on the other hand, the first conveying box 3, the second conveying box 4, the freezing box 5 and the refrigerating seat 7 are matched for use, so that the quick-freezing efficiency of the dumplings can be improved; conveying cold air generated by the refrigerating seat 7 into a cold air cavity 42 through the supporting seat 6 and the guide pipe 41, conveying the cold air into a containing seat 44 through an air guide plate 43 after the cold air cavity 42 is filled with the cold air, and quickly freezing the dumplings conveyed to the freezing box 5 by the cold air; after entering the containing seat 44, the dumplings respectively roll on the first containing inclined plate 45 and the second containing inclined plate 46, roll on the third containing inclined plate 47 to be stacked and quickly frozen, after being quickly frozen, the dumplings on the third containing inclined plate 47 are collected through the first pulling plate 10, and the dry powder in the first drying box 1 and the second drying box 2 is collected through the second pulling plate 11 and the third pulling plate 27 respectively, so that the problem of low quick-freezing efficiency of the dumplings in the prior art is solved;
in other aspects disclosed by the invention, the arranged powder guide holes, the material guide plate 25 and the accommodating cavity 32 have the function of conveying dry powder, the accommodating plate 26 has the function of accommodating the dry powder, the arranged clamping seats 31 have the functions of clamping and fixing the dumplings and improving the stability, the arranged cold air cavity 42 and the arranged air guide plate 43 have the function of improving the quick-freezing effect of the dumplings in the freezing box 5, and the arranged first accommodating inclined plate 45, the second accommodating inclined plate 46 and the third accommodating inclined plate 47 have the functions of conveying and accommodating the dumplings.
