When the medical waste squeezing box is used, medical waste is thrown into the box body 1 through the feeding cover, the second motor 19 is started, the second motor 19 drives the rotating rod 20 to rotate, the rotating rod 20 rotates to drive the smashing knife 21 to rotate, the smashing knife 21 smashes the medical waste, the rotating rod 20 rotates to drive the spiral conveying blade 22 to rotate, the spiral conveying blade 22 rotates to discharge the smashed medical waste into the sieve tube 18 through the discharge hole 13, the first air cylinder 14 is started, the first air cylinder 14 drives the squeezing plate 15 to move downwards, the first motor 3 is started simultaneously, the first motor 3 drives the threaded rod 4 to move, the threaded rod 4 is matched with the telescopic rod 5 to drive the adjusting block 6 to move, the adjusting block 6 is matched with the adjusting wheel 8 to drive the fixing plate 7 to move, the squeezing plate 15 is matched with the fixing plate 7 to compress the medical waste in the sieve tube 18, waste water in the medical waste is squeezed out at the same time, the waste water is conveyed into the waste liquid box through the water conveying pipe to be stored, the water pump 25 is started, the water pump 25 conveys disinfectant inside the water tank 24 to the spray head 23 through the matching of the water outlet pipe 27, the spray head 23 sprays the disinfectant to disinfect medical waste, when the medical waste needs to be cleaned, the second air cylinder 16 is started, the second air cylinder 16 is matched with the connecting block 17 to drive the sieve tube 18 to move upwards, and the sealing door is opened to take out the medical waste compressed at the top of the fixing plate 7.
