Limiting connecting plates are respectively formed at the left ends of the left limiting columns 15 and the right ends of the right limiting columns 15.

when blanking is needed, firstly, the pair of left and right driving blocks 76 move forwards to enable the pair of left and right driving blocks 76 to be separated from the connecting columns 12 on the corresponding sides, thus the pair of limiting side plates 121 are far away under the action of the pair of tension springs 13, the pair of limiting inserting columns 122 are separated from the left end and the right end of the material central column 60, then the material loading and unloading trolley 70 moves forwards to be separated from the opening of the base 10, and finally, the coiled finished material and the material central column 60 are taken out;
when the next work is needed, a new distribution center column 60 is placed between the support grooves 730 of the pair of support frames 73, the upper and lower skip cars 70 enter the opening of the base 10, and the pair of left and right driving blocks 76 move backwards to enable the pair of limiting side plates 121 to return.
