Detailed Description
Example one
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the mattress includes a first flexible layer 1, a second flexible layer 2, a third flexible layer 3 and a plurality of middle sheets 4, wherein the first flexible layer 1, the second flexible layer 2, the third flexible layer 3 and the middle sheets 4 are made of sponge, and the sponge includes common sponge or memory sponge or quick-elastic sponge.
The second flexible layer 2 and the third flexible layer 3 are aligned at the periphery, the contact surfaces of the two layers are flat, and the two layers are bonded together by means of glue brushing and bonding.
The bottom surface of the first flexible layer 1 forms a first matching end surface 11, and the first matching end surface 11 is provided with a plane structure. The top surface of the second flexible layer 2 forms a second matching end surface 21, and the second matching end surface 21 is provided with a concave-convex structure, which comprises a strip-shaped wave structure or a dot-shaped array arrangement structure. The middle piece is made of quick-elastic sponge, the thickness of the middle piece is uniform, and the upper end face and the lower end face of the middle piece are both of a plane structure, so that the rebound effect is improved. This first flexible layer 1 and second flexible layer 2 are aligned all around, and the interval of multi-disc intermediate lamella 4 is arranged in first cooperation terminal surface 11 and second cooperation terminal surface 21 within a definite time and 4 both ends faces of intermediate lamella rigid coupling respectively second cooperation terminal surface 21 and first cooperation terminal surface 11, makes first cooperation terminal surface 21 and second cooperation terminal surface 11 within a definite time to be formed with the clearance region in order to promote the mattress resilience performance through intermediate lamella 4. In the concrete structure: the two end faces of the middle sheet 4 are bonded to the second mating end face 21 and the first mating end face 11, respectively, for example, by a bonding method of brushing glue on the end face of the middle sheet and bonding the mating end face to the middle sheet, or by a bonding method of disposing a double-sided adhesive on the end face of the middle sheet and bonding the mating end face to the middle sheet. In this embodiment, the middle plate 4 is a strip structure, and the strips of the middle plate 4 of the strip structure are arranged in the same direction. The intermediate sheet may also have a sheet-like structure, as desired.
In this embodiment, the number of the middle sheets 4 is three, and the length of the three middle sheets 4 corresponds to the width of the mattress, such as the length of the middle sheet is slightly shorter than the width of the mattress or equal to the width of the mattress, such as a short length of 1-10 cm. The three middle sheets 4 are uniformly arranged at intervals along the length direction of the mattress, and the head part, the middle part and the tail part of the length of the mattress are respectively arranged on the three middle sheets 4. In the concrete structure, the long edges of the two middle sheets positioned from head to tail are parallel to the short edges of the mattress, the long edges of the middle sheets and the short edges of the mattress are arranged at intervals, the rebound effect is enhanced through the interval arrangement, hardening (rebound prevention) is avoided, and the interval distance is short, such as 1-30 cm. If the length of the middle piece is slightly shorter than the width of the mattress, two ends of the middle piece are slightly retracted to the periphery of the mattress, three island regions which respectively correspond to the three middle pieces are formed in a gap region formed between the first flexible layer 1 and the second flexible layer 2 through the arrangement of the three middle pieces 4, and the resilience performance of the mattress is uniformly arranged due to the three island regions formed in the gap region, so that the resilience performance is effectively improved, and the data obtained through the following table test are shown in detail. Moreover, by adopting the structure, the gross weight of the mattress can be reduced, the foam weight with the same thickness can be reduced, and the glue consumption can be reduced, such as: the second mattress in the prior art has the weight of 35.2kg of gross weight, 27.4kg of foam and 0.557kg of glue, and the weight of the mattress in the first embodiment is reduced to 33.6kg, the weight of the foam is reduced to 25.8kg, and the weight of the glue is reduced to 0.223 kg.
The manufacturing method of the mattress comprises the following steps:
and 3, respectively bonding the first matching end face and the second matching end face to the two end faces of the middle sheet.

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, it is different from the first embodiment in that: the three middle sheets 4 are slightly shorter than the length of the mattress, the three middle sheets 4 are evenly arranged along the width direction of the mattress at intervals, and the head part, the middle part and the tail part of the width of the mattress are respectively arranged on the three middle sheets 4. The gap area formed between the first flexible layer 1 and the second flexible layer 2 is divided into four subareas which are arranged at intervals by the arrangement of the three middle sheets 4.
EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, it is different from the first embodiment in that: the number of the middle pieces 4 is five, and the first matching end surface 11 and the second matching end surface 21 both have a central area and a peripheral area surrounding the central area. The central area is provided with a middle plate 4; four intermediate plates are arranged at intervals around the one intermediate plate in the peripheral region.
Example four
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, it is different from the first embodiment in that: the number of the middle sheets 4 is six, and the six middle sheets 4 are arranged in a three-row and two-column array arrangement mode.
EXAMPLE five
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, it is different from the third embodiment in that: the section of the middle plate 4 is of a square structure.
