本发明公开了无线信息采集装置,包括CAN总线通信适配卡、上位机,CAN总线通信适配卡上连接有通讯管理机,且通讯管理机上连接有监控机,监控机上分别连接有射频器与无线通信模块,无线通信模块上连接有控制器,且控制器上连接有转轮除湿机;本发明,无线通信模块可用于接收来自上位机的控制信号,并将控制信号反馈给控制器,由控制器控制转轮除湿机的开启与关闭,开启时可起到除湿的效果,还具有一定的降温作用,当无线通信模块出现数据传输异常时,工作人员可手持射频识别器靠近采集装置获取射频器内的信息,更加方便可靠,较为实用。

本发明属于配电柜信息采集技术领域,具体是无线信息采集装置。
背景技术
在变配电所中,为了使运行值班人员及时掌握电气设备的工作情况,除了利用测量仪表反映设备的运行情况外,还必须用信号及时地显示出电气设备的工作状态,例如断路器是处在合闸位置还是跳闸位置,是自动跳闸还是手动跳闸,隔离开关是处在闭合位置还是处在断开位置等,当电气设备发生事故或出现不正常工作情况时,应发出各种灯光和音响信号,唤起值班人员的注意,帮助分析判断事故的范围和地点或不正常运行情况的具体内容等,变配电所的信号回路一般包括:位置信号、事故信号及预告信号回路,通常将这些信号回路集中在一起称为后台系统,它们装设在控制值班室内。
现有的配电柜信息采集装置在使用时还存在一定的弊端,在无线数据传输出现故障或信号不好时,工作人员无法获取电压电流、温湿度信息,并且在湿度较大时无法远程控制实现除湿,给使用者带来一定的不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决配电柜信息采集装置,在无线数据传输出现故障或信号不好时,工作人员无法获取电压电流、温湿度信息,并且在湿度较大时无法远程控制实现除湿的问题,而提供无线信息采集装置。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
无线信息采集装置,包括CAN总线通信适配卡、上位机,所述CAN总线通信适配卡上连接有通讯管理机,且通讯管理机上连接有监控机,所述监控机上分别连接有射频器与无线通信模块,所述无线通信模块上连接有控制器,且控制器上连接有转轮除湿机。
进一步的,所述CAN总线通信适配卡上还连接有用于收集变配电站电流信息的电流监测器,用于收集变配电站电压信息的电压监测器,用于收集变配电站电量信息的电量监测器,用于收集变配电站温度信息的温度传感器,用于收集变配电站湿度信息的湿度传感器。
进一步的,所述无线通信模块与上位机无线连接,所述无线通信模块用于数据的传递。
进一步的,所述监控机用于保存变配电站的电流信息、电压信息、电量信息、温度信息与湿度信息。
进一步的,所述射频器为射频标签,用于非接触式的数据获取。
本发明的有益效果:
无线通信模块可用于接收来自上位机的控制信号,并将控制信号反馈给控制器,由控制器控制转轮除湿机的开启与关闭,开启时可起到除湿的效果,还具有一定的降温作用,当无线通信模块出现数据传输异常时,工作人员可手持射频识别器靠近采集装置获取射频器内的信息,更加方便可靠。

如图1所示,无线信息采集装置,包括CAN总线通信适配卡108、上位机104,CAN总线通信适配卡108上连接有通讯管理机107,且通讯管理机107上连接有监控机102,监控机102上分别连接有射频器101与无线通信模块103,监控机102用于向射频器101输入新数据,主要包括变配电站的温湿度、电流电压信息、电量信息,无线通信模块103上连接有控制器106,且控制器106上连接有转轮除湿机105,通过无线通信模块103接收远程控制信号,将信号反馈给控制器106,由控制器106控制转轮除湿机105的开启与关闭;
CAN总线通信适配卡108上还连接有用于收集变配电站电流信息的电流监测器109,用于收集变配电站电压信息的电压监测器1,用于收集变配电站电量信息的电量监测器2,用于收集变配电站温度信息的温度传感器3,用于收集变配电站湿度信息的湿度传感器4;无线通信模块103与上位机104无线连接,无线通信模块103用于数据的传递;监控机102用于保存变配电站的电流信息、电压信息、电量信息、温度信息与湿度信息;射频器101为射频标签,用于非接触式的数据获取。
无线信息采集装置,在使用时,电流监测器109、电压监测器1、电量监测器2、温度传感器3、湿度传感器4将各自监测到的数据信号通过CAN总线通信适配卡108发送给通讯管理机107与监控机102,监控机102通过无线通信模块103将数据传输给上位机104,无线通信模块103还可用于接收来自上位机104的控制信号,并将控制信号反馈给控制器106,由控制器106控制转轮除湿机105的开启与关闭,开启时可起到除湿的效果,还具有一定的降温作用,当无线通信模块103出现数据传输异常时,工作人员可手持射频识别器靠近采集装置获取射频器101内的信息。
