Abstract
The invention discloses a block chain accounting group generation method and a consensus method, wherein a communication base station broadcasts a certification request to a block chain network, the certification request is used for indicating the resource service capability of the communication base station and the network coverage range of the communication base station, then a mobile communication terminal and other communication base stations broadcast responses aiming at the certification request to the block chain network respectively, the responses comprise network condition information between the mobile communication terminal or other communication base stations and the communication base station issuing the certification request, and then each node of the block chain network selects nodes capable of forming an accounting group according to received broadcast data so as to execute accounting rights by the nodes of the accounting group.
