Description
Technical Field
The application belongs to the field of biomedicine, and particularly relates to a mask containing a load probiotic carrier. The application also comprises a preparation method and application of the mask.
Background
The mask, as the name implies, is an article for covering the mouth. The mask is generally worn on the mouth and nose to filter air entering the mouth and nose so as to achieve the effect of blocking harmful gas, smell, spray, virus and other substances, and is made of gauze, paper and the like. The mask has a certain filtering function on air entering the lung, and has a very good effect when being worn in respiratory infectious diseases and working in environments polluted by dust and the like.
Common masks are classified into three major categories according to their use: the mask for daily use is mainly made of a layer of textile fabric, can be used for keeping warm or covering the face in winter, and is good and cheap in air permeability, but poor in dustproof and antibacterial effects; medical masks, which are usually made of cotton cloth, nonwoven fabric, or the like, are effective in preventing bacteria and preventing infection of germs caused by spraying (e.g., preventing the spread of germs caused by sneezing); the N95 and other dustproof bacteria filtering masks have the filtering efficiency of over 95 percent for particles with aerodynamic diameters of more than or equal to 0.3 mu m, the aerodynamic diameters of air bacteria and fungal spores are mainly changed between 0.7 and 10 mu m and are within the protection range of the N95 mask, and the N95 mask has good protection effect on viruses but has higher cost.
The PM2.5 air hazard concept brings attention to the air pollution problem to the public, so that protective articles such as masks are sold in the haze weather. Wearing the mask helps to prevent the spread of viruses, which is well known in epidemic prevention and control today. Under the control of new coronavirus, almost people wear the mask for a long time in public transportation, closed space and various densely populated places. The mask is a daily product in our life. With the occurrence of new coronary pneumonia, haze, SARS virus and other hazards, people increasingly realize the importance of the mask, do not carry the mask, and are afraid of going out easily even if the mask does not reach the cun step and is difficult to operate. For example, many densely populated indoor locations have mandated wearing masks.
However, people feel uncomfortable after wearing the mask for a long time for a plurality of months, and particularly, people feel warm gradually and feel hot in the weather, and sweat can flow down the back without wearing the mask. Therefore, many people who need to take a vehicle or work in public places have symptoms such as stuffiness, allergy, eruption, and pox, and there are also tragic trainees reporting that students wear masks in classrooms to cause death. Some people take off the mask when the people risk washing dust or being isolated and treated, but the people are prohibited to enter the area where the mask is forcibly worn, and the risk of suffering from the diseases per se is also increased sharply. Particularly, for some people with poor immunity, the people are easy to be infected without wearing the mask, and the skin is easy to be allergic when wearing the mask, which causes difficulty.
Therefore, a mask which is light, thin, comfortable and good in air permeability is urgently needed under the condition that viruses and haze are abused.
