The surface of the rotating shaft 13 is provided with a first gear 14, the first gear 14 is in a half-gear design, is symmetrically distributed at two ends of the surface of the rotating shaft 13, is not in contact with the surface of a ratchet wheel 15, is movably connected with the rotating shaft 13, is matched with a first rack 6 and a second rack 8 and is used for controlling the states of teeth 12 and the ratchet wheel 15, the ratchet wheel 15 is arranged inside the first gear 14 and is used for limiting the rotation of the rotating shaft 13, the surface of the rotating shaft 13 is provided with a second gear 16, the position of the second gear 16 corresponds to the positions of a first gear 7 and a second gear 9, the surface of the second gear 16 is in a sector tooth surface design and is matched with the first gear 7 and the second gear 9 and is used for driving the rotating shaft 13 to rotate, the surface of the rotating shaft 13 is provided with a push plate 17 and is used for pushing and flattening processing of a concrete prefabricated part, the included angle between the push plate 17 and a polishing plate 18 is not less than 90 degrees, the positions of the first gears 14 at two ends of the surface of the rotating shaft 13 respectively correspond to the push plate 17 and the polishing plate 18, the surface of the rotating shaft 13 is provided with a polishing plate 18 for polishing the concrete preform.
The working principle is that when the system is used for producing a concrete prefabricated part, firstly, a prefabricated part mould is placed on the surface of an operation table 1, then stirred concrete is filled into the prefabricated part mould, the initial position of a driving device 11 is a position close to a left lifting rod 2 shown in figure 1, the driving device 11 is started through a relevant device, the driving device 11 moves on the surface of a sliding rail 10, the movement of the driving device 11 drives a rotating shaft 13 to move, the rotating shaft 13 drives a second gear 16 to move, the movement of the second gear 16 is meshed with a first gear 7, the second gear 16 starts to rotate and simultaneously drives the rotating shaft 13 to rotate, and the rotating shaft 13 drives a push plate 17 to rotate, so that the push plate 17 rotates to the position shown in figure 2.
The movement of the rotating shaft 13 can simultaneously drive the first gear 14 to move, the movement of the first gear 14 can be meshed with the first rack 6, the first gear 14 starts to rotate, the surface of the first gear 14 is separated from the teeth 12, the teeth 12 can be meshed with the surface of the ratchet wheel 15 at the moment, the ratchet wheel 15 is prevented from rotating clockwise, the rotation of the rotating shaft 13 is limited, the rotating shaft 13 limits the rotation of the push plate 17, and along with the movement of the driving device 11, the push plate 17 starts to push the concrete in the mold to be flat, so that the concrete is uniformly filled in the mold.
When the driving device 11 moves to the position close to the right lifting rod 2 in fig. 1, the filling and pushing operation of the production of the prefabricated parts is finished, the movement of the driving device 11 can enable the first gear 14 to be meshed with the second gear 8, the first gear 14 can rotate anticlockwise, the rotation of the first gear 14 can enable the surface of the first gear to be in contact with the teeth 12 and enable the teeth 12 to be separated from the surface of the ratchet wheel 15, then the second gear 16 can be meshed with the second gear 9, the second gear 16 starts to rotate anticlockwise and simultaneously drives the rotating shaft 13 to rotate, the rotating shaft 13 drives the push plate 17 to move with the polishing plate 18, the push plate 17 rotates upwards, the polishing plate 18 rotates downwards to enable the polishing plate 18 to be in contact with the surface of the concrete, at the moment, the first gear 14 far away from one end of the second gear 16 in fig. 1 can be meshed with the second gear 8, the first gear 14 starts to rotate, the surface of the first gear 14 is separated from the teeth 12, and the teeth 12 are meshed with the ratchet wheel 15, the ratchet wheel 15 is limited to rotate anticlockwise, the ratchet wheel 15 is limited to rotate the rotating shaft 13, the rotating shaft 13 is limited to rotate the polishing plate 18, then the driving device 11 starts to move reversely on the surface of the slide rail 10, the polishing plate 18 starts to polish the concrete prefabricated member, and the polishing of the polishing plate 18 is finished when the driving device 11 moves to the initial position.
When rotating lead screw 4, lead screw 4 can drive ejector ring 5 and remove in vertical direction through meshing with ejector ring 5, and ejector ring 5 can drive bracing piece 3 and remove, and bracing piece 3 drives lifter 2 and removes, and lifter 2 can drive slide rail 10 and remove, and slide rail 10 can drive arrangement 11 and remove, can adjust the height of this system through rotating lead screw 4, makes its and the high phase-match of prefab mould that corresponds.
