Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a blanking device of a bowl filling machine and a bowl body filling machine thereof, and mainly solves the problems of large dust emission and non-uniform bowl filling in the bowl filling process of the bowl filling machine.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention firstly discloses a blanking device of a pot loading machine, which comprises a shell, an upper feeding cover and a bulk material frame, wherein openings are formed in the upper side and the lower side of the shell, the upper feeding cover is installed at the opening in the upper end of the shell, the bulk material frame is arranged in the shell, a feeding hole is formed in the upper feeding cover and is positioned above the bulk material frame, a plurality of bulk material blades are arranged in the bulk material frame, and the bulk material blades are arranged at intervals along the length direction or the width direction of the bulk material frame.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
according to the feeding device, the bulk material frame with the inclined bulk material blades is designed, after the materials are fed from the feeding port of the pot loading machine and enter the feeding device, the materials are blocked and dispersed by the bulk material frame in the feeding device and then slowly and uniformly fall into the pot, so that the feeding is more uniform, the feeding fall is further relieved, and the dust raising phenomenon in the pot loading process is reduced.

Then, the embodiment of the invention discloses a bowl body charging machine, which comprises the bowl body charging machine blanking device, a screw feeder 13 and a support 14, wherein the support 14 is a square tube, the screw feeder 13 is fixedly arranged on the support 14, the output end of the screw feeder 13 is in flexible connection with a feeding hole 4, the other end of a spring 10 is arranged on the support 14 to support the whole blanking device, and the bowl body charging machine can solve the problems of large dust and non-uniform bowl charging in the bowl body charging process of the bowl body charging machine through the bowl body charging machine blanking device.
