Therefore, in the embodiment, the washing and protecting information can be obtained only by carrying out image identification on the existing clothes label on the clothes, the radio frequency label and the radio frequency identification module are not required to be added, the cost of the clothes and the clothes washing and protecting equipment is reduced, and resources are saved. And the generating and sending module 730 is configured to generate washing instruction information according to the current washing information and send the washing instruction information to the clothes washing and protecting equipment for washing and protecting the clothes to be washed and protected.
In some embodiments, further comprising: a storage module configured to receive the clothes image and the clothes label image transmitted by the terminal; performing image recognition on the clothes image, extracting the clothes image information, performing image recognition on the clothes label image, and determining the clothes information comprising washing and protecting information; and storing the clothes image information and the clothes information in the configured clothes information database.
The embodiment of the disclosure also provides a server, which comprises the clothes washing and protecting device.

The laundry care apparatus may be located at a laundry care equipment side of the laundry care system, as shown in fig. 8, the laundry care apparatus includes: an image acquisition module 810 and a receive operation module 820.
And the image acquisition module 810 is configured to acquire the picture information of the clothes to be washed and send the picture information to the server.
And a receiving operation module 820 configured to receive the washing instruction information returned by the server, and wash and protect the clothes to be washed according to the washing instruction information, wherein the washing instruction information is generated after the server determines the current washing and protecting information matched with the picture information of the clothes to be washed from the stored corresponding relationship between the image information of the clothes and the washing and protecting information, and the corresponding relationship is generated after the server performs image recognition on the acquired image of the clothes and the label image of the clothes.
In some embodiments, the image acquisition module 810 is specifically configured to start the configured image capture device if it is determined that the door body is opened; and acquiring picture information of the clothes to be washed and protected by the camera equipment.
The embodiment of the disclosure also provides clothes washing and protecting equipment which comprises the clothes washing and protecting device.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a computer-readable storage medium, which stores computer-executable instructions configured to execute the clothes washing method of the service side or the clothes washing equipment side.
An embodiment of the present disclosure provides a computer program product including a computer program stored on a computer-readable storage medium, the computer program including program instructions that, when executed by a computer, cause the computer to execute the above-described clothes washing method on the service side or the clothes washing apparatus side.
The computer-readable storage medium described above may be a transitory computer-readable storage medium or a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium.
An embodiment of the present disclosure provides an electronic device, a structure of which is shown in fig. 9, the electronic device including:
at least one processor (processor)1000, one processor 1000 being exemplified in FIG. 9; and a memory (memory)1001, and may further include a Communication Interface (Communication Interface)1002 and a bus 1003. The processor 1000, the communication interface 1002, and the memory 1001 may communicate with each other through the bus 1003. Communication interface 1002 may be used for the transfer of information. The processor 1000 may call logic instructions in the memory 1001 to execute the laundry care method of the service side or the laundry care apparatus side of the above-described embodiments.
In addition, the logic instructions in the memory 1001 may be implemented in the form of software functional units and stored in a computer readable storage medium when the logic instructions are sold or used as independent products.
The memory 1001 is a computer readable storage medium and can be used for storing software programs, computer executable programs, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the methods in the embodiments of the present disclosure. The processor 1000 executes the functional application and data processing by running the software program, instructions and modules stored in the memory 1001, that is, implements the clothes washing method in the above method embodiment.
The memory 1001 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the terminal device, and the like. Further, the memory 1001 may include a high-speed random access memory and may also include a nonvolatile memory.
The technical solution of the embodiments of the present disclosure may be embodied in the form of a software product, where the computer software product is stored in a storage medium and includes one or more instructions to enable a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method of the embodiments of the present disclosure. And the aforementioned storage medium may be a non-transitory storage medium comprising: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes, and may also be a transient storage medium.

Claims (10)

1. A system for laundry care, comprising: a server and a laundry care appliance, wherein,
the server is configured to receive picture information of clothes to be washed and protected sent by the clothes washing and protecting device, determine that the picture information of the clothes to be washed and protected matches current washing and protecting information according to a corresponding relation between stored clothes image information and the washing and protecting information, generate washing and protecting instruction information according to the current washing and protecting information, and send the washing and protecting instruction information to the clothes washing and protecting device, wherein the corresponding relation is generated after image recognition is carried out on an obtained clothes image and a clothes label image;
the clothes washing and protecting device is configured to acquire the picture information of the clothes to be washed and protected, send the picture information to the server, receive the washing and protecting instruction information returned by the server, and wash and protect the clothes to be washed and protected according to the washing and protecting instruction information.
2. The system of claim 1, further comprising:
a terminal configured to acquire a laundry image and a laundry label image and transmit the laundry image and the laundry label image to the server;
the server is further configured to acquire a clothes image and a clothes label image from the terminal; performing image recognition on the clothes image, extracting clothes image information, performing image recognition on the clothes label image, and determining clothes information comprising washing and protecting information; and generating and storing the corresponding relation between the clothes image information and the clothes information in a configured clothes information database.
3. A method of laundry care, comprising:
acquiring picture information of clothes to be washed and protected sent by clothes washing and protecting equipment;
determining that the current washing and protecting information is matched with the picture information of the clothes to be washed and protected according to the corresponding relation between the stored image information of the clothes and the washing and protecting information, wherein the corresponding relation is generated after image recognition is carried out on the obtained clothes image and the clothes label image;
and generating washing and protecting instruction information according to the current washing and protecting information, and sending the washing and protecting instruction information to the clothes washing and protecting equipment for washing and protecting clothes to be washed and protected.
4. The method as claimed in claim 3, wherein before obtaining the picture information of the clothes to be washed sent by the clothes washing equipment, the method further comprises:
receiving a clothes image and a clothes label image sent by a terminal;
performing image recognition on the clothes image, extracting clothes image information, performing image recognition on the clothes label image, and determining clothes information comprising washing and protecting information;
and storing the clothes image information and the clothes information in a configured clothes information database.
5. A method of laundry care, comprising:
acquiring picture information of clothes to be washed, and sending the picture information to a server;
and receiving washing and protecting instruction information returned by the server, and washing and protecting clothes to be washed and protected according to the washing and protecting instruction information, wherein the washing and protecting instruction information is generated after the server determines current washing and protecting information matched with the picture information of the clothes to be washed and protected from the corresponding relation between the stored clothes image information and the washing and protecting information, and the corresponding relation is generated after the server performs image recognition on the obtained clothes image and the clothes label image.
6. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the acquiring the picture information of the clothes to be washed comprises:
starting the configured image pickup device under the condition that the door body is determined to be opened;
and acquiring picture information of the clothes to be washed through the camera equipment.
7. A device for laundry care, comprising:
the receiving module is configured to acquire picture information of clothes to be washed and protected, which is sent by the clothes washing and protecting equipment;
the determining and matching module is configured to determine that the current washing and protecting information is matched with the picture information of the clothes to be washed and protected according to the corresponding relation between the stored clothes image information and the washing and protecting information, wherein the corresponding relation is generated after image recognition is carried out on the obtained clothes image and the clothes label image;
and the generating and sending module is configured to generate washing and protecting instruction information according to the current washing and protecting information and send the washing and protecting instruction information to the clothes washing and protecting equipment for washing and protecting clothes to be washed and protected.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
a storage module configured to receive the clothes image and the clothes label image transmitted by the terminal; performing image recognition on the clothes image, extracting clothes image information, performing image recognition on the clothes label image, and determining clothes information comprising washing and protecting information; and storing the clothes image information and the clothes information in a configured clothes information database.
9. A device for laundry care, comprising:
the image acquisition module is configured to acquire picture information of the clothes to be washed and send the picture information to the server;
the receiving operation module is configured to receive washing instruction information returned by the server and wash and protect clothes to be washed and protected according to the washing instruction information, wherein the washing instruction information is generated after the server determines current washing and protecting information matched with the picture information of the clothes to be washed and protected from a corresponding relation between stored clothes image information and washing and protecting information, and the corresponding relation is generated after the server performs image recognition on the obtained clothes image and the clothes label image.
10. The apparatus of claim 9,
the image acquisition module is specifically configured to start the configured image pickup device under the condition that the door body is determined to be opened; and acquiring picture information of the clothes to be washed through the camera equipment.
