Abstract
The invention discloses a disposable multi-connected blood bag for PRP subpackaging, which comprises a first subpackaging bag (1), a plurality of middle subpackaging bags (2) and a second subpackaging bag (3) which are sequentially communicated, wherein each subpackaging bag is provided with a medicine adding pipe with a rubber plug. The multi-connected blood bag can accurately subpackage a small amount of PRP, has the function of dosing, and is efficient and convenient to use.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a blood collection bag, in particular to a disposable multi-connected blood bag for PRP subpackaging.
Background
At present, the dead weight of each connected blood collection bag of each specification on the market is different, and for the Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) subpackaging bag which is used for a plurality of times and in a small amount, the large-volume blood bag is not beneficial to calculating the PRP capacity when being subpackaged. The blood bags on the market are divided into two types, one type takes a 200ml specification as an example, each volume is 250ml, the dead weight of each blood bag is different, and the PRP volume is inconvenient to calculate during split charging; the second is that each volume is 100ml, only about 10ml of PRP is needed for each subpackage, the blood bag capacity is still large, and the main defects are that the length of the pipeline between the connected bags is 35cm, the PRP in the pipeline cannot be utilized and is wasted. And the design of blood bag structure among the prior art is only used for splendid attire blood usually, and the function is single.

the middle sub-packaging bag comprises a second bag body, a second closed blood sampling tube is arranged on one side of the top of the second bag body, a second medicine feeding tube with a rubber plug is arranged on the other side of the top of the second bag body, a mixing tube is arranged between the first closed blood sampling tube and the second closed blood sampling tube, the mixing tube is respectively communicated with the other end of the first connecting pipeline and one end of a second connecting pipeline with a second clamping assembly, and a second sealing and fixing device is arranged outside the joint;
the second divides the bagging-off to include the third bag body, and third bag body top one side sets up the third and seals the heparin tube, and the opposite side sets up the third that has the plug and adds the pencil, communicates the other end of second connecting tube between the two.

the distance between the blood bags is short, so that PRP (platelet-rich plasma) can not be excessively remained in the pipeline during subpackaging, and PRP is not wasted; the design of the rubber plug tube is added, so that medicine or other auxiliary substances such as calcium gluconate and the like can be conveniently added when the PRP is used; after being sterilized before use, calcium gluconate or other auxiliary substances are injected into the blood bag from the rubber plug tube and mixed with PRP to form platelet gel, thereby achieving the purposes of sealing, preventing pollution and the like.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the disposable multiple blood bag for PRP split charging of this embodiment is a triple bag, and includes a first split bag 1, a middle split bag 2 and a second split bag 3 that are sequentially communicated, and each split bag is provided with a drug adding tube with a rubber plug. The first split bag 1 comprises a first bag body 11, a first closed blood sampling tube 15 is arranged on one side of the top of the first bag body 11, a first medicine adding tube 16 with a rubber plug is arranged on the other side of the top of the first bag body, a mixing tube 4 is arranged between the first closed blood sampling tube and the first medicine adding tube, the mixing tube 4 is respectively communicated with one end of a first connecting pipeline 5 provided with a first clamping assembly 14 and the opening end of a first blood inlet pipeline 12, a first sealing and fixing device 13 is arranged outside the joint, and the other end of the first blood inlet pipeline 12 is closed; the middle sub-packaging bag 2 comprises a second bag body 21, a second closed blood sampling tube 25 is arranged on one side of the top of the second bag body 21, a second medicine feeding tube 26 with a rubber plug is arranged on the other side of the top of the second bag body, a mixing tube 4 is arranged between the second closed blood sampling tube and the second medicine feeding tube, the mixing tube 4 is respectively communicated with the other end of the first connecting pipeline 5 and one end of a second connecting pipeline 6 with a second clamping component 24, and a second sealing and fixing device 23 is arranged outside the joint; the second branch bagging-off 3 includes the third bag body 31, and third bag body 31 top one side sets up third closed blood sampling pipe 35, and the opposite side sets up the third cartridge feed pipe 36 that has the plug, the other end of intercommunication second connecting tube 6 between the two.
The subpackage bag is made of plastic, and the subpackage method comprises the following steps:
the prepared completed PRP is connected to the first blood inlet channel 12 of the first dispensing bag 1 by aseptic technique in a blood bag. Clamping the first clamping assembly 14 and the second clamping assembly 24;
the PRP with the required volume is left in the original blood bag, and the rest PRP is poured into the first packaging bag 1;
opening the first clamping assembly 14, leaving the desired volume of PRP in the first dispensing bag 1, pouring the remainder into the intermediate dispensing bag 2 (PRP can also be forced into the intermediate dispensing bag 2 by squeezing), and closing the first clamping assembly 14;
opening the second clamping assembly 24, reserving the required volume PRP in the middle sub-packaging bag 2, pouring the rest into the second sub-packaging bag 3, and closing the second clamping assembly 24;
after the PRP in each subpackage bag is subpackaged, the connecting pipe between the PRP and the subpackage bag is cut off by a heat sealing machine, and the connecting pipe is disconnected and sealed, so that each subpackage bag is stored in a single bag.
The required medicine, such as calcium gluconate and the like, is added by using a sterile syringe through the rubber plugs of each subpackage bag.
The number of the middle sub-packaging bags 2 can be increased according to actual needs, and the middle sub-packaging bags are communicated through a pipeline provided with a clamping assembly. The clamping components of the clamping components can be clamps and other devices with opening, closing and clamping functions.
The number of the sub-packaging bags 2 in the middle of the product can be adjusted adaptively according to the actual amount of PRP, and can be two, three, four and the like, so that a quadruple bag, a quintuplet bag and the like can be obtained.

the middle split packaging bag (2) comprises a second bag body (21), a second closed blood sampling tube (25) is arranged on one side of the top of the second bag body (21), a second medicine adding tube (26) with a rubber plug is arranged on the other side of the top of the second bag body, a mixing tube (4) is arranged between the second closed blood sampling tube and the second medicine adding tube, the mixing tube (4) is respectively communicated with the other end of the first connecting pipeline (5) and one end of a second connecting pipeline (6) provided with a second clamping assembly (24), and a second sealing and fixing device (23) is arranged outside a joint;
