Abstract
The invention discloses a supporting and fixing device for material packaging, and relates to the technical field of packaging. The invention comprises an upper shell and a lower shell; a cavity is formed in the wall of the lower shell; the inner wall of the lower shell is fixedly connected with an inflatable bag; one side surface of the lower shell is provided with an inflation tube; the interior of the inflatable tube is communicated with the interior of the cavity; a threaded hole is formed in the top of the upper shell, and a first threaded rod is connected to the inner part of the threaded hole in a threaded manner; one end of the first threaded rod is rotatably connected with a fixed plate, and the bottom of the fixed plate is fixedly connected with a first spring; one end of the first spring is fixedly connected with the first fastening plate. According to the invention, through the design of the inflatable bag, the first threaded rod, the first spring, the first fastening plate, the second spring and the second fastening plate, the packaged articles can be protected in all directions, the transportation stability is improved, the packaged articles are effectively prevented from being damaged due to vibration, and the transportation safety is improved.

the other end of the second threaded rod penetrates through one side face of the other first mounting plate.
Furthermore, a threaded hole is formed in one side face of the second moving block, and a third threaded rod is connected to the inner portion of the threaded hole in a threaded manner; one end of the third threaded rod is rotatably connected with one side surface of a second mounting plate;
and the other end of the third threaded rod penetrates through one side surface of the other second mounting plate.
Furthermore, a supporting block is attached to one opposite side surface of the upper shell; a threaded hole is formed in one side face of the supporting block;
a thread groove is formed in one opposite side surface of the upper shell;
and fastening bolts are in threaded connection inside the threaded holes and the threaded grooves.
Furthermore, a first support rod is hinged to the upper surface of the first moving block; one end of the first supporting rod is hinged with the bottom of a supporting block.

a control valve 104 is fixedly arranged on the peripheral side surface of the inflation tube 103;
a threaded hole is formed in the top of the upper shell 1, and a first threaded rod 105 is connected to the inner part of the threaded hole in a threaded manner; one end of the first threaded rod 105 is rotatably connected with a fixing plate 106, and the bottom of the fixing plate 106 is fixedly connected with a plurality of first springs 107; one end of the first spring 107 is fixedly connected with the first fastening plate 108.
As shown in fig. 4, one end of the first threaded rod 105 is fixedly connected with a rotating disc 109, a plurality of driving grooves 110 are formed on the peripheral side surface of the rotating disc 109, and an external tool is inserted into the driving grooves 110, so that the rotating disc 109 can rotate.
As shown in fig. 3, a plurality of second springs 111 are fixedly connected to an opposite inner side surface of the upper housing 1; second spring 111 one end fixedly connected with second mounting plate 112 can carry out shock attenuation protection to packing carton or packing box both sides, reduces to rock, improves the stability of transportation.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, a support plate 113 is fixedly connected to an opposite side surface of the lower case 101; the upper surface of the supporting plate 113 is provided with a sliding clamping groove 114;
a first moving block 115 is fixedly connected inside one of the sliding clamping grooves 114 through a sliding block;
a second moving block 116 is fixedly connected inside the other sliding clamping groove 114 through a sliding block;
the upper surface of one of the supporting plates 113 is fixedly connected with a first mounting plate 117;
a second mounting plate 118 is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the other support plate 113.
As shown in fig. 1-2, a threaded hole is formed in one side surface of the first moving block 115, and a second threaded rod 119 is connected to the inner thread of the threaded hole; one end of the second threaded rod 119 is rotatably connected with one side surface of a first mounting plate 117;
the other end of the second threaded rod 119 penetrates one side surface of the other first mounting plate 117, and the first moving block 115 moves along the second threaded rod 119 by rotating the second threaded rod 119.
As shown in fig. 5, a threaded hole is formed in one side surface of the second moving block 116, and a third threaded rod 120 is connected to the inner portion of the threaded hole in a threaded manner; one end of the third threaded rod 120 is rotatably connected with one side surface of a second mounting plate 118;
the other end of the third threaded rod 120 penetrates one side surface of the other second mounting plate 118, and the second moving block 116 moves along the third threaded rod 120 by rotating the third threaded rod 120.
As shown in fig. 4, a supporting block 121 is attached to one opposite side of the upper case 1; a threaded hole is formed in one side surface of the supporting block 121;
one opposite side surface of the upper shell 1 is provided with a thread groove;
the threaded holes and the threaded grooves are connected with fastening bolts in a threaded manner, so that the supporting block 121 and the upper shell 1 can be conveniently mounted and dismounted.
As shown in fig. 2, the upper surface of the first moving block 115 is hinged with a first supporting rod 122; one end of the first supporting rod 122 is hinged with the bottom of a supporting block 121; the upper surface of the second moving block 116 is hinged with a second support rod 123; one end of the second supporting rod 123 is hinged to the bottom of the other supporting block 121.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: firstly, a packing box or a packing box to be transported is placed in the lower shell 101, and the support block 121 is firmly connected with the upper shell 1 by utilizing the matching action of the thread groove on the upper shell 1 and the thread hole formed on one side surface of the support block 121 and the thread between the fastening bolts; then, the control valve 104 is opened, air is conveyed to the cavity in the wall of the lower shell 101 through the inflation tube 103, and then is diffused into the inflation bag 102 through the vent hole in one side surface of the cavity, so that the air in the inflation bag 102 is filled, the inflated inflation bag 102 is used for realizing the omnibearing support protection of the packaging box or the packaging box, the transportation stability is improved, and the control valve 104 is closed; finally, according to the height of the packing box or the packing box in the lower shell 101, the second threaded rod 119 and the second threaded rod 120 are rotated simultaneously, the first moving block 115 moves along the sliding clamping groove 114 on one supporting plate 113, the second moving block 116 moves along the sliding clamping groove 114 on the other supporting plate 113, so that the height of the upper shell 1 is adjusted, after the upper shell 1 is adjusted to the proper height, an external tool is inserted into the driving groove 110, the rotary disc 109 is rotated, the first threaded rod 105 rotates, the fixing plate 106 moves downwards, when the first fastening plate 108 contacts the top of the packing box or the packing box, the first threaded rod 105 continues to rotate, the top of the packing box or the packing box is stably fixed by using the compression elastic force of the second spring 111, and the stability of supporting and transporting of the packing box or the packing box is further improved.

the inner wall of the lower shell (101) is fixedly connected with a plurality of inflatable bags (102); the interior of the inflatable bag (102) is communicated with the interior of the vent hole;
an inflation tube (103) is arranged on one side surface of the lower shell (101); the interior of the inflation tube (103) is communicated with the interior of the cavity;
a control valve (104) is fixedly arranged on the peripheral side surface of the inflation tube (103);
a threaded hole is formed in the top of the upper shell (1), and a first threaded rod (105) is connected to the inner part of the threaded hole in a threaded manner; one end of the first threaded rod (105) is rotatably connected with a fixing plate (106), and the bottom of the fixing plate (106) is fixedly connected with a plurality of first springs (107); one end of the first spring (107) is fixedly connected with the first fastening plate (108).

a first moving block (115) is fixedly connected inside one of the sliding clamping grooves (114) through a sliding block;
a second moving block (116) is fixedly connected inside the other sliding clamping groove (114) through a sliding block;
the upper surface of one of the support plates (113) is fixedly connected with a first mounting plate (117);
and the upper surface of the other support plate (113) is fixedly connected with a second mounting plate (118).

The supporting and fixing device for the material package as recited in claim 4, characterized in that a threaded hole is opened on one side of the first moving block (115), and a second threaded rod (119) is connected to the threaded hole through a thread; one end of the second threaded rod (119) is rotatably connected with one side surface of a first mounting plate (117);
the other end of the second threaded rod (119) penetrates through one side face of the other first mounting plate (117).

The supporting and fixing device for the material package as recited in claim 5, characterized in that a threaded hole is opened on one side of the second moving block (116), and a third threaded rod (120) is connected to the threaded hole through a thread; one end of the third threaded rod (120) is rotatably connected with one side surface of a second mounting plate (118);
