Abstract

The application belongs to the field of airplane general design, and particularly relates to a ground oil supply device and method for keeping the takeoff center of an airplane, wherein the device comprises: aircraft tank, aircraft tank breather pipe, electromechanical magnet, ground fuel feeding joint and ground oil tank. One end of the aircraft fuel tank vent pipe is connected with the aircraft fuel tank, and the other end of the aircraft fuel tank vent pipe is provided with an upper organic electromagnet; one end of the ground oil supply pipe is connected with the ground oil tank, and the other end of the ground oil supply pipe is provided with a ground oil supply joint; the ground oil supply joint is in contact with the onboard electromagnet, magnetic force is generated when the onboard electromagnet is powered on to attract the ground oil supply joint, the ground oil supply pipe is communicated with the aircraft fuel tank breather pipe, the magnetic force disappears when the onboard electromagnet is powered off to be separated from the ground oil supply joint, and the ground oil supply pipe is separated from the aircraft fuel tank breather pipe. Technical Field
The application belongs to the field of airplane general design, and particularly relates to a ground oil supply device and method for keeping the takeoff center of an airplane.
Background
The aircraft launched by the rocket has strict requirements on the distance between the center of gravity and the thrust line of the rocket, and the change of the center of gravity beyond the specified range affects the flight safety. In the ground preparation process, fuel consumed by the operation of the engine can bring about the change of the gravity center of the airplane, and the working time of the engine needs to be controlled so as to ensure that the change of the gravity center is small, even the flight needs to be cancelled, and the trial flight progress of the airplane is seriously influenced.
Accordingly, a technical solution is desired to overcome or at least alleviate at least one of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The application aims to provide a ground oil supply device and method for maintaining takeoff gravity center of an airplane so as to solve at least one problem in the prior art.
The technical scheme of the application is as follows:
a first aspect of the present application provides a ground fuel supply apparatus for maintaining a takeoff center of gravity of an aircraft, comprising:
aircraft fuel tanks;
one end of the aircraft fuel tank vent pipe is connected with the aircraft fuel tank, and the other end of the aircraft fuel tank vent pipe is provided with an upper organic electromagnet;
a ground oil tank;
one end of the ground oil supply pipe is connected with the ground oil tank, and the other end of the ground oil supply pipe is provided with a ground oil supply joint;
the ground oil supply joint is in contact with the onboard electromagnet, when the onboard electromagnet is powered on, magnetic force is generated to attract the ground oil supply joint, the ground oil supply pipe is communicated with the aircraft oil tank breather pipe through the ground oil supply joint, when the onboard electromagnet is powered off, the magnetic force disappears and is separated from the ground oil supply joint, and the ground oil supply pipe is separated from the aircraft oil tank breather pipe.
Optionally, the onboard electromagnet is disposed on an inner side of a lower surface of the aircraft, and the ground oil supply joint is disposed on an outer side of the corresponding lower surface of the aircraft.
The second aspect of the present application provides a ground oil supply method for maintaining the takeoff center of gravity of an aircraft, based on the ground oil supply device for maintaining the takeoff center of an aircraft as described above, including:
after an aircraft engine is started, the power supply of an on-board electromagnet is switched on, the on-board electromagnet is attracted with a ground oil supply joint, a ground oil supply pipe is communicated with an aircraft oil tank vent pipe through the ground oil supply joint, after fuel oil in an aircraft oil tank is sucked out by an oil supply pump, the pressure in the aircraft oil tank is reduced, the fuel oil in the ground oil tank reaches the ground oil supply joint through the ground oil supply pipe and then enters the aircraft oil tank through the aircraft oil tank vent pipe, and the aircraft oil tank is ensured to be full of oil;
when the airplane is ready to take off, the power supply of the electromagnet on the airplane is cut off, and the ground oil supply joint automatically falls off.
Optionally, the ground fuel tap is screwed to the outer side of the lower surface of the aircraft before the aircraft engine is started, and the screw for fixing the ground fuel tap is removed after the aircraft engine is started.

The ground oil supply connector 4 is made of metal, one end of the ground oil supply connector 4 is in contact with the onboard electromagnet 3, magnetic force is generated when the onboard electromagnet 3 is powered on, the ground oil supply connector 4 is attracted, the ground oil supply pipe 5 can be communicated with the aircraft tank breather pipe 2 through the ground oil supply connector 4, the magnetic force disappears when the onboard electromagnet 3 is powered off, and the ground oil supply pipe 5 is separated from the aircraft tank breather pipe 2.
In one embodiment of the application, the onboard electromagnet 3 is arranged inside the lower aircraft surface 7 and the ground oil feed 4 is arranged outside the corresponding lower aircraft surface 7.
A second aspect of the present application provides a ground oil supply method for maintaining a takeoff center of gravity of an aircraft, based on the above ground oil supply device for maintaining the takeoff center of the aircraft, including:
after an aircraft engine is started, the power supply of an on-board electromagnet 3 is switched on, the on-board electromagnet 3 is attracted with a ground oil supply joint 4, a ground oil supply pipe 5 is communicated with an aircraft oil tank vent pipe 2 through the ground oil supply joint 4, when fuel oil in an aircraft oil tank 1 is sucked out by an oil supply pump, the pressure in the aircraft oil tank 1 is reduced, the fuel oil in a ground oil tank 6 reaches the ground oil supply joint 4 through the ground oil supply pipe 5 and then enters the aircraft oil tank 1 through the aircraft oil tank vent pipe 2, and the aircraft oil tank 1 is ensured to be full of the fuel oil;
when the airplane is ready to take off, the power supply of the electromagnet 3 on the airplane is cut off, and the ground oil supply joint 4 automatically falls off.
In one embodiment of the application, the ground fuel nipple 4 is preferably screwed to the lower surface 7 of the aircraft before the start of the aircraft engine, and the screw fixing the ground fuel nipple 4 is removed after the start of the aircraft engine.
According to the ground oil supply device and method for keeping the takeoff center of the airplane, before the airplane is launched, the airplane oil tank 1 is communicated with the ground oil tank 6 through the airplane oil tank vent pipe 2 and the ground oil supply pipe 5, the airplane is supplied with oil through the ground oil tank 6, the ground oil supply pipe 5 automatically drops when the airplane takes off, and the takeoff center of the airplane is kept. The ground oil supply joint 4 is made of metal, the electromagnet 3 is arranged at a corresponding position on the inner side of the lower surface 7 of the airplane, the electromagnet 3 is electrified after the airplane is electrified, the electromagnet generates magnetic force to attract the ground oil supply joint 4, at the moment, a screw connected with the ground oil supply joint 4 and the airplane can be detached, the electromagnet 3 is electrified when the ground preparation of the airplane is finished, and the ground oil supply joint 4 automatically falls off. The fuel oil in the ground fuel tank 1 is ensured to be used in the ground preparation stage, and the aircraft fuel tank 1 is ensured to be in a full-oil state all the time.
The ground oil supply device and the method for keeping the takeoff center of the airplane enable the airplane to supply oil through the ground oil tank before the airplane takes off in an ejection mode, do not consume fuel oil on the airplane, automatically cut off the ground oil supply after the airplane takes off, recover the oil supply on the airplane, ensure that the distance between the center of gravity of the airplane and a rocket thrust line meets the control requirement in the rocket boosting flying process, ensure the flying safety of the airplane, properly increase the air flying time of the airplane, automatically separate the ground oil supply when the airplane takes off, and do not need to increase additional operation. This application simple structure, the practicality is strong.
