本发明提供一种草坪增绿剂,包括如下重量份的原料:矿物质复合剂5~10份、草木灰10~20份、附着剂4~6份、酒糟液10~20份、腐殖酸0.1~0.3份、绿色系植物染料0.01~0.03份、增长促进剂0.1~0.6份、防冻剂0.03~0.05份、成膜剂10~15份。以解决现有的增绿剂不适用于寒冷地区草坪增绿的技术问题。

草坪增绿剂
技术领域
本发明涉及草坪增绿剂领域,具体涉及一种草坪增绿剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,草坪因其色泽嫩绿、草丛茂密、平整美观,深受城市居民的欢迎。随着城市发展与人居环境质量的不断提高,人们对草坪质量及需求量越来越大。在冬季,有近80%的草坪呈现不同程度的枯黄现象,大大降低了草坪的景观和使用价值,特别是在东北地区冬季,草坪99%的出现枯黄。目前提升草坪嫩绿的方式多是采用施用有机肥的方法,通过根吸收营养维持草坪生机,但该方法在草坪变枯黄时施用见效慢,其滞后性会导致草坪不能及时补充养分而枯萎。
增绿剂是一种环保型长效生物染色剂,能有效固着在各类植物材料上,喷在发黄或枯萎的草坪及苗木上,可使草坪保持茵茵绿色,持续期可长达60-100天直到被修剪。但现有的增绿剂多是通过给予草坪营养和色素共同达到是草坪视觉上的感受。但是,在寒冷的冬季,生长约旺盛的植株的抗寒性往往是比较差的,因寒冷迫害植物细胞壁,喷洒现有的增绿剂会短时间使草坪变绿,但也加快了草株的枯萎;有调查发现,增绿剂虽有一定抗冻能力,但仅适用于-5℃以上的气温,而对-5℃以下,甚至-10℃气温喷洒增绿剂会加快草坪的死亡。也就是说对于寒冷地区,喷洒现有增绿剂仅是起到饮鸩止渴的作用,很难满足秋冬季植物营养和保护植物叶面、花卉保持鲜艳颜色的需要。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种草坪增绿剂及其制备方法,以解决现有的增绿剂不适用于寒冷地区草坪增绿的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
设计一种草坪增绿剂,包括如下重量份的原料:矿物质复合剂5~10份、草木灰10~20份、附着剂4~6份、酒糟液10~20份、腐殖酸0.1~0.3份、绿色系植物染料0.01~0.03份、增长促进剂0.1~0.6份、防冻剂0.03~0.05份、成膜剂10~15份。
优选地,包括如下重量份的原料:矿物质复合剂6~8份、草木灰13~17份、附着剂4~6份、酒糟液13~17、腐殖酸0.1~0.3份、绿色系植物染料0.01~0.03份、增长促进剂0.3~0.5份、防冻剂0.03~0.05份、成膜剂12~14份。
优选地,所述矿物质复合剂包括如下重量份的原料:磷酸二氢钾1~3份、硝酸钾2~3份、硝酸钠2~3份、氯化镁1~3份、硫酸锰3~5份、EDTA-铁2~3份。
优选地,所述附着剂包括如下重量份的原料:酪蛋白0.3~0.6份和玉米淀粉3.5~5.5份。
优选地,以重量计,所述增长促进剂包括萘乙酸0.05~0.55份、苯肽胺酸0.05~0.55份。
优选地,以重量计,所述防冻剂包括水杨酸0.01~0.03份、双氧水0.01~0.03份。
一种上述的草坪增绿剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a.将矿物质复合剂、草木灰、酒糟液、绿色系植物染料放入放入超声波仪器处理20~30min,冷却、过滤得绿色植物色素液;
b)再将附着剂、腐殖酸、增长促进剂、防冻剂、成膜剂加入到步骤a所得绿色植物色素液中混匀即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益技术效果在于:
1.本发明是从多功能的增绿剂,在成分中加入了酒糟液,其含的酒曲酵母,经深层发酵后的混合液体可以产生丰富的氨基酸和多肽分子,这些物质在与植物接触后会刺激植物,调节植物新陈代谢,为植物的生长发育提供了丰富的营养。本发明加入的成膜剂,会保持绿色期的时间延长,从而实现了保持增绿时间长且不易褪色的效果;成膜剂和草木灰相互配合,在保证其不易褪色的同时,减少叶面水水分损失,为叶片提供呼吸的孔道。本申请的增绿剂为植物提供养分,在保持植物叶片嫩绿的持久的同时,提升植物抗冻能力。
2.本发明优选了附着剂为酪蛋白和玉米淀粉,酪蛋白和玉米淀粉的结合,使其具有较好的透气性和透水汽性能;调节平衡植物叶面微生态系统动态平衡的作用。
3.本发明中加入了防冻剂,优选的防冻剂为水杨酸和双氧水混合物,防冻效果好,能使叶片经受住-10℃以下的严寒而不枯死。与腐殖酸缩小叶面孔隙作用相互配合下,使喷洒防冻剂的叶片,防冻能力进一步增强。

下面结合实施例来说明本发明的具体实施方式,但以下实施例只是用来详细说明本发明,并不以任何方式限制本发明的范围。所涉及的原料如无特别说明,均为市售常规工业原料;所涉及的加工制作方法,如无特别说明,均为常规方法。
实施例1:
一种草坪增绿剂,包括如下重量份的原料:矿物质复合剂5份、草木灰10份、酪蛋白0.6份、玉米淀粉5份、酒糟液10份、腐殖酸0.1份、绿色系植物染料0.01份、萘乙酸0.3份、苯肽胺酸0.3份、水杨酸0.02份、双氧水0.02份、成膜剂10份。
其中,所述矿物质复合剂包括如下重量份的原料:磷酸二氢钾3份、硝酸钾3份、硝酸钠3份、氯化镁3份、硫酸锰3份、EDTA-铁3份。
一种上述的草坪增绿剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a) 将矿物质复合剂、草木灰、酒糟液、绿色系植物染料放入放入超声波仪器处理30min,冷却、过滤得绿色植物色素液;
b) 再将附着剂、腐殖酸、增长促进剂、防冻剂、成膜剂加入到步骤a所得绿色植物色素液中混匀即可。
实施例2:与实施例1的不同之处在于:
一种草坪增绿剂,包括如下重量份的原料:矿物质复合剂7份、草木灰15份、酪蛋白0.5份、玉米淀粉4份、酒糟液15份、腐殖酸0.2份、绿色系植物染料0.02份、萘乙酸0.3份、苯肽胺酸0.3份、水杨酸0.02份、双氧水0.02份、成膜剂10份。
其中,所述矿物质复合剂包括如下重量份的原料:磷酸二氢钾1份、硝酸钾2份、硝酸钠2份、氯化镁2份、硫酸锰4份、EDTA-铁2份。
实施例3:与实施例1的不同之处在于:
一种草坪增绿剂,包括如下重量份的原料:矿物质复合剂10份、草木灰20份、酪蛋白0.5份、玉米淀粉4份、酒糟液20份、腐殖酸0.3份、绿色系植物染料0.02份、萘乙酸0.3份、苯肽胺酸0.3份、水杨酸0.01份、双氧水0.03份、成膜剂15份。
其中,所述矿物质复合剂包括如下重量份的原料:磷酸二氢钾3份、硝酸钾3份、硝酸钠3份、氯化镁4份、硫酸锰4份、EDTA-铁3份。
实施4:与实施例1的不同之处在于:
一种草坪增绿剂,包括如下重量份的原料:矿物质复合剂10份、草木灰15份、酪蛋白0.5份、玉米淀粉4份、酒糟液20份、腐殖酸0.3份、绿色系植物染料0.02份、萘乙酸0.3份、苯肽胺酸0.3份、水杨酸0.03份、双氧水0.01份、成膜剂12份。
效果例1
2019年11月在黑龙江某体育场长势相同的3块100m2的草坪进行试验,当时草坪叶片已经泛黄,生长萎蔫。在水分充足的条件下,对其中一块草坪喷洒本发明实施例1的增绿剂,一块喷施水作为对照,一块喷施某市售增绿剂,每天进行观察记录。结果显示喷洒草坪两种增绿剂的草坪3天后恢复绿色,喷施水的草坪没有变化;7天后喷施两种增绿及草坪长势良好。但14天后,喷施市售的增绿剂的草坪出现大量烂叶的情况,而喷施本发明的依然长势良好,100天时室外最低气温零下30摄氏度,喷施本发明的增绿剂虽有褪色,但依然郁郁葱葱。

1.一种草坪增绿剂,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料:矿物质复合剂5~10份、草木灰10~20份、附着剂4~6份、酒糟液10~20份、腐殖酸0.1~0.3份、绿色系植物染料0.01~0.03份、增长促进剂0.1~0.6份、防冻剂0.03~0.05份、成膜剂10~15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的草坪增绿剂,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料:矿物质复合剂6~8份、草木灰13~17份、附着剂4~6份、酒糟液13~17、腐殖酸0.1~0.3份、绿色系植物染料0.01~0.03份、增长促进剂0.3~0.5份、防冻剂0.03~0.05份、成膜剂12~14份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的草坪增绿剂,其特征在于,所述矿物质复合剂包括如下重量份的原料:磷酸二氢钾1~3份、硝酸钾2~3份、硝酸钠2~3份、氯化镁1~3份、硫酸锰3~5份、EDTA-铁2~3份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的草坪增绿剂,其特征在于,所述附着剂包括如下重量份的原料:酪蛋白0.3~0.6份和玉米淀粉3.5~5.5份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的草坪增绿剂,其特征在于,以重量计,所述增长促进剂包括萘乙酸0.05~0.55份、苯肽胺酸0.05~0.55份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的草坪增绿剂,其特征在于,以重量计,所述防冻剂包括水杨酸0.01~0.03份、双氧水0.01~0.03份。
7.一种如权利要求1所述的草坪增绿剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a)将矿物质复合剂、草木灰、酒糟液、绿色系植物染料放入放入超声波仪器处理20~30min,冷却、过滤得绿色植物色素液;
b)再将附着剂、腐殖酸、增长促进剂、防冻剂、成膜剂加入到步骤a所得绿色植物色素液中混匀即可。
