during transportation: the scissor lift 8 is started again to descend, so that the whole charging bucket 9 is driven to descend, the charging bucket 9 is prevented from being in a high-altitude position, then the sealing cover plate 14 is closed, and the effect of sealing the top of the limiting frame 7 is achieved; the periphery of the charging barrel 9 is limited and protected by the limiting cushion block 13, and the limiting cushion block 13 is also provided with the buffer spring 12, so that the charging barrel 9 has good stability in the whole lifting and transporting process, namely, the problem that the charging barrel 9 shakes under the action of external force is avoided, and the stability of the charging barrel 9 in the transporting process can be ensured by matching with the limiting pressing block 23 in the charging barrel 9, and the situation that the fluid in the charging barrel 9 is stirred is also avoided;
when unloading: the four cylinders 17 are started, so that the grounding plate 18 is tightly attached to the ground, the whole car body 1 is stabilized, the movement during unloading is avoided, the scissor type lifter 8 is started to lift the whole charging bucket 9 to be in a higher position, then a discharging pipe is connected into the discharging pipe 901, the discharging operation can be completed by opening the valve 904 on the discharging pipe 901, meanwhile, when the unloading position is shifted, a worker can also start the second driving motor 26, so that the gear disc 27 is rotated to be meshed with the clamping tooth block 2401, the whole rotating platform 4 is pushed to rotate, the position of the whole charging bucket 9 is changed conveniently, on one hand, the position of the charging bucket 9 can be changed in real time according to different unloading requirements and charging requirements, and on the other hand, the operability of the device body is improved.
