the second step is that: water in the external water storage device enters the water tank 203 through the water inlet pipe 205, the sealing cover of the discharging pipe 206 is opened, disinfectant is poured into the water tank 203 through the discharging pipe 206, the driving motor 201 is started to drive the rotating shaft 202 to rotate, the water in the water tank 203 is stirred by the rotation of the stirring rods 204, the disinfectant is fully dissolved in the water, the first water suction pump 209 is started to pump the water in the water tank 203 into the installation tank 207, the water in the installation tank 207 is sprayed out through the spray nozzles 210 to absorb metal ions and toxic substances in the gas in the spraying tank 211, the gas is sterilized and then discharged out of the spraying disinfection tank 200 through the gas outlet pipe 212 and the straight pipe 213, and the sterilized water absorbs the toxic substances and then enters the circulating water disinfection tank 300 through the installation pipe 301;
the third step: after the disinfectant water enters the circulating water disinfection tank 300, toxic substances in the disinfectant water are absorbed by the coal absorption layer 302, and the second water suction pump 304 is started to pump the water in the circulating water disinfection tank 300 into the water inlet pipe 205 and then enter the water tank 203 again, so that the cyclic use of the disinfectant water is realized;
the fourth step: after the tail gas treatment is completed, the valve of the air inlet pipe 106, the second water pump 304, the first water pump 209 and the driving motor 201 are sequentially closed, and the whole tail gas treatment process is completed.
A tail gas treatment device for recycling a lead-acid storage battery is characterized in that during operation, a valve of an air inlet pipe is opened, tail gas is conveyed into a cavity of an air flow distribution plate through the air inlet pipe and enters a straight cylinder through a plurality of guide pipes, the tail gas flows upwards through a plurality of through holes of an activated carbon layer, organic matters and corrosive components in the tail gas are adsorbed by the activated carbon layer in the process that the tail gas passes through the activated carbon layer, the tail gas enters a spraying box body through a connecting pipe after being adsorbed by the activated carbon layer, water in external water storage equipment enters a water tank through a water inlet pipe, a sealing cover of a discharging pipe is opened, disinfectant is poured into the water tank through the discharging pipe, a driving motor is started to drive a rotating shaft to rotate, a plurality of stirring rods are used for rotating to stir the water in the water tank, after the disinfectant is fully dissolved in the water, a, the water in the installation box body is sprayed out through a plurality of spray heads, metal ions and toxic substances in the gas in the spraying box body are absorbed, the gas is discharged out of the spraying disinfection box through an air outlet pipe and a straight pipe after being disinfected, the toxic substances are absorbed by the disinfectant water and then enter the circulating water disinfection box through the installation pipe, the toxic substances in the disinfectant water are absorbed through a coal absorption layer after the disinfectant water enters the circulating water disinfection box, a second water suction pump is started to suck the water in the circulating water disinfection box into a water inlet pipe and then enter the water tank again, the cyclic use of the disinfectant water is realized, and after the tail gas treatment is finished, a valve of the air inlet pipe, the second water suction pump, a first water suction pump and a driving motor are sequentially closed, so that the whole tail gas treatment process is finished;
the invention has the following beneficial effects:
