the manufacture of the lid 5 of the lower box 2 differs from the manufacture of the lid 5 of the upper box 1 in that a cardboard (1.5 mm thick grey board) is die cut and V-grooved to form five side boards connected in series by creases, the five side boards being connected in a wide-narrow form. Wherein four side paper boards connected in a wide-narrow-wide-narrow manner can be enclosed into a cuboid shell shape with two open ends, and the rest narrow side paper board is covered on the surface of one wider side paper board as a side paper board 6. the manufacturing of the bottom box 4 of the lower box 2 is different from the manufacturing of the bottom box 4 of the upper box 1 in that a third magnetic sheet 9 is firstly pasted on the hard board on one longer side wall of the bottom box 4 before the inner paster and the surface paper are coated on the inner side surface and the outer side surface of the hard board, and other procedures are the same as the manufacturing of the bottom box 4 of the upper box 1.
S3, assembling the box cover 5 and the bottom box 4: the box comprises two parts, namely a box cover 5 of an upper-layer box 1 and a bottom box 4, and a box cover 5 of a lower-layer box 2 and the bottom box 4.
The assembly process of the box cover 5 and the bottom box 4 of the upper-layer box 1 is as follows: two continuous wide side paper boards and two continuous narrow side paper boards in the box cover 5 are respectively adhered to the bottom wall of the bottom box 4 and the outer side surfaces of the longer side walls, and the other two continuous wide side paper boards and the other two continuous narrow side paper boards of the box cover 5 are respectively covered on the top surface of the opening of the bottom box 4 and the outer side surfaces of the other longer side walls of the bottom box 4; each side paper board is the same with the bottom wall or the side wall of the bottom box 4 adhered with the side paper board in shape and size, and the third magnetic sheet 9 on the side paper board corresponds to and adsorbs the third magnetic part on the side wall of the bottom box 4, so that the four side paper boards of the box cover 5 can be completely coated on the four peripheral side surfaces of the bottom box 4, and the finished upper box 1 is obtained.
The difference between the assembly process of the box cover 5 and the bottom box 4 of the lower-layer box 2 and the assembly process of the upper-layer box 1 is that:
sequentially adhering three narrow-wide-narrow side paper boards in the box cover 5 to the bottom wall and the outer side surface of the side wall of the bottom box 4, and respectively covering the top surface of the opening of the bottom box 4 and the outer side surface of the other longer side wall of the bottom box 4 by two continuous wide and narrow side paper boards of the box cover 5; each side paper board is the same with the bottom wall or the side wall of the bottom box 4 adhered with the side paper board in shape and size, and the third magnetic sheet 9 on the side paper board corresponds to and is adsorbed by the third magnetic sheet 9 on the side wall of the bottom box 4, so that the four side paper boards of the box cover 5 can be completely coated on the four peripheral side surfaces of the bottom box 4, and the finished product lower-layer box 2 is obtained.
S4, assembling the upper-layer box 1 and the lower-layer box 2: and placing the finished product upper box 1 on the finished product lower box 2 to assemble a whole.
The implementation principle and the beneficial effects of the embodiment are as follows: the outer packing cigarette case is divided into an upper layer case 1 and a lower layer case 2, and the small packing cigarette case pressed on the carton lifting paper 3 can be taken out from the upper layer case 1 or the lower layer case 2 by pulling up the end part of the carton lifting paper 3 extending out of the upper layer case 1 or the lower layer case 2, so that the small packing cigarette case can be taken out more quickly and conveniently; in the aspect of the manufacturing process of the upper-layer box 1 and the lower-layer box 2, because the single-layer small cigarette packaging box is directly pressed on the box paper sheets 3, the arrangement and placement procedures of the plurality of small cigarette packaging boxes in the upper-layer box 1 or the lower-layer box 2 are simpler, the requirement on packaging equipment is lower, and the automatic batch production is easier to realize.
