the outer periphery of lower broken case evenly is provided with a plurality of groups locking device, joint group with locking device is corresponding.

A cleaning friendly crushing apparatus according to claim 1 wherein the moving assembly includes guide rails provided on the upper surface of both sides of the cart; the sliding blocks are arranged on two sides of the lower surface of the mounting plate; and clamping components arranged on two side surfaces of the mounting plate; the slider moves on the guide rail.

A cleaning facilitating crushing apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the clamping assembly includes brackets symmetrically disposed on both sides of the mounting plate; the threaded hole is formed in the bottom of the support plate; the first threaded rod is inserted into the threaded hole; and the rocker is fixed on the movable end surface of the first threaded rod.
5. A readily cleanable crushing device according to claim 1 wherein the bottom of the cart is provided with rollers; a downward groove is formed in the middle of the base, and when the trolley is pushed into the climbing frame, the front half part of the trolley is located in the groove.
6. A crushing device for facilitating cleaning according to claim 1, wherein the rotating assembly comprises: the driving motor is arranged on the lower crushing box; the driving wheel is in transmission connection with the driving motor; the transmission wheel is meshed with the gear.

A crushing device convenient to clean according to claim 1, wherein the inside of the lower crushing box is provided with a rolling assembly, the rolling assembly comprising: a rotary motor provided on the mounting plate; the worm is in transmission connection with the rotating motor; the worm wheel is in transmission connection with the worm; the first rotating wheel is connected with the worm gear in a coaxial connection mode; a second rotating wheel and a third rotating wheel engaged with the first rotating wheel; the rotating shaft is respectively and coaxially connected with the second rotating wheel and the third rotating wheel; and the hob is sleeved on the rotation.
8. A method of cleaning a cleaning-ready crushing unit according to claim 1, comprising the following steps:
step one, when the crushing device is used for crushing, a driving motor rotates and drives a driving wheel to rotate, so that a gear rotates along with the driving wheel, and a rotating ring drives an upper crushing box to rotate in a lower crushing box to generate a certain rotating speed, so that the crushed materials are reduced to be accumulated on the inner wall;
step two, when the crushing device is finished and needs to be cleaned, the second threaded rod is reversed, so that the convex rubber pad is retracted into the placing frame, and the crushing device is released from being fixed;
and step three, pushing the trolley out, shaking the handle, separating the first lock ring and the second lock ring from the first buckle and the second buckle, taking the upper crushing box out of the lower crushing box due to certain elasticity between the first corrugated pipe rubber ring and the second corrugated pipe rubber ring, and cleaning the upper crushing box and the lower crushing box respectively.
