Background
The solar bracket is generally erected on a solar roof steel plate, the existing solar roof steel plates are of many types, and the most commonly used solar roof steel plate is a long wire plate called longline. As shown in fig. 1, a plurality of installation grooves with a width of about 5mm are arranged side by side on a long line board at equal intervals, and in order to facilitate installation of a solar rack, the existing method is to directly clamp a solar system clamp on the installation grooves, and then to install the solar rack by taking the end face of the solar system clamp as a support base.
Most of the existing solar system clamps are composed of two clamping plates which are arranged in parallel, and in the clamping process, the two clamping plates are directly locked by the horizontally arranged locking bolts, so that the two clamping plates are effectively clamped on the mounting groove of the long wire plate. During the actual construction and use process of the solar system clamp, the following technical defects exist: 1) the clamping effect between the two clamping plates completely depends on the clamping force between the clamping plates, the clamping force between the clamping plates is greatly influenced by construction, the clamping force between the clamping plates is completely generated by locking through bolts, the locking force is provided for the whole locking surface by one locking point, and the clamping effect is difficult to effectively ensure; 2) the two clamping plates are required to be specially provided with an area for locking the bolt at the upper part of the mounting groove, so that the space occupation is increased, the distance between the locking point and the locking surface is increased, and the clamping effect cannot meet the requirement; 3) the bolt locking direction is transverse locking, so that the construction difficulty is relatively high.
Therefore, the research and development of the solar system clamp which is reasonable in spatial layout, convenient and fast to lock and capable of effectively generating sufficient locking effect so as to effectively ensure the installation stability of the solar bracket is the research objective of the invention.
