As shown in fig. 1-3 and 10, the indicator light portion on the main board 04 in the technical scheme of the present invention is located at the same end of the read-write card portion and is in the same plane with the certificate recognition portion 048, and the indicator light portion includes LED modules 043 and fixing portions 044, wherein the number of the LED modules 043 is 3, the number of the fixing portions 044 is 2, and the fixing portions 044 are inserted in the LED modules and distributed side by side. The indicator light through hole 0113 of the indicator light part in the panel housing 011 is matched with the LED light module 043 on the main board 04, and the positioning part 0143 of the indicator light through hole is connected with the fixing part 044 of the indicator light part on the main board 04 to form positioning and fixing.
As shown in fig. 1-3 and 10, the side switch portion of the main board according to the present invention includes a switch 045 and a positioning portion 0451, in this embodiment, the switch 045 is a standard snap switch, the positioning portion 0451 is located at the side of the switch 045, the total number of the positioning portions 0451 is 2, which are respectively disposed at two sides of the switch 045, the positioning portions are in a convex structure, and the pattern is in a regular shape. The switch 045 mates with a switch connection port 0117 on the panel housing 011, the locating portion 0451 mates with a locating portion 0133 on the switch housing 0131, and the extending portion 0132 and locating portion 0133 on the switch housing 0131 snap-fit over the top 0451 of the switch 045 on the motherboard 04.
As shown in fig. 1-3 and 10, the expansion interface portion of the main board 04 in the technical solution of the present invention includes an expansion interface 046 and a positioning portion 0461, the positioning portion 0461 is located at a side portion of the expansion interface 046, the positioning portion 0461 is provided with 2 gaps respectively located at two sides of the expansion interface 046, the positioning portion is a regular protrusion and forms a gap with the expansion interface 046, the expansion interface 046 is a standard USB interface, and this embodiment is only one of standard interfaces, and is not limited. The expansion interface portion mates with the data line connection port 0116 on the panel housing 011. The certificate identification part 048 and the read-write card part arranged on the main board 04 can meet the basic equipment read-write and identification functions, the indicator lamp part can play a role in prompting the working state of equipment, and the expansion interface part can be used for various functions such as data line connection and power supply charging.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 11-13, the fixing member 032 in the embodiment of the present invention includes a first positioning structure and a second positioning structure; the first positioning structure at least comprises a positioning part 0324, a positioning part 0341, a positioning hole 0323 and a positioning hole 0331, and the second positioning structure at least comprises a positioning part 0326, a positioning part 03261, a positioning hole 0321 and a positioning hole 03211; the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure are positioned in opposite directions of the structure fixing piece.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 11-13, the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure in the embodiment of the present invention are located in opposite directions of the fixing member of the present structure, and the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure have a common adjacent surface, where the adjacent surface is provided with a through hole structure 03233, and the through hole structure 03233 is a rectangular through hole, and the through hole is convenient for operation and installation of the power module 031 that needs to be fixed.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 11-13, 2 positioning portions 0324 and 2 positioning portions 03241 of the first positioning structure according to the embodiment of the present invention are provided, wherein the positioning portions 0324 are rectangular cuboid, the positioning portions 0341 are rectangular bulges, and the positioning portions 0324 and the positioning portions 03241 are symmetrically distributed; the positioning part 0324 and the positioning part 03241 have the same height and form a concave groove body for accommodating the functional devices to be fixed. A positioning screw hole 0323 is provided in the positioning portion 0324.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 11-13, the positioning hole 03232 on the first positioning structure is a positioning screw hole, the positioning hole 0331 is a common positioning hole, the positioning screw hole is used for positioning a stud, and the common positioning hole is used for positioning a positioning column.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 11-13, the positioning portion 0326 and the positioning portion 03261 of the second positioning structure according to the embodiment of the present invention are respectively a pair, the positioning portion 0326 and the positioning portion 03261 form a "[" positioning slot, and form an arch shape when viewed from the side, so that the structure of the fixing member is stable, and a concave groove 0325 is formed between the two pairs of positioning portions 0326 and the positioning portion 03261, and the concave groove 0325 is used for accommodating the functional device to be fixed; the positioning portion 0326 and the positioning portion 03261 further comprise a wire groove structure 0322.

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 11-13, in the embodiment of the present invention, the back surfaces of the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure form a stepped plane, the positioning hole 0321 on the second positioning structure is a screw hole positioning hole, the positioning hole 03211 is a common through hole positioning hole, and the positioning hole is matched with the connecting stud 0118 and the positioning hole 0321 in the inner groove of the housing on the panel housing 011 to form a stud, and the positioning connecting stud 0181 passes through the positioning hole 03211 to fix the fixing part 032 and fix the power module 031. The fixing of the functional devices in the multifunctional intelligent read-write terminal equipment is realized from the front side and the back side by the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure, so that the complete realization of the functions of the product is ensured.
As shown in fig. 1-2 and 5-9, the housing according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a first housing and a second housing, where the first housing is connected with the second housing; wherein the first housing is a panel housing 011 and the second housing is a base housing 012.
As shown in fig. 1-2 and 5-9, the panel housing 011 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a housing panel and a housing inner groove, the housing panel is an outer panel of the housing inner groove, and the housing inner groove is formed by enclosing at least three side walls of the housing based on the housing panel; the shell panel at least comprises a limit part 0111, a card identification part 0112 and an indication part 0113; the side wall of the shell at least comprises a clamping groove part, an expanding interface part and a switch key hole part 0117; the housing inner groove includes at least a main body attachment portion 0119, a stopper 01192, and a housing support reinforcing connection portion. The main board 04 is mounted on the main body mounting part 0119, the stopper 01192 is used for limiting the clamping position, and the fixing part 01191 is used for clamping the main board 04, so that the positioning and fixing effects are achieved.
As shown in fig. 1-2 and 5-9, the panel housing 011 according to the embodiment of the present invention is formed by enclosing 4 housing sidewalls, and four corners are rounded corners.
As shown in fig. 1-2 and 5-9, a limiting portion 0111 of the housing panel according to the embodiment of the present invention is located in a middle area of one end of the housing panel.
As shown in fig. 1-2 and 5-9, the limiting part 0111 is based on the level of the panel of the housing, and the card identifying part 0112 is formed by a structure.

As shown in fig. 1-2 and 5-9, 3 indicator light through holes 0113 of the indicator light portion on the panel housing 011 according to the embodiment of the present invention are provided, in this embodiment, the indicator light portion is provided with 3 indicator light through holes according to the 3-color prompt function of the product, and three indicator light posts 0141 are also configured at the same time, the indicator light posts 0141 are made of a light-transmitting material, one end of each indicator light post is provided with a limiting portion 0144, the limiting portion 0144 is provided with a positioning portion 0143 and a positioning hole 0142, the light-transmitting material is convenient for the light transmission of the indicator light, and the limiting portion 0144 can prevent the indicator light posts 0141 from passing through the indicator light through holes 0113 and then falling out. In this embodiment, 3 indicator light columns 0141 are provided as light columns with connected bottoms, which is beneficial to limit and fix on one hand, assembly on the other hand, and prevents the assembly procedure of individual parts from being complex and easy to lose, and in some embodiments, is a single indicator light. The indicator lamp part in the shell is matched with the LED light module 043 on the main board 04, and the positioning part 0143 of the indicator lamp part is connected with the fixing part 044 of the indicator lamp part on the main board 04 to form positioning and fixing.
As shown in fig. 1-2 and 5-9, the card slot part on the side wall of the housing in the embodiment of the invention is separately located on one side wall of the housing near the indicator lamp part, the card slot part at least comprises a large card slot 0115 and a small card slot 0114, and the large card slot 0115 is provided with a card support 01151. The large card slot 0115 is matched with the large SIM card type read-write card 042 on the main board 04, and the small card slot 0114 is matched with the small SIM card type read-write card 041 on the main board 04.
As shown in fig. 1-2 and 5-9, the expansion interface part on the side wall of the shell according to the embodiment of the present invention is centrally disposed on one side wall of the shell, and the expansion interface part includes a switch connection port 0117 and a data line connection port 0116. Wherein the switch connection port 0117 mates with a switch housing 013, the switch housing 0131 passing through the switch connection port 0117, the switch housing 0131 comprising an extension 0132 and a positioning 0133; and mates with the switch 045, with the locating portion 0451 mating with the locating portion 0133 on the switch housing 0131, and the extending portion 0132 and locating portion 0133 on the switch housing 0131 snap over the top 0451 of the switch 045 on the main board 04.
As shown in fig. 1-2 and 5-9, a main body installation part 0119 of the inner groove of the shell occupies at least one half of the area on a panel of the inner groove of the shell, the main body installation part 0119 is rectangular in regular shape, a limiting block 01192 and a fixing part 01191 are arranged around the main body installation part 0119, the limiting block 01192 is a rectangular limiting block, and the fixing part 01191 is a buckle.
As shown in fig. 1-2 and 5-9, a limiting block 01192 included in the inner groove of the shell is positioned on the inner wall of the side wall of the shell, and the connecting part is a fastening structure for connecting the other half of the related structure of the shell; the housing supporting and reinforcing connection part included in the housing inner groove is arranged at the position of the housing inner groove corresponding to the limit part 0111 on the housing panel, and the housing supporting and reinforcing connection part in the housing inner groove includes a connection stud 0118 and a positioning connection post 01181 for housing supporting and reinforcing connection. The connecting stud 0118 is matched with the positioning hole 0321 to form a stud, the positioning connecting post 0181 passes through the positioning hole 03211 to be positioned and fixed on the fixed part 032, a plurality of buckles 01193 are arranged at the edge part of the shell and are used for realizing the clamping connection with the base shell, the buckles are clamped with the buckling grooves 01111 of the base shell, and the arranged quantity is matched with each other.
As shown in fig. 1-7, the base housing in the embodiment of the present invention includes a base panel 0124, a base supporting structure 0127, a base housing inner groove structure, and a label portion 0218, wherein one surface of the base supporting structure 0127 and the label portion 0218 located on the base panel 0124 forms an external contact surface of the base housing, and the other surface of the base housing inner groove structure located on the base panel 0124 forms a containing space.
As shown in fig. 1-7, the shape of the base panel 0124 according to the embodiment of the present invention is a regular rectangular structure, wherein four corners of the base panel 0124 in the rectangular state are rounded corners.
As shown in fig. 1-7, the base support structure 0127 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a support base 01271 and a support base cushion 01272, where the support base 01271 is connected to the support base cushion 01272, and the support base structure is provided with 4 support base plates distributed near four corners of the base panel 0124. The connection mode of the support base 01271 and the support seat cushion 01272 at least comprises cementing, clamping and bonding, and in this embodiment, a cementing and clamping mixed mode is selected.

As shown in fig. 1-7, the base shell inner groove structure according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a shell connecting portion 01212 and a shell inner groove, wherein the shell inner groove is formed by combining 4 sides based on a base panel 0124; wherein the inner groove of the shell comprises a battery groove body 0123 and a fingerprint identification piece fixing part. Wherein the fixing clamping portion 0126 is a rectangular body higher than the reinforcing rib, one end of the reinforcing rib 0125 is connected with the base shell, the connecting edge of the reinforcing rib is adjacent to the connecting edge of the base shell, the part 0161 connected with the reinforcing rib 0125 is a chamfer, namely, one end of the connecting edge is connected with the top of the fixing clamping portion 0126 to form a certain chamfer with the top of the reinforcing rib 0125.
As can be seen from the embodiment, the base support structures 0127 are arranged on the base panel 0124 and uniformly distributed, so that the function of placing and supporting equipment can be realized, and the appearance is concise and attractive; the base shell inner groove structure comprises a shell connecting part and a shell inner groove, so that the connection of other shell structures can be realized, and meanwhile, a battery groove body 0123 and a fingerprint identification part fixing part 0126 arranged in the shell inner groove can also support and fix functional components of the main body in the product, and a clamping groove 01111 is arranged on the side of the base shell inner groove structure so as to realize clamping. The main board is simple in structure, products can be optimized according to the structural design of the main board in appearance, space is saved, the products can be designed to be small and exquisite, the functions of the products can be realized, the shell can be matched and guaranteed to realize the identification and reading and writing functions of the cards of the products and the indication of working states, and meanwhile, various interfaces are arranged to meet the external requirements of the products. The base support structures are uniformly distributed on the base panel, so that the placing and supporting effects on equipment can be realized, and the appearance is concise and attractive; the base shell inner groove structure comprises a shell connecting part and a shell inner groove, so that the connection of other shell structures can be realized, and meanwhile, the power supply groove body part and the shell connecting part arranged in the shell inner groove can also support and fix the functional components of the main body in the product. The functions of the product itself are optimized or simplified to design by considering both the use of functions in practical application and production cost and the product of the corresponding function customized and matched.
