[ detailed description ] embodiments
Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3, a pluggable device 100 according to an embodiment of the invention is shown. The pluggable device 100 is configured to be removably plugged into the receiving slot 402 of the housing 400. Fig. 1 is a perspective view of the pluggable device 100 of the present embodiment. Fig. 2 is a disassembled perspective view of the pluggable device 100 of the present embodiment. Fig. 3 is a disassembled perspective view of the pluggable device 100 of the present embodiment. In the present embodiment, the pluggable device 100 includes a body 1, a handle 2 and a latch 3.
Referring to fig. 2, in the embodiment, the main body 1 includes a first shell 16 and a second shell 18, which are disposed opposite to each other to form a receiving space for receiving internal components. The first housing 16 and the second housing 18 can be assembled by, for example, but not limited to, screws, thereby enclosing the internal components and being fixed in the accommodating space.
The handle 2 is pivoted to the body 1, for example but not limited to a shaft 14 pivoted to the body 1, and the handle 2 is rotatable relative to the body 1. For example, referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the bottom edge of the first housing 16 and the bottom edge of the second housing 18 are assembled and fixed by the shaft 14, wherein the shaft 14 is close to one end of the bottom edge, so that the handle 2 is sleeved on the shaft 14 and can rotate relative to the bottom edge of the housing. In some embodiments, the shaft 14 can be disposed in any suitable position of the body 1 in any fixed manner, but not limited thereto. In at least one embodiment, the handle 2 is made of a flexible material, and when the pluggable device 100 is configured in a rugged computer, the handle 2 made of the flexible material is helpful for being subjected to falling or bending, and is helpful for the user to grasp and operate, thereby increasing the grasping hand feeling and the grasping stability of the user.
Referring to fig. 1, 5 and 6 together, fig. 5 is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view illustrating the latch 3 of the present embodiment moving to the latching position, and fig. 6 is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view illustrating the latch 3 of the present embodiment moving to the disengaging position. The latch 3 is disposed on the body 1, and the latch 3 is movable between a latching position and a releasing position. In at least one embodiment, the latch 3 is made of a rigid material, and when the pluggable device 100 is configured in a rugged computer, the rigid material of the latch 3 can provide a more reliable fastening strength. In at least one embodiment, the handle 2 is made of a soft, tough plastic and the latch 3 is made of a relatively rigid plastic.
One side end of the latch member 3 has a latch head 30. When the latch 3 moves to the engaging position as illustrated in fig. 5, the latch 30 protrudes from the orthographic projection of the body 1 on the body 400, so that the body 400 engages the pluggable device 100 in the receiving slot 402 through the latch 30, and the pluggable device 100 is prevented from falling out of the body 400; when the latch 3 is moved to the disengaged position as illustrated in fig. 6, the latch 30 does not protrude from the orthographic projection of the body 1 on the body 400, and thus the pluggable device 100 can be disengaged from the receiving slot 402 of the body 400 without interference of the latch 30. Generally, the latch 3 is movable between a locking position and a releasing position relative to the body 1, so that the latch 3 is clamped against the body 400 by the latch head 30 in the locking position, or the latch 3 is retracted away from the body 400 by the latch head 30 in the releasing position.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 7 and fig. 8, in which fig. 7 is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view illustrating the pluggable device 100 of the present embodiment in the extracted state after the handle 2 is rotated, and fig. 8 is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view illustrating the pluggable device 100 of the present embodiment being extracted from the housing 400. For example, the outer surface 32 of the latch element 3 has a contact portion 320, so that a user can move the latch element 3 by engaging the handle 2 with the contact portion 320, so that the latch element 3 is clamped against the body 400 by the latch head 30 in the fastening position or separated from the body 400 in the releasing position. Thereby locking or releasing the pluggable device 100. When the latch member 3 is moved to the disengaged position, the user can extract the pluggable device 100 from the housing 400 by using the handle 2, as shown in fig. 8.
According to the structure, the pluggable device is clamped or separated from the machine body through the latch component to realize the fixing and anti-falling effects, so that the problems of signal interruption and the like caused by the fact that the pluggable device is separated from the machine body due to factors such as collision, falling and the like are solved. Meanwhile, when the latch is clamped on the machine body, the pluggable device is completely inserted into the positioning; conversely, when the pluggable device is not correctly positioned, the latch will interfere with the body and cannot be pushed, thereby clearly indicating to the user that the pluggable device is not inserted into the positioning, and avoiding the problems of poor contact signal and the like. In addition, because the latch member is disposed between the body and the handle and is shielded by the handle, the latch member has a hidden appearance, which is generally not easy to be noticed, and the latch member needs to be pushed by the handle to unlock the latch member, thereby achieving the anti-theft effect.
The following describes some embodiments of pluggable devices according to some embodiments of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the handle 2 is made of flexible material, and can be held by a user to be stretched to a proper length, and is configured to elastically engage with the latch 3. The user moves the latch member 3 by engaging the handle 2 with the contact portion 320, so that the latch member 3 is engaged with the body 400 through the latch head 30 at the engaging position or separated from the body 400 at the disengaging position. Thereby locking or releasing the pluggable device 100.
Referring to fig. 2, 5 to 7, in the present embodiment, the handle 2 further includes a sliding slot 22. The sliding slot 22 is sleeved on the shaft 14 of the body 1, that is, the handle 2 is pivoted on the shaft 14 of the body 1, and the handle 2 can slide or rotate relative to the shaft 14. The body 1 includes a first housing 16 and a second housing 18 which are disposed opposite to each other. The shaft 14 has two ends respectively fixed to the first housing 16 and the second housing 18, and the handle 2 is pivoted to the shaft 14.
In the present embodiment, the handle 2 of the pluggable device 100 further includes a key 24. The protruding key 24 is protruded on the outer wall 26 of the handle 2 corresponding to the sliding slot 22, for example, the protruding key 24 is protruded on the outer wall 26 corresponding to the eccentric position of the sliding slot 22, that is, the protruding key 24 for bearing force and the shaft 14 as the rotation center are staggered to facilitate the user to turn the handle 1. Therefore, when the user dials the key 24 in one direction, the handle 2 can be turned outwards around the shaft 14 to be held by the user, and if the latch 3 is located at the disengaging position, the user can directly hold the handle 2 to extract the pluggable device 100, as shown in fig. 7.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, in the present embodiment, the inner wall 20 of the handle 2 is provided with a protrusion structure 200, and the contact portion 320 of the latch 3 is provided with a recess structure 322, wherein the recess structure 322 corresponds to the protrusion structure 200. Accordingly, the user can engage the protrusion structure 200 of the handle 2 with the recess structure 322 of the contact portion 320, so as to move the latch 3 between the engaging position and the disengaging position to lock or release the pluggable device 100. In some embodiments, the disposition positions of the protrusion structures 200 and the recess structures 322 may be interchanged or modified appropriately, but not limited to the above embodiments.
In the present embodiment, the body 1 of the pluggable device 100 forms an i-shaped rail 10 on one side of the first housing 16. The guide rail 10 is provided between the body 1 and the latch 3. Thereby, the latch 3 slides on the guide rail 10 with respect to the body 1. The latch 3 covers the upper i-shaped half of the guide rail 10, and the latch 3 further extends inward into the channel of the guide rail 10 to form a pair of hooks 34, and a first limiting structure 102 is formed corresponding to the outer surface of the guide rail 10, that is, the inner surface 31 of the latch 3 further forms a second limiting structure 312 corresponding to the first limiting structure 102, wherein the inner surface 31 and the outer surface 32 are disposed opposite to each other. Once the latch member 3 is mounted on the rail 10, the second limiting structure 312 of the latch member 3 can be engaged with the first limiting structure 102 to limit the sliding stroke of the latch member 3 and prevent the latch member 3 from being separated from the rail 10. In at least one embodiment, the first position-limiting structure 102 is a trench, and the second position-limiting structure 312 is a bump corresponding to the width of the trench.
In the present embodiment, the latch 3 includes a plurality of grooves 340. These grooves 340 are provided in the hook 34. The body 1 is provided with a resilient projection 12 facing the latch 3, wherein the resilient projection 12 selectively snaps into one of the recesses 340 when the latch 3 slides relative to the body 1. Therefore, the elastic convex part 12 can be buckled in corresponding to the grooves 340 elastically, and generates a poking hand feeling and a buckling sound, and when the strong computer falls, the latch part 3 can be fixed at the buckling position through the buckling between the grooves 340 and the elastic convex part 12, and can not deviate from the buckling position easily.
Referring to fig. 6 and fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the handle 2 includes a first section 21, a second section 23 and a turning section 25. The turn section 25 is connected between the first section 21 and the second section 23. For example, the sliding groove 22 is opened on the first section 21, the second section 23 is disposed opposite to the latch 3, and the second section 23 has a recess 230 for grasping. Through the recess 230, the user can hold the handle 2 to overlap the latch 3, and then move the latch 3, and at the same time, the elastic protrusion 12 and the plurality of grooves 340 are utilized to generate a section of toggle feel during sliding of the latch 3, thereby ensuring that the latch is locked or unlocked and generating a click sound.
In summary, some embodiments of the present invention provide a pluggable device, which mainly utilizes a latching component to be fastened to or detached from a device body to achieve the fixing and anti-dropping effects, thereby overcoming the problem of signal interruption caused by the pluggable device being detached from the device body due to collision, falling, and other factors. Meanwhile, the elastic convex piece and the plurality of grooves are utilized to ensure that the latch piece generates a section of shifting hand feeling when sliding to ensure that the latch piece is locked or unlocked and generates a buckling sound.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be made therein by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
