referring to fig. 3, 9 and 10, the controller is fixed on a setting plate 12, and a setting key 13 and a display screen 11 are arranged on the front side of the controller; the setting key 13 is used for inputting a drainage mode, drainage parameters and a startup and shutdown instruction of each drainage into the controller, the drainage mode comprises normal-pressure drainage and negative-pressure drainage, the drainage parameters comprise drainage starting time, effusion weight drained in unit time in the drainage process, namely drainage speed, and effusion weight drained in single drainage, namely single drainage amount; the controller can acquire a weight signal continuously fed back by the weighing sensor 15 in real time, and calculate the real-time drainage speed and the single real-time drainage quantity according to the weight signal; the controller can adjust the position of the push plate 16 based on the regulation and control of the working state of the electric feeding mechanism 17; in the negative pressure drainage mode, firstly, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the controller makes the push plate 16 move from the stroke beginning end to the stroke end, and makes the push plate 16 pause appropriately when the stroke middle section and the stroke rear section are transited, so as to wait for the lower movable pressing block 6 to reset to the stroke beginning end, thereby completing one fluid output, then, as shown in fig. 7, the controller makes the push plate 16 move from the stroke end to the stroke beginning end, and completes one fluid suction when the drainage tube 21 squashed by the middle movable pressing block 7 recovers, the controller makes the fluid output and the fluid suction circulate alternately to realize the negative pressure drainage, and the controller regulates and controls the operation states of the fluid output and the fluid suction, such as start-stop, duration, working frequency and the like, based on the real-time drainage speed, the single real-time drainage quantity and the preset drainage parameters, so as to realize the timing drainage, the constant-speed drainage and the, the fluid is accumulated liquid or air in the drainage tube 21; in the normal-pressure drainage mode, normal-pressure drainage is realized based on a siphon effect, as shown in fig. 8, the controller enables the push plate 16 to move only in the range of the front section of the stroke, and adjusts the position of the push plate 16 in the front section of the stroke based on the real-time drainage speed, the single real-time drainage quantity and the preset drainage parameters, namely, the extrusion degree of the upper movable pressing block 8 to the drainage tube 21 in the tube gap is adjusted, so that the timed drainage, the constant-speed drainage and the quantitative drainage are realized; in normal pressure drainage, because the push plate 16 only moves in the front section of the stroke, the middle movable pressing block 7 and the lower movable pressing block 6 can not extrude the drainage tube 21; after the controller receives a shutdown instruction, the push plate 16 moves from the middle section of the stroke to the rear section of the stroke, after the locking mechanism 20 releases the locking effect on the lower movable pressing block 6, the push plate 16 is adjusted to the initial end of the stroke, as shown in fig. 4, and then the upper movable pressing block 8, the middle movable pressing block 7 and the lower movable pressing block 6 can be automatically reset to the initial ends of the respective strokes, so that the drainage tube 21 can be smoothly separated from the tube placing gap after the drainage operation is finished, and the drainage tube 21 can be smoothly placed in the tube placing gap when the intelligent medical clinical drainage control device is used next time; the display screen 11 is used for displaying data information held by the palm in the controller, including information such as real-time drainage speed, single real-time drainage quantity, set drainage mode and drainage parameters, and also displaying drainage states indirectly obtained based on the information, such as working states of drainage in-process, drainage pause, drainage end and the like, so that an operator can know drainage conditions in time;
as shown in fig. 2, the power supply module 14 is mounted on the mounting plate 12, and is composed of a storage battery and a plurality of voltage transformation modules, and is used for supplying operating current to the weighing suspension assembly 4, the current-guiding adjustment assembly, and the components in the controller; the structure of the power module 14 and its connection to other components are not described in detail since they are readily implemented using conventional techniques.
The use method and the working principle of the intelligent medical clinical drainage control device are as follows:
referring to fig. 1, 2, 4, 9 and 10, the intelligent medical clinical drainage control device is placed on the ground or a platform, the upper end of a drainage bag 22 is fixed on a hanging part 3, and the drainage bag 22 is suspended above a base 1, so that the drainage bag 22 is lower than a drainage source if normal-pressure drainage is carried out; the middle lower section of a drainage tube 21 is clamped and fixed with an extraction groove 5 through an introduction groove 9, the drainage tube 21 passes through a tube placing gap and sequentially passes through an upper movable pressing block 8, a middle movable pressing block 7 and a lower movable pressing block 6, the lower end of the drainage tube 21 is connected with a drainage bag 22, the height of the drainage bag 22 is adjusted through a hanging part 3, the part of the drainage tube 21, which is positioned between the extraction groove 5 and the drainage bag 22, is in a natural extension state, the front end of the drainage tube 21 is communicated with a chamber to be drained of a patient and is fixed according to conventional drainage operation, an intelligent medical clinical drainage control device is adjusted to a starting state through a set key 13, a drainage mode and drainage parameters are preset in a controller by the set key 13 according to clinical needs, and then the preparation work of the drainage operation is completed at the earlier stage; afterwards, the controller alright carry out automatic control to drainage adjusting part's operating condition based on real-time drainage speed, single real-time drainage volume and preset drainage mode and drainage parameter, and concrete regulation and control mode is:
(1) referring to fig. 5-8, 10, in the normal pressure drainage mode:
A. during primary drainage, firstly, the controller regulates and controls the working state of the drainage regulating component to promote the drainage tube 21 to alternately and circularly output and suck fluid, so that the fluid in the drainage tube 21 flows backwards, and when the weighing sensor 15 senses weight change, partial effusion enters the drainage bag 22; after that, the controller makes the push plate 16 move towards the rear section of the stroke through the middle section of the stroke, after the locking mechanism 20 releases the locking effect on the lower movable pressing block 6, the push plate 16 is adjusted to the front section of the stroke and the upper movable pressing block 8 is ensured not to extrude the drainage tube 21 to the blocking state, because the middle movable pressing block 7 and the lower movable pressing block 6 can automatically reset to the initial end of the stroke without extruding the drainage tube 21, the drainage tube 21 is in the whole conduction state, the primary drainage is started at this time, and the normal pressure drainage can be normally carried out by means of the siphon effect; in each subsequent drainage, the controller adjusts the position of the push plate 16 in the front section of the stroke according to the preset initial time of each drainage, so that the drainage tube 21 is in a conduction state, namely, the timed drainage is realized;
B. in the drainage process, the controller enables the push plate 16 to move in the front section of the stroke of the push plate 16, and adjusts the position of the push plate 16 in the front section of the stroke according to the real-time drainage speed, namely, the extrusion degree of the upper movable pressing block 8 on the drainage tube 21 is adjusted, so that the effusion speed in the drainage tube 21 is increased or reduced, and finally the real-time drainage speed is approximately equal to the preset drainage speed, namely, the constant-speed drainage is realized;
C. in the drainage process, the controller calculates the single real-time drainage quantity from the initial drainage to the current drainage quantity in real time, when the single real-time drainage quantity reaches the preset single drainage quantity, the controller adjusts the position of the push plate 16 in the front section of the stroke, so that the upper movable pressing block 8 extrudes the drainage tube 21 to a blocking state, and the drainage is finished at the moment, namely, quantitative drainage is realized;
(2) referring to fig. 5-7, 10, in the negative pressure drainage mode:
A. according to the preset drainage starting time, the controller regulates and controls the working state of the drainage regulating component, so that the drainage tube 21 is promoted to alternately and circularly output and suck the fluid, and the fluid in the drainage tube 21 flows backwards, namely the timing drainage is realized;
B. in the drainage process, the controller regulates and controls the working state of the drainage regulating assembly according to the real-time drainage speed, so that the running states of fluid output and fluid suction are regulated, and finally the real-time drainage speed is approximately equal to the preset drainage speed, namely constant-speed drainage is realized, wherein the running states of the fluid output and the fluid suction comprise start-stop, duration and working frequency of the fluid output and the fluid suction;
C. in the drainage process, the controller calculates the single real-time drainage quantity from the initial drainage to the current one, when the single real-time drainage quantity reaches the preset single drainage quantity, the controller adjusts the push plate 16 to the initial end of the stroke, at the moment, the drainage is finished, and the drainage tube 21 is extruded by the lower active pressure block 6 to keep a cut-off state, so that the quantitative drainage is realized;
in the negative pressure drainage mode, after drainage at every turn, the controller adjusts the push plate 16 to the stroke beginning, the technical characteristics of the utility model lie in that, when the negative pressure drainage is suspended or ended, after the push plate 16 is adjusted to the stroke beginning, the lower movable pressing block 6 is locked at the stroke end by the locking mechanism 20 to make the drainage tube 21 keep the blocking state, and the upper movable pressing block 8 and the middle movable pressing block 7 automatically reset to the respective stroke beginning, thereby not extruding the drainage tube 21, so that the drainage tube 21 in the tube placing gap can be automatically restored to the original state, namely cylindrical shape, the long-term flattening state is avoided, the elasticity is greatly reduced, and the stable proceeding of the subsequent negative pressure drainage is ensured.
When the intelligent medical clinical drainage control device is used clinically, in the negative pressure drainage process, the drainage adjusting component enables the upper movable pressing block 8, the middle movable pressing block 7 and the lower movable pressing block 6 to perform corresponding extrusion on the drainage tube 21 according to a specific rule under the regulation and control of the controller, so that negative pressure drainage is realized, and the negative pressure drainage state can be adjusted; in the negative pressure drainage process, the structure that fixed briquetting 10, upper movable briquetting 8, well activity briquetting 7, lower activity briquetting 6 and put drainage tube 21 in the pipe clearance and constitute can be regarded as a displacement pump, and theory of operation is very similar with the diaphragm pump, and based on this, the drainage adjusting part can realize the negative pressure drainage and can carry out corresponding control to the negative pressure drainage state under the regulation and control of controller, and specific theory of operation is as follows:

when the drainage adjusting assembly causes the drainage tube 21 to finish the primary fluid suction, the push plate 16 is positioned at the initial end of the stroke, the upper movable pressing block 8 and the middle movable pressing block 7 are positioned at the initial ends of the respective strokes, and the lower movable pressing block 6 is locked by the locking mechanism 20 and positioned at the terminal end of the stroke; when the push plate 16 moves from the stroke beginning end to the stroke end under the control of the controller: when the push plate 16 passes through the front section of the stroke, as shown in fig. 5, the telescopic ejector rod 18 keeps the extension state and pushes the upper movable press block 8 to the stroke end step by step; when the push plate 16 passes through the middle section of the stroke, the telescopic ejector rod 18 continues to push the upper movable pressing block 8, so that the upper movable pressing block 8 is maintained at the stroke end, the telescopic ejector rod 18 is compressed passively along with the movement of the push plate 16, meanwhile, in the stage, the push plate 16 drives the locking mechanism 20 to release the locking effect on the lower movable pressing block 6, and the lower movable pressing block 6 automatically resets to the stroke starting end; after the lower active pressure block 6 is reset to the initial end of the stroke, at the moment, the lower active pressure block 6 and the middle active pressure block 7 do not extrude the drainage tube 21, the lower end of the drainage tube 21 in the tube placing gap is communicated with the drainage bag 22, the controller drives the push plate 16 to move at the rear section of the stroke, as shown in fig. 6, the upper active pressure block 8 is still maintained at the terminal end of the stroke to extrude the upper end of the drainage tube 21 in the tube placing gap to the blocking state, the telescopic ejector rod 18 continues to be compressed passively, meanwhile, in the stage, the push plate 16 pushes the middle active pressure block 7 and the lower active pressure block 6 to move towards the respective stroke terminals, the drainage tube 21 in the tube placing gap is extruded by the middle active pressure block 7 and the lower active pressure block 6 to change the volume, and the accumulated liquid in the drainage bag 22 flows, so that the fluid output is realized; in the fluid output process, before the lower movable pressing block 6 is reset towards the direction of the stroke starting end, the upper movable pressing block 8 is positioned and stopped at the stroke terminal end, so that the fluid in the drainage tube 21 can be prevented from flowing back;
fluid intake:
when the drainage adjusting assembly prompts the drainage tube 21 to finish primary fluid output, the push plate 16 is positioned at the stroke terminal, and the upper movable pressing block 8, the middle movable pressing block 7 and the lower movable pressing block 6 are positioned at the respective stroke terminals; as shown in fig. 7, when the push plate 16 moves from the end of the stroke to the beginning of the stroke under the control of the controller: when the push plate 16 passes through the rear section of the stroke, the middle movable pressing block 7 moves towards the direction of the stroke starting end firstly, the lower movable pressing block 6 is still kept at the stroke end under the locking action of the locking mechanism 20, meanwhile, the telescopic ejector rod 18 extends along with the movement of the push plate 16, but the upper movable pressing block 8 is still kept at the stroke end; when the push plate 16 passes through the middle section of the stroke, the locking mechanism 20 is not driven to release the locking effect on the lower movable pressing block 6, namely, the lower movable pressing block 6 is still locked at the stroke end, the telescopic ejector rod 18 gradually extends to the longest state along with the movement of the push plate 16, but the upper movable pressing block 8 still continues to stay at the stroke end; when the push plate 16 passes through the front section of the stroke, the telescopic ejector rod 18 moves integrally along with the push plate 16, the upper movable pressing block 8 is gradually reset to the stroke starting end, even if the upper end of the drainage tube 21 in the tube placing gap is communicated with the human body, the lower movable pressing block 6 is continuously maintained at the stroke end to press the lower end of the drainage tube 21 in the tube placing gap to a blocking state, when the pushing plate 16 is reset to the stroke beginning end, the middle movable pressing block 7 and the upper movable pressing block 8 are reset to the respective stroke starting ends in sequence, and the drainage tube 21 in the tube gap is not extruded any more, the drainage tube 21 squashed by the upper movable pressing block 8 and the middle movable pressing block 7 in the previous fluid output process is gradually restored to be cylindrical by the elasticity of the drainage tube, the front end of the drainage tube 21 generates negative pressure along with the increase of the volume, and effusion in a human body is sucked into the drainage tube 21, so that the fluid suction is realized; in the process of fluid suction, before the upper movable pressing block 8 is reset towards the direction of the stroke starting end, the lower movable pressing block 6 is already positioned and stays at the stroke terminal end, so that the fluid in the drainage tube 21 can be prevented from flowing back;
the realization of negative pressure drainage:
as shown in fig. 6 and 7, when the drainage regulating assembly causes the drainage tube 21 to alternately circulate for fluid output and fluid suction, the fluid in the drainage tube 21 can be ensured to flow backwards all the time, i.e. negative pressure drainage is realized;
adjusting the negative pressure drainage state:
when the controller enables the drainage adjusting component to work according to the mode, the negative pressure drainage is realized; when the drainage adjusting assembly stops working and the push plate 16 is reset to the initial end of the stroke, the lower movable pressure block 6 extrudes the drainage tube 21 to a blocking state, and the negative pressure drainage is suspended or finished; when the operating frequency of fluid output and fluid suction is increased and the duration of the fluid output process and the fluid suction process is shortened, the drainage speed can be increased, and otherwise, the drainage speed is reduced.
Referring to fig. 2, 9 and 10, in the above-mentioned intelligent medical clinical drainage control device, the weight-measuring suspension support assembly 4 mainly has two functions, on one hand, the weight-measuring suspension support assembly 4 provides stable support for the drainage bag 22 to make the drainage bag 22 in a suspension shape and have a basic function of containing drainage effusion during drainage, on the other hand, in the drainage process, the weighing sensor 15 in the weight-measuring type suspension support assembly 4 can output a weight signal reflecting the weight change state of the accumulated liquid in the drainage bag 22, basic data are provided for data processing of the controller, meanwhile, the weight-measuring suspension support assembly 4 can also adjust the height of the drainage bag 22 within a certain range, so that after the drainage bag 22, the drainage tube 21 and the intelligent medical clinical drainage control device are combined, the part of the drainage tube 21 between the eduction groove 5 and the drainage bag 22 can be adjusted to a natural stretching shape; in terms of the prior art, the weight-measuring suspension support assembly 4 can be obtained by slightly improving the structure of the existing electronic scale, and the specific structure has various implementation modes; however, in order to make the weighing suspension support assembly 4 more compact and more stable under the condition that the weighing suspension support assembly 4 meets the above requirements, the weighing suspension support assembly 4 is preferably implemented by adopting the following structure:
as shown in fig. 11, the weight-measuring suspension assembly 4 includes a sliding sleeve 24, a weighing rod 25, a load cell 15 and a suspension portion 3; the sliding sleeve 24 is fixed on the placing plate 12, an inner cavity with an open lower end and a blind upper end is arranged in the sliding sleeve 24, the middle upper part of the weighing rod 25 is positioned in the sliding sleeve 24 and the weighing rod and the sliding sleeve can only slide up and down relatively, and the weighing sensor 15 is fixed in the sliding sleeve 24 and provides upward support for the weighing rod 25; the upper end of the suspension part 3 is connected with the lower end of the weighing rod 25 in an inserting way, and a locking mechanism 23 for locking the relative positions of the suspension part and the weighing rod is arranged between the suspension part and the weighing rod; after the drainage bag 22 is fixedly connected with the hanging part 3, the weighing sensor 15 can pick up the weight change state of the accumulated liquid in the drainage bag 22 and output a corresponding weight signal;
in addition, generally speaking, most of the drainage bags 22 clinically used at present are provided with a hanging ring at the top for convenient hanging, so that the lower end of the hanging part 3 can be provided with a hook 26 for matching with the hanging ring of the drainage bag 22, and in order to prevent the drainage bag 22 and the hanging part 3 from rotating relatively, the hook 26 can be made by bending a lath-shaped material; meanwhile, the lower end of the hanging part 3 can also be provided with a clamping mechanism which can clamp and fix the upper end of the drainage bag 22;
in the structure of the weight-counting suspension support assembly 4, the suspension part 3 cannot rotate relative to the placing plate 12, so that stable support can be provided for the drainage bag 22, and the phenomenon that the weight counting is not accurate due to the rotation or shaking of the drainage bag 22 in the drainage process is avoided; the hanging part 3 and the weighing rod 25 can transmit the weight change of the effusion in the drainage bag 22 to the weighing sensor 15; the hanging part 3 can be adjusted in position in the vertical direction so as to adjust the height of the drainage bag 22; the structure meets the basic function requirement of the weight-measuring type suspension support assembly 4, and has the advantages of simple structure, accurate measurement, small size, compactness and easy implementation.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, when the intelligent medical clinical drainage control device is used clinically, in the negative pressure drainage process, the drainage tube 21 deforms through the self elastic capacity to provide necessary pressure for negative pressure drainage, generally speaking, the drainage tube 21 used clinically at present has better elasticity, and in the initial stage of negative pressure drainage, the elastic performance of the drainage tube 21 is optimal to meet the aforementioned negative pressure requirement, but as the number of times of extrusion is increased, the elastic performance of the drainage tube 21 positioned in the tube placing gap is weakened, and the maximum negative pressure which can be provided by the self elastic capacity is reduced; however, in the use process of the intelligent medical clinical drainage control device, the intelligent medical clinical drainage control device can be placed at a position lower than a patient, in addition, the drainage adjusting component acts on the middle lower part of the drainage tube 21, the gravitational potential energy of effusion in the drainage tube 21 can relieve the requirement of required negative pressure, the negative pressure which needs to be additionally provided under the condition is smaller, and even if the elasticity of the drainage tube 21 in the tube placing gap is weakened, enough negative pressure can still be provided for negative pressure drainage.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, in the clinical use of the intelligent medical clinical drainage control device, the weight of the drainage bag 22 and the effusion inside the drainage bag is almost borne by the hanging part 3, that is, almost the entire weight of the drainage bag 22 and the effusion inside the drainage bag is finally transmitted to the weighing sensor 15, the weights of the hanging part 3 and the installed drainage bag 22 are constant and unchangeable in the drainage process, so that the weight change sensed by the weighing sensor 15 is all caused by the increase of the effusion in the drainage bag 22, so that the controller can calculate the weight of the effusion actually drained in unit time, that is, the real-time drainage speed according to the weight signal continuously fed back by the weighing sensor 15 in real time in the drainage process, and can calculate the accumulated weight increase of the effusion in the drainage bag 22 from the beginning of the drainage to the present period, that is, the single real-time drainage quantity, therefore, the technical requirement that the controller can calculate the real-time drainage speed and the single real-time drainage quantity based on the weight signal continuously fed back by the weighing sensor 15 in real time can be realized by adopting the prior art;
based on the working principle adopted by the intelligent medical clinical drainage control device, the output of two adjacent hydrops has a certain time interval in the drainage process, namely the hydrops flows in a pulse mode, so that the unit time based on which the controller calculates and obtains the data of the real-time drainage speed is not too short, and the unit time is preferably a time period which can at least complete the output of two fluids; in addition, although the effusion is pulsed in the drainage process, the effusion generally does not bring discomfort to the patient, and the pulse feeling generated in the drainage process can be reduced by additionally arranging a buffer container on the drainage tube 21.
