Abstract
The invention relates to a one-key blowing automatic control method for a molten alkali pipeline in caustic soda production, which comprises an operation station and a production field control end which are electrically connected in a bidirectional way; the operation station is provided with a one-key blowing starting control button; the production site control end comprises a final concentration device, a distributor and a caustic soda flake machine which are connected in sequence; a purging control unit of the flake caustic machine is arranged between the outlet of the distributor and the inlet of the flake caustic machine; and a final concentration bottom purging and steam seal switch control unit is arranged between the final concentration alkali inlet and the final concentration bottom outlet. The invention adopts DCS automatic program control, and the steam purging switch sequence is not easy to make mistakes; the operation is simple and convenient due to one-key automatic operation; the manual operation frequency can be reduced, and the safety coefficient of operators is improved; the purging process is completed by operators in the operating station, the field operation is not needed, and the labor intensity of workers at the same line is reduced. The invention can be widely applied to the production process of caustic soda.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of chemical industry, in particular to a one-key blowing automatic control method for a molten alkali pipeline in caustic soda production.
Background
In the production of caustic soda, because 98 percent of alkali melting point is high and easy to crystallize, the device needs to be subjected to steam purging after stopping for alkali discharge so as to prevent the residual alkali liquor from crystallizing in a pipeline after the temperature is reduced to block the pipeline and further prevent the pipeline from being unsmooth when the vehicle is driven again. And the uninterrupted purging of the steam after the stop can effectively reduce the adhesion of sulfur-containing substances in air dust to the caustic soda flake machine system.
In the prior art, the pipeline purging of the caustic soda device during the shutdown is manually controlled, and the following defects exist: firstly, the operation process is complex, the production operation requirement is high, the sequence of closing and opening the steam valve can not be reversed when the steam is opened and stopped, condensed water is firstly discharged when the steam is opened and stopped, the steam can enter equipment when the condensed water is completely discharged, a drain valve is opened after the steam is closed when the steam is opened, the manual operation is easy to make mistakes, and the steam pipeline can generate air hammer and the alkali pipeline is blocked due to the fact that the switching sequence is made mistakes, and the steam is stopped when the steam is serious; secondly, the steam consumption is large; thirdly, artificial contact frequency is high, artificial safety factor is increased, and caustic soda flake steam blowing positions are respectively arranged in two to five floors, the positions are scattered, the temperature of the on-site environment is too high, and the physical consumption of personnel is high. Therefore, the automation control of the pipeline purging is very important.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a one-key blowing automatic control method for a molten alkali pipeline in caustic soda production comprises an operation station and a production field control end which are electrically connected in a bidirectional mode; the operation station is provided with a one-key blowing starting control button for molten alkali; the production site control end comprises a final concentration device, a distributor and a caustic soda flake machine which are connected in sequence; a purging control unit of the flake caustic machine is arranged between the outlet of the distributor and the inlet of the flake caustic machine; a final concentration bottom purging and steam seal switch control unit is arranged between the final concentration alkali inlet and the final concentration bottom outlet; when the caustic soda production system is stopped, an operator of an operation station presses a one-key purging start control button, and a production field control end performs automatic purging in sequence of a caustic soda slice machine purging control unit, a final concentration bottom purging unit and a steam seal switch control unit; and after the purging operation is finished, an operator of the operation station closes a one-key purging starting control button, and the purging program is finished according to the sequence of the final concentration bottom purging, the steam seal switch control unit and the flake caustic machine purging control unit.
The one-key purging automatic control method for the molten alkali pipeline in the caustic soda production comprises the following steps:
(1) starting purging: an operator presses a one-key purging start control button, the DCS automatically detects a start soft key, if the program is started normally, the next step is carried out, and if the program is not started normally, the start program is ended;
(2) opening a KV-3100A air inlet main valve → closing KV-3120A after the pipeline condensed water is drained, delaying for 2S → opening a caustic soda machine purging air inlet valve KV-3102A → closing a caustic soda machine purging condensation discharging valve KV-3103A after condensation discharging → finishing the caustic soda machine purging and opening;
(3) and (3) starting a final concentration bottom purging and steam seal switch control unit: opening a KV-2301A air inlet main valve → discharging the condensed water in the pipeline, closing KV-2305A → opening a final concentration bottom purging air inlet valve KV-2304A, completing the final concentration bottom purging opening → opening a final concentration top gland air inlet valve KV-2302A, KV-2303A → completing the final concentration gland opening;
(4) after the purging is finished, an operator of the operation station closes a one-key purging starting control button;
(5) and (3) closing a final concentration bottom purging and steam seal switch control unit: closing a final concentration top gland inlet valve KV-2302A, KV-2303A → closing a final concentration bottom purge inlet valve KV-2304A → closing a KV-2301A inlet main valve → opening a condensation valve KV-2305A;
(6) turning on a purging condensation discharging valve KV-3103A of the caustic soda flake machine → turning off the purging valve KV-3102A of the caustic soda flake machine → turning off the inlet main valve KV-3100A → turning on the condensation discharging valve KV-3120A;
(7) and starting soft key reset, and finishing the purging program.
The automatic control method for one-key blowing of the molten alkali pipeline in the caustic soda production is characterized in that remote temperature displays are arranged on blowing pipelines of the blowing control unit of the caustic soda flake machine, the blowing control unit of the final concentration bottom and the blowing control unit of the steam seal switch. And judging whether the pipeline is unblocked or not through the temperature change.
When the alkali system stops, the blowing drain valve from the second floor molten alkali distributor to the caustic machine is closed, the blowing air inlet main valve is opened, and finally the air inlet valve corresponding to each caustic machine is opened; and blowing from the bottom of the third floor final concentration to a molten alkali distributor, blowing from the fourth floor final concentration air seal, blowing from the fifth floor rising membrane concentrator and pipeline blowing sequentially according to the floor sequence, firstly closing a blowing drainage cut-off valve, and then opening an air inlet valve. When the alkali system is started, the five-floor membrane-rising concentrator and the air inlet stop valve for pipeline purging are closed firstly, and then the water discharge stop valve for steam purging is opened; the closing method is the same as that of the fifth floor, and the four-floor final concentration air seal, the third-floor final concentration bottom to the molten alkali distributor for purging and the second-floor molten alkali distributor to the two caustic soda slicing machines for purging are sequentially closed according to the floor sequence.
Compared with the prior art, the invention provides the automatic control method for one-key blowing of the molten alkali pipeline in the caustic soda production, on one hand, the one-key starting of the blowing of the caustic soda system is realized, the automation degree of the caustic soda production is improved, the DCS automatic program is adopted for control, the steam blowing switch sequence is not easy to make mistakes, and the safety and the stability of the on-off wafer caustic soda system are ensured; the operation is simple and convenient due to one-key automatic operation; on the other hand, an operator of the operation station controls the operation in time according to the time of needing to turn on and off the purging when the vehicle is turned on and off, so that the energy consumption is reduced; secondly, the number of manual operations is reduced, and the safety coefficient of operators is improved; the purging process is completed by operators in the operating station, the field operation is not needed, and the labor intensity of workers at the same line is reduced. The invention can be widely applied to the production process of caustic soda.

As shown in fig. 1-3, an automatic control method for one-key purging of a molten alkali pipeline in caustic soda production comprises an operation station and a production field control end which are electrically connected in a bidirectional way; the operation station is provided with a one-key blowing starting control button for molten alkali; the production site control end comprises a final concentration device (1), a distributor (2) and a flake caustic machine (3) which are connected in sequence; a purging control unit (4) of the caustic soda flake machine is arranged between the outlet of the distributor and the inlet of the caustic soda flake machine; a final concentration bottom purging and steam seal switch control unit (5) is arranged between the final concentration alkali inlet and the final concentration bottom outlet; when the caustic soda production system is stopped, an operator of an operation station presses a one-key purging start control button, and a production field control end performs automatic purging in sequence of a caustic soda slice machine purging control unit, a final concentration bottom purging unit and a steam seal switch control unit; and after the purging operation is finished, an operator of the operation station closes a one-key purging starting control button, and the purging program is finished according to the sequence of the final concentration bottom purging, the steam seal switch control unit and the flake caustic machine purging control unit.
Another embodiment differs in that the one-key purge procedure has the following steps:
(1) starting purging: an operator presses a one-key purging start control button, the DCS automatically detects a start soft key, if the program is started normally, the next step is carried out, and if the program is not started normally, the start program is ended;

(4) after the purging is finished, an operator of the operation station closes a one-key purging starting control button;
(5) and (3) closing a final concentration bottom purging and steam seal switch control unit: closing a final concentration top gland inlet valve KV-2302A, KV-2303A → closing a final concentration bottom purge inlet valve KV-2304A → closing a KV-2301A inlet main valve → opening a condensation valve KV-2305A;
(6) turning on a purging condensation discharging valve KV-3103A of the caustic soda flake machine → turning off the purging valve KV-3102A of the caustic soda flake machine → turning off the inlet main valve KV-3100A → turning on the condensation discharging valve KV-3120A;
(7) and starting soft key reset, and finishing the purging program.
The difference of the other embodiment is that the purging pipelines of the flake caustic soda machine purging control unit, the final concentration bottom purging and the steam seal switch control unit are provided with remote temperature displays (6).
Another embodiment is different in that when the alkali system stops, the purging drain valve from the second floor molten alkali distributor to the caustic machine is closed, then the purging air inlet main valve is opened, and finally the air inlet valve corresponding to each caustic machine is opened; and blowing from the bottom of the third floor final concentration to a molten alkali distributor, blowing from the fourth floor final concentration air seal, blowing from the fifth floor rising membrane concentrator and pipeline blowing sequentially according to the floor sequence, firstly closing a blowing drainage cut-off valve, and then opening an air inlet valve. When the alkali system is started, the five-floor membrane-rising concentrator and the air inlet stop valve for pipeline purging are closed firstly, and then the water discharge stop valve for steam purging is opened; the closing method is the same as that of the fifth floor, and the four-floor final concentration air seal, the third-floor final concentration bottom to the molten alkali distributor for purging and the second-floor molten alkali distributor to the two caustic soda slicing machines for purging are sequentially closed according to the floor sequence.

A one-key blowing automatic control method for a molten alkali pipeline in caustic soda production is characterized by comprising the following steps: the system comprises an operation station and a production field control end which are electrically connected in a bidirectional way; the operation station is provided with a one-key blowing starting control button for molten alkali; the production site control end comprises a final concentration device, a distributor and a caustic soda flake machine which are connected in sequence; a purging control unit of the flake caustic machine is arranged between the outlet of the distributor and the inlet of the flake caustic machine; a final concentration bottom purging and steam seal switch control unit is arranged between the final concentration alkali inlet and the final concentration bottom outlet; when the caustic soda production system is stopped, an operator of an operation station presses a one-key purging start control button, and a production field control end performs automatic purging in sequence of a caustic soda slice machine purging control unit, a final concentration bottom purging unit and a steam seal switch control unit; and after the purging operation is finished, an operator of the operation station closes a one-key purging starting control button, and the purging program is finished according to the sequence of the final concentration bottom purging, the steam seal switch control unit and the flake caustic machine purging control unit.
