The invention discloses a soy sauce sterilization system, which comprises a water heating device, wherein the water heating device is connected with an inlet of a main heating device through a pipeline, an outlet of the main heating device is connected with a water-oil heat exchange device and an oil-oil heat exchange device through pipelines, a water exchange outlet of the water-oil heat exchange device is connected with an inlet of the water heating device, an oil exchange outlet of the water-oil heat exchange device is connected with an oil exchange inlet of the oil-oil heat exchange device, a discharge outlet of the oil-oil heat exchange device is connected with a feed inlet of a cooling device, a discharge outlet of the oil-oil heat exchange device is connected with a feed inlet of the main heating device, and the feed device is connected with the feed inlet of the oil-oil heat exchange device through a feed channel. The production time can be effectively prolonged, the operation cost is reduced, the oil and the oil exchange heat through the oil-oil heat exchange device, the oil and the hot water exchange heat through the water-oil heat exchange device, the heat energy recovery is realized, and the heat energy of the oil and the hot water is utilized to the maximum extent.

Background
In the process of manufacturing soy sauce, in the final process of the soy sauce, the soy sauce needs to be sterilized, namely the soy sauce is heated at ultrahigh temperature, the UHT sterilization mode commonly used in the industry at present is plate sterilization or tubular sterilization, a plate sterilizer is cheap but generates precipitates after being heated due to the characteristics of the soy sauce, the soy sauce cannot be continuously produced for a long time, and a tubular sterilizer is expensive but has higher production efficiency than the plate sterilizer, but a pure tubular UHT integral pipeline is configured to be 304/316L material and is not resistant to corrosion of chloride ions, the soy sauce has high salinity and a large amount of chloride ions are contained in salt, so that the problems of short continuous operation time, corrosion of the material, frequent cleaning and the like of the existing soy sauce sterilization system are not solved well.

As an improvement, the feeding device comprises a material balance tank and a total feeding channel connected to the material balance tank, wherein the total feeding channel is connected with an alkali liquor feeding channel, an acid liquor feeding channel, a material CIP (cleaning in place) return channel and a material backflow balance tank pipeline.

With reference to the attached drawing 1, a soy sauce sterilization system comprises a main heating device 1, a water-oil heat exchange device 2, an oil-oil heat exchange device 3, a cooling device 4, a feeding device 5 and a water heating device 6, wherein the water heating device 6 is connected with an inlet of the main heating device 1 through a pipeline, an outlet of the main heating device 1 is connected with the water-oil heat exchange device 2 and the oil-oil heat exchange device 3 through a pipeline, a water exchange outlet of the water-oil heat exchange device 2 is connected with an inlet of the water heating device 6, an oil exchange outlet of the water-oil heat exchange device 2 is connected with an oil exchange inlet of the oil-oil heat exchange device 3, a discharge port of the oil-oil heat exchange device 3 is connected with a feeding port of the cooling device 4, a discharge port of the oil-oil heat exchange device 3 is connected with a feeding port of the main heating device 1, the feeding device 5 is connected with a feeding port of the oil-oil heat exchange device 3 through a feeding channel 7.
As a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the feeding device 5 includes a material balance tank 5.1 and a total feeding channel 5.2 connected to the material balance tank 5.1, and the total feeding channel 5.2 is connected to an alkali liquid feeding channel 5.3, an acid liquid feeding channel 5.4, a material feeding channel 5.5, a material CIP return channel 5.6, and a material return flow into balance tank pipe 5.7.
