, a pressurizing pore channel 28 and/or a pressure relief pore channel 30 are/is formed in the inner drum shaft 13 to communicate the inside of the inner drum 17 with the external environment, and the highest water level in the inner drum 17 is lower than the inner drum shaft 13.
The drum washing machine of the embodiment comprises an outer drum 18, wherein an inner drum 17 is arranged inside the outer drum 18, water discharged from the inner drum 17 is discharged from the outer drum 18, an inner drum door 6 for sealing the inner drum is installed at a drum opening of the inner drum 17, the drum opening of the outer drum 18 is opened, one end of a pressurizing pore passage 28 and/or a pressure relief pore passage 30 is communicated with the inside of the inner drum 17, and the other end of the pressurizing pore passage and/or the pressure relief pore passage 30 is arranged inside the outer drum 18 and.
The drum washing machine of the embodiment comprises a water inlet pipeline, wherein a hollow channel 14 communicated with the inside of an inner drum 17 is arranged in an inner drum shaft 13, and the water inlet pipeline is communicated with the hollow channel 14 of the inner drum shaft 13; the pressure relief duct 30 and the hollow channel 14 are respectively communicated with the interior of the inner cylinder 17 and are arranged in an isolated manner.
As shown in fig. 28 and 29, the hollow passage 14 extends from one end to the other end along the central axis of the inner cylinder shaft 13, the pressure relief duct 30 includes a first duct section and a second duct section, the first duct section is disposed in parallel with the hollow passage, one end of the first duct section is communicated with the inside of the inner cylinder, one end of the second duct section is communicated with the first duct section, and the other end of the second duct section extends to the outer peripheral wall of the inner cylinder shaft and is communicated with the inside of the outer cylinder;
preferably, the second duct section and the first duct section are arranged perpendicularly to form an L-shaped pressure relief duct.
The drum washing machine of the embodiment comprises a water inlet pipeline, wherein a hollow channel 14 communicated with the inside of an inner drum 17 is arranged in an inner drum shaft 13, and the water inlet pipeline is communicated with the hollow channel 14 of the inner drum shaft 13; the pressurizing port 28 communicates with the hollow passage 14.
Further, the hollow passage 14 extends from one end to the other end along the central axis direction of the inner cylinder shaft 13, one end of the pressurizing duct 28 is communicated with the hollow passage 14, and the other end extends to the outer peripheral wall of the inner cylinder shaft 13 and is communicated with the inside of the outer cylinder 18.
Preferably, the pressurizing port 28 and the hollow passage 14 are arranged perpendicular to each other.
The inner cylinder shaft is connected with the driving motor, the driving motor comprises a stator and a rotor, and the rotor is fixedly connected with the inner cylinder shaft; the center of the rotor is provided with a through hole, and the water inlet pipeline penetrates through the through hole of the rotor to be communicated with the hollow channel of the inner cylinder shaft.
Preferably, a first dynamic sealing structure is arranged between the water inlet pipeline and the through hole of the rotor, and a second sealing structure is arranged between the through hole of the rotor and the hollow channel of the inner cylinder shaft.
As shown in fig. 30 and 31, the pressurizing duct 28 and the pressure relief duct 30 are both disposed on the inner cylinder shaft 13, and the openings for communicating with the atmosphere are both inside the outer cylinder 18; the openings of the sealed cabins communicated with the inner cylinder 17 are all arranged at the inner side of the water inlet channel 14 of the inner cylinder shaft 13.
It is contemplated that the preferred pressurization and depressurization passageways 28, 30 are both disposed on the inner barrel shaft 13 and the vent to atmosphere opening is both inside the outer barrel 18; the openings of the sealed cabins communicated with the inner cylinder 17 are all arranged at the inner side of the sealed cabins.
The above embodiments may be implemented individually or in combination with each other.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A drum washing machine characterized by comprising:
an inner barrel;
an inner cylinder door which can be opened/closed and is arranged on the cylinder opening of the inner cylinder;
the detection device is used for detecting whether the inner cylinder door is closed in place or not;
when the inner drum door is closed, the inner drum door and the inner drum form an independent washing chamber together, and washing water is independently contained when clothes are washed.
2. A drum washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the detection device comprises a detection terminal, the detection terminal is arranged on the opening of the inner drum, and the detection terminal has a first physical state corresponding to the opening of the door of the inner drum and a second physical state corresponding to the closing of the door of the inner drum.
3. A drum washing machine according to claim 2, characterized in that the detection terminal is a detection switch, the detection switch is arranged at the opening of the inner drum, and the detection switch has a first physical state of normally open/normally closed and a second physical state of closing/opening under the trigger of the inner drum door when the inner drum door is closed.
4. A drum washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the detection device comprises a detection terminal, the detection terminal is arranged on the opening of the inner drum, and the detection terminal can generate a first signal corresponding to the opening of the door of the inner drum and a second signal corresponding to the closing of the door of the inner drum.

A drum washing machine according to any one of claims 2-4, characterized in that one side of the inner drum door is rotatably mounted on the opening of the inner drum through an inner drum door hinge, the detection terminal is arranged on the opening of the inner drum at a position close to the inner drum door hinge, and the detection terminal is contacted with the inner drum door hinge when the inner drum door is closed;
preferably, the inner cylinder door hinge comprises a connecting arm, the connecting arm is relatively rotatably mounted on the rotating shaft, the inner cylinder door is fixedly connected with the connecting arm, the detection terminal is arranged on a cylinder opening of the inner cylinder and close to the connecting arm, and the detection terminal is contacted with the connecting arm when the inner cylinder door is closed.
6. A drum washing machine according to any one of claims 1-5, characterized in that the detection device comprises a main body, a communication module is arranged on the main body and is used for being in communication connection with a main control panel of the washing machine, and the communication module is arranged on the inner drum;
preferably, the communication module is in wireless communication connection with a main control panel of the washing machine and is used for sending a detection signal to the main control panel of the washing machine.
7. A drum washing machine according to claim 6, characterized in that the detection terminal is electrically connected with the communication module;
preferably, the detection terminal is in communication connection with the communication module through a data line; and a jacket for a data line to pass through is arranged on the opening of the inner cylinder.
8. A drum washing machine according to claim 6, characterized in that the main body is further provided with a power supply module, and the power supply module is electrically connected with the communication module;
preferably, the power supply module is a power supply battery, or the power supply module is a wireless charging module;
preferably, the communication module and/or the power supply module are arranged in the inner barrel or outside the inner barrel;
further preferably, the communication module and/or the power supply module are arranged on the inner wall of the inner barrel or in the lifting device of the inner barrel.
9. A control method of a drum washing machine according to any one of claims 1-8, characterized in that the drum washing machine receives the detection signal of the detection device to judge whether the inner drum door is closed in place.
10. The control method of claim 9, wherein after the drum washing machine receives the control command for starting the washing program, the detection signal of the detection device is obtained to judge whether the inner drum door is closed in place, if so, the washing program is started, and if not, the washing program is suspended;
and/or, in the running process of the washing program, the drum washing machine acquires a detection signal of the detection device to judge whether the inner drum door is closed in place, if so, the washing program is continued, and if not, the washing program is suspended.
