Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
In the case of inspection using an IGR probe, there is a case where a reference signal is introduced from the distributor. For example, when an inspection is performed using the IGR probe described in patent document 1, the clip must be connected to the neutral conductor in the distributor to introduce the reference signal. However, there are limited locations within the distributor to which the connection clip can be connected. In addition, many metal plates to which the connection clip can be attached are covered with an electric shock preventing cover. Therefore, the cover must be removed, which results in a problem that it takes time to connect the IGR probe to the neutral of the distributor.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems. The invention aims to provide a connection adapter which can simply perform connection operation for leading a reference signal from a neutral phase of a distribution board.
Means for solving the problems
The connection adapter of the present invention comprises: a probe having a tip connected to a neutral phase when inserted into a first insulation measuring hole for the neutral phase formed in the branch breaker; a support pin which is an insulator and which is inserted into a second insulation measurement hole adjacent to the first insulation measurement hole when the probe is inserted into the first insulation measurement hole; a support body which is an insulator; a terminal supported by the support body; an electric wire connecting the probe and the terminal; and a fixing unit capable of fixing the support body to the side surface of the distributor.

Detailed Description
The invention is described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Duplicate descriptions are appropriately simplified or omitted. In the drawings, the same reference numerals denote the same or equivalent parts.
Embodiment 1.
Fig. 1 is a diagram showing an example of a monitoring system. An electrical distribution board 3 is provided in an electrical room 2 of a building 1. The switchboard 3 distributes power to the interior of the building 1. Fig. 1 shows an example in which a distribution board 3 distributes electric power to each store 4 in a building 1. A distributor 5 is provided in the shop 4.
The monitoring device 6 monitors the insulation state of the circuit provided in the building 1. For example, the monitoring device 6 outputs a reference signal for monitoring to determine whether or not a circuit has a poor insulation, that is, a leakage. When detecting the insulation failure, the monitoring device 6 transmits a detection signal to the external control center 7. When the control center 7 receives the detection signal from the monitoring device 6, a maintenance worker is dispatched to perform the inspection.
The monitoring device 6 displays information on the distributor 5 connected to a circuit in which a poor insulation has occurred, for example. The maintenance personnel observe the display of the monitoring device 6 and determine the distributor 5 which should be inspected. When the maintenance worker arrives at the installation site of the distributor 5 to be inspected, the work for specifying the circuit in which the insulation failure has occurred in more detail is started.
Fig. 2 is a diagram for explaining an inspection method for determining the occurrence of a poor insulation in a circuit. Fig. 2 shows a state where the cover 8 of the distributor 5 is opened. A plurality of branch breakers 10 are provided inside the case 9 of the distributor 5. A load installed in the store 4 is connected to the branch circuit breaker 10. Power is supplied to each load in the store 4 via the branch breaker 10.
Fig. 3 is a diagram showing an example of a branch breaker. The branch breaker 10 includes conductors 11 and 12 connected to an electric wire from a load therein. For example, the conductor 11 is a neutral phase (N-phase). The conductor 12 is an R phase. The branch breaker 10 is formed with an insulation measuring hole 13 for the conductor 11 into which a probe is inserted and an insulation measuring hole 14 for the conductor 12, for example, when measuring the insulation resistance value. The insulation measuring hole 14 is adjacent to the insulation measuring hole 13. Fig. 3 shows an example in which the insulation measurement hole 14 is disposed above the insulation measurement hole 13.
Maintenance personnel who arrive at the installation site of the distributor 5 use the IGR probe 20 for inspection. For example, maintenance personnel measure leakage current through the IGR probe 20. In order to perform the above-described inspection, it is necessary to introduce a reference signal for monitoring into the IGR probe 20. Therefore, the IGR probe 20 includes a GND line 21 and a reference signal line 22. The service person connects the reference signal line 22 with the branch breaker 10 in the distributor 5 via the connection adapter 30. Thereby, the reference signal from the branch circuit breaker 10 is introduced into the IGR probe 20 via the connection adapter 30.
Fig. 4 is a diagram showing an example of the connection adapter 30 according to embodiment 1. The connection adapter 30 includes, for example, a connection portion 31, an electric wire 32, and a relay portion 33. The connection portion 31 is connected to the branch breaker 10. The reference signal line 22 of the IGR probe 20 is connected to the relay 33. The connection portion 31 and the relay portion 33 are connected by an electric wire 32.
The connection unit 31 includes, for example, a probe 34, a support pin 35, and a holding unit 36. The probe 34 is a conductor of cylindrical shape. The probe 34 is fixed to the holding portion 36. The probe 34 is covered with an insulator 34a so that only the tip portion is exposed. Fig. 5 is a diagram showing a state in which the connection portion 31 is connected to the branch breaker 10. Fig. 5 is a view corresponding to the section a-a in fig. 3.
When the probe 34 is inserted into the insulation measuring hole 13, the tip thereof comes into contact with the conductor 11. That is, probe 34 is connected to neutral. The diameter of the probe 34 is smaller than the diameter of the insulation measuring hole 13. The probe 34 has a specific length such that the tip thereof can contact the conductor 11 when inserted into the insulation measurement hole 13. The wire 32 is connected to the probe 34.
The support pin 35 is a rod-shaped insulator. The support pin 35 is fixed to the holding portion 36. The support pin 35 protrudes from the holding portion 36 in the same direction as the probe 34 protrudes from the holding portion 36. As shown in fig. 5, when the probe 34 is inserted into the insulation measuring hole 13, the support pin 35 is inserted into the insulation measuring hole 14. The support pin 35 is shorter than the probe 34. Therefore, even if the tip of the probe 34 contacts the conductor 11, the support pin 35 does not contact the conductor 12. The bearing pin 35 does not contact any conductor inside the branch circuit breaker 10.
As shown in fig. 5, when the maintenance worker releases his hand from the connection portion 31 after the connection portion 31 is disposed, the electric wire 32 hangs down from the holding portion 36, and a force in the direction indicated by the arrow B acts on the connection portion 31. Thereby, the support pin 35 hits the edge of the insulation measuring hole 14, and the connection portion 31 is fixed to the branch breaker 10. Fig. 6 is a view showing a section C-C of fig. 5. As shown in fig. 6, the support pin 35 may be formed to have a gradually larger width as it approaches the holding portion 36. This can suppress the shaking of the hand of the maintenance worker when the maintenance worker releases the hand from the connection portion 31, and can more firmly fix the connection portion 31 to the branch breaker 10.
The relay unit 33 includes, for example, a terminal 37, a magnet 38, and a support 39. The terminal 37 is, for example, a plate conductor. Fig. 4 shows an example in which the terminal 37 is a metal plate having a quadrangular shape. The terminal 37 is supported by a support body 39. The wire 32 is connected to the terminal 37. That is, the wire 32 electrically connects the probe 34 with the terminal 37. A clip provided on the reference signal line 22 of the IGR probe 20 is attached to the terminal 37.
The magnet 38 is supported by a support 39. Fig. 7 is a diagram showing a state in which relay unit 33 is attached to distributor 5. Fig. 7 corresponds to an enlarged view of a portion D in fig. 2. In the example shown in fig. 7, the magnet 38 is fixed to the side surface 9a of the distributor 5 on the outer side of the case 9. The magnet 38 is an example of a means capable of fixing the support 39 to the side surface 9a of the distributor 5.
The support 39 is an insulator. Since support 39 is an insulator, insulation between terminal 37 and distributor 5 is ensured. In the example shown in the present embodiment, the support 39 includes insulating plates 40 and 41. The insulating plate 40 is formed with a U-shaped notch 40 a. The insulating plate 41 is formed with a U-shaped notch 41 a. The shape of the cutout 41a is the same as that of the cutout 40 a.
The terminal 37 is sandwiched between the insulating plate 40 and the insulating plate 41, and only a part thereof is exposed from the support 39. For example, only a part of one linear side of the four edges of the terminal 37 is exposed from the notch 40a and the notch 41 a. The terminal 37 is held by the insulating plate 40 and the insulating plate 41 so that the exposed portion does not protrude from the concave space formed by the notches 40a and 41 a.
When a maintenance worker performs an inspection using the IGR probe 20, first, the magnet 38 is fixed to the side surface 9a of the housing 9, and the relay unit 33 is attached to the outside of the distributor 5. Next, the maintenance worker inserts the probe 34 into the insulation measuring hole 13 so that the support pin 35 is inserted into the insulation measuring hole 14. Thereby, the connection unit 31 is attached to the branch breaker 10, and the terminal 37 is electrically connected to the neutral phase in the branch breaker 10. After that, the maintenance worker clamps the terminal 37 with a clip provided on the reference signal line 22 of the IGR probe 20, and introduces the reference signal for monitoring from the distributor 5 to the IGR probe 20.
When the monitoring device 6 detects a defective insulation, a maintenance worker is often required to perform an inspection as soon as possible. According to the example shown in the present embodiment, the connection work for introducing the reference signal from the neutral phase of the distributor 5 can be performed easily and in a short time. That is, by using the connection adapter 30, the connection work can be performed without detaching a member such as a cover provided inside the distributor 5.
After attaching the clip provided on the reference signal line 22 to the terminal 37, the maintenance worker performs an inspection using the IGR probe 20. In this inspection, since the IGR probe 20 is frequently moved, the clip provided on the reference signal line 22 is easily detached from the terminal 37. In the example shown in the present embodiment, the relay portion 33 is attached to the side surface 9a of the distributor 5. Therefore, even if the clip falls off from the terminal 37, the clip falls out of the distributor 5. According to the example shown in the present embodiment, it is possible to suppress occurrence of a short-circuit accident due to a clip coming off from the terminal 37.
