constructing a three-dimensional model of the insulating part according to the external structure model and the internal structure model of the insulating part;
according to model data corresponding to three-dimensional models of different insulating parts of different power equipment, a model database is established;
when the insulating part needs to be replaced, calling model data corresponding to the insulating part to be replaced from the model database, and manufacturing the entity of the insulating part to be replaced according to the model data corresponding to the insulating part to be replaced so as to replace;
the method for obtaining the internal structure image of the insulating part to construct the internal structure model of the insulating part specifically comprises the following steps: acquiring an internal structure image of the insulating member; performing image processing on the internal structure image to obtain internal structure information; the internal structure information comprises specific dimensions of an internal structure, the shape of a metal insert in an insulating part and the dimensions of the metal insert in the insulating part; constructing an internal structure model of the insulating part according to the internal structure information;
wherein, the obtaining the internal structure image of the insulating component further specifically includes: acquiring an internal structure image of the insulating part in an industrial CT mode;
the method for acquiring the point cloud data of the insulating part of the power equipment to construct an external structure model of the insulating part specifically comprises the following steps: acquiring point cloud data of the insulating part by using a three-dimensional scanning mode; the insulation parts comprise basin-type insulators of the gas insulated switch, bushings of the transformer and terminals of the cable, and the point cloud data of the insulation parts comprise position information, size information, reflection intensity information and color information of each insulation part; and drawing an external structure model of the insulating part according to the point cloud data of the insulating part.
2. The method for managing an insulating part of an electrical device according to claim 1, wherein the constructing a three-dimensional model of the insulating part based on an external structural model and an internal structural model of the insulating part, specifically comprises:
