Abstract

本发明涉及一种固体复合氨基酸肥的生产方法,它由豆饼、菜籽饼为原料,经粉碎、过筛、水解、搅拌、调pH值,出料、烘干、粉碎、过筛、造粒、包装等生产而成,本发明与现有技术相比,它生产简单,设备投资少,生产周期短,产品养分含量高,增产效果显著,经在蔬菜、果树上试验较施等量饼肥增产6.1-14.1%,并可提高土壤保肥供肥能力、提高作物品质产量。

Description

一种固体复合氨基酸肥的生产方法
本发明涉及一种固体复合氨基酸肥的生产方法,具体的说是涉及一种以豆饼、菜籽饼为原料,经化学水解直接生产而成的,以复合氨基酸为主的有机复合肥料的生产方法。
目前,国内以菜籽饼、棉籽饼和动物毛发为原料,通过化学水解生产的液体氨基酸复合叶面微肥,已广泛应用于农作物根外施肥,并对其产量品质的提高起了很大作用。但现有的对含氮磷钾为主的固体氨基酸复合肥的生产研制较少,难以满足优质蔬菜、果树、烟草等生产的需要。据检索,近年来仅有用毛发生产胱氨酸后的母液加入磷肥含腐殖酸物质及多种微量元素而成的颗粒氨基酸复合肥和生产胱氨酸后的母液经减压半浓缩、脱水调制而成的氨基酸固体肥料生产研制报导和应用豆饼、麦麸通过生物发酵生产氨基酸复合肥的报导。然而,在应用动物毛发、羽毛生产饲料复合氨基酸或生产医药氨基酸产品中,多采用化学水解、发酵和合成等方法生产。在化学水解中,所用盐酸浓度为6-10MOL/L(HCI 20-32%),
    硫酸浓度为3-5MOL/L(H2SO4 25-38%),
    温度为105℃-115℃,
    水解时间为10-20小时。故现有的氨基酸复合肥的生产复杂,水解时间长,所需温度高,生产周期长,产品养分含量低,增产效果不显著。
本发明的目的在于提供一种以豆饼、菜籽饼为原料,经化学水解直接制备而成的一种固体复合氨基酸肥的生产方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,它由豆饼、菜籽饼为原料,经粉碎、过筛、水解、搅拌、调PH值,出料、烘干、粉碎、过筛、造粒、包装等生产而成,其特征在于:它是由下述方法生产而成的一种固体复合氨基酸肥:
①将豆饼或菜籽饼粉碎,过20目筛,
②上述20目粉料加入反应罐中,再加入12-18%的H2SO4,搅拌均匀,
③水解,水解硫酸浓度为12-18%,
        物料与水解酸重量比为1∶0.6-0.8、
        水解温度为80-90℃,
        水解时间为8-12小时
④水解完后,在不断搅拌中加碳铵,调PH至5,
⑤出料,烘干,至含水量为<5%
⑥再粉碎,过60目筛,
⑦造粒,其粒度为1-4.75mm,抗碎力为(2.00-12.80mm)≥12N,
⑧包装,即成本发明的一种固体复合氨基酸肥。
本发明与现有技术相比,它生产简单,设备投资少,生产周期短,产品养分含量高,增产效果显著,经在蔬菜、果树上试验较施等量饼肥增产6.1-14.1%,并可提高土壤保肥供肥能力、提高作物品质产量。
下面结合实施例进一步说明本发明
实施例一
①商购100Kg豆饼,粉碎,并过20目筛,
②将上述粉料加入反应罐中,
③水解,用70Kg的硫酸,其浓度为16%水解,搅匀,温度保持在80℃,时间为12小时,
④水解完后,在不断搅拌中加碳铵调PH至5,出料,烘干,
⑤粉碎,过60目筛,
⑥造粒,其粒度为3mm,抗碎力为(2.00-12.80mm)>12N,
⑦包装,即生产出复合氨基酸总量为41.2%的100Kg本发明复合氨基酸肥。
实施例二
①商购100Kg菜籽饼,粉碎,并过20目筛,
②将上述粉料加入反应罐中,
③水解,用70Kg的硫酸,其浓度为16%水解,搅匀,温度保持在80℃,时间为12小时,
④水解完后,在不断搅拌中加碳铵调PH至5,出料,烘干,
⑤粉碎,过60目筛,
⑥造粒,其粒度为3mm,抗碎力为(2.00-12.80mm)≥12N,
⑦包装,即生产出复合氨基酸总量为≥35.0%的100Kg本发明复合氨基酸肥。
本发明的一种固体复合氨基酸肥中含作物所需要的18种氨基酸,氨基酸的含量在35%以上,氮6-8%,磷1.00-2.48%,钾1.4-2.13%,并含多种维生素和微量元素,作物能直接吸收或经土壤氨化细菌分解后吸收,改善了作物氮素营养,氨基酸与金属离子络合,提高了肥料中与土壤中微量元素的有效性,与土壤中的钙、铝、铁离子络合,减少了磷的固定,提高了磷的有效性,氨基酸分子中具有羧基官能团,具有良好离子交换性能,从而增强了土壤保肥供肥能力。复合氨基酸肥能大幅度提高蔬菜、烟草、果树、茶叶等作物的品质,对其出口创汇有重要意义。据试验:蔬菜上施用本发明一般较施等量饼肥增产6.1-10.3%,果树增产7.1-14.1%。
以下举例说明:
一、蔬菜
(一)黄瓜试验,试验设在早春冬暖式大棚内,地力均匀,供试品种为新泰密刺,每667M2施有机肥2000Kg,1月1日播种育苗,2月17日定植,密度3000株/667M2,设3个处理:①对照,②施等量饼肥,③每667M2施本发明复合氨基酸肥50Kg,小区面积13.3M2,随机排列,重复3次。
结果表明:施本发明的一种固体复合氨基酸肥增产效果显著,
          较施等量饼肥组,每667M2增产508Kg,增产率为9.4%;
          较对照组,每667M2增产986Kg,增产率为31.3%;
(二)番茄试验,试验地为潮土,供试品种为毛粉802,密度3500株/667M2每677M2施有机肥3000Kg,设3个处理:①对照,②施等量饼肥,③每667M2施本发明复合氨基酸肥50Kg,小区面积13.3M2,随机排列,重复3次。
结果表明:施本发明的一种固体复合氨基酸肥增产效果显著,
          较施等量饼肥组,每667M2增产508Kg,增产率为9.4%;
          较对照组,每667M2增产986Kg,增产率为31.3%;
(三)大白菜试验,试验地为潮土,供试品种为山东七号,8月31日直播,行距0.6M,株距0.57M,密度1949株/667M2,在每667M2施尿素30Kg,整地施肥基础上,试验设3个处理:①对照(CK),②施等量饼肥,③每667M2施本发明复合氨基酸肥50Kg,小区面积20M2,随机排列,重复3次。
结果表明:施本发明的一种固体复合氨基酸肥增产效果显著,
          较施等含量饼肥,每667M2增产698Kg,增产率为10.3%;
          较对照组,每667M2增产1762Kg,增产率为30.8%;
(四)辣椒试验,供试品种为湘研3号,在每667M2施3000Kg有机肥的基础上,试验设3个处理:①对照(CK),②施等量饼肥,③每667M2施本发明复合氨基酸肥50Kg,小区面积13.3M2,随机排列,重复3次。
结果表明:施本发明的一种固体复合氨基酸肥增产效果显著,
          较施等量饼肥组,每667M2增产249Kg,增产率为6.1%;
          较对照组,每667M2增产986.5Kg,增产率为29.5%;
二、果树
(一)苹果试验,在10年生红星苹果园内,在园内选40株树势整齐均匀的果树进行试验。试验在冬前施2000Kg/667M2有机肥基础上,设3个处理:①对照,②施等量饼肥,③施本发明复合氨基酸肥60Kg/667M2采收时单株计产。
结果表明:施本发明的一种固体复合氨基酸肥增产效果显著,
          较施等含量饼肥,每667M2增产192Kg,增产率为7.1%;
          较对照组,每667M2增产646Kg,增产率为28.7%;
(二)葡萄试验,在6年生巨峰葡萄园内,试验小区30M2设3个处理:①对照,②施等量饼肥,③施本发明复合氨基酸肥60Kg/667M2,4次重复。在冬前施2000Kg/667M2有机肥基础上,设3个处理:①对照,②施等量饼肥,③施本发明复合氨基酸肥60Kg/667M2采收时按小区称重计产。
结果表明:施本发明的一种固体复合氨基酸肥增产效果显著,
          较施等含量饼肥,每667M2增产466Kg,增产率为14.1%;
          较对照组,每667M2增产1019Kg,增产率为36.9%;

Claims (1)

1、一种固体复合氨基酸肥的生产方法,它由豆饼、菜籽饼为原料,经粉碎、过筛、水解、搅拌、调PH值,出料、烘干、粉碎、过筛、造粒、包装等生产而成,其特征在于:它是由下述方法生产而成的一种固体复合氨基酸肥:
①将豆饼或菜籽饼粉碎,过20目筛,
②上述20目粉料加入反应罐中,再加入12-18%的H2SO4,搅拌均匀,
③水解,水解硫酸浓度为12-18%,
        物料与水解酸重量比为1∶0.6-0.8、
        水解温度为80-90℃,
        水解时间为8-12小时
④水解完后,在不断搅拌中加碳铵,调PH至5,
⑤出料,烘干,至含水量为<5%
⑥再粉碎,过60目筛,
⑦造粒,其粒度为1-4.75mm,抗碎力为(2.00-12.80mm)≥12N,
⑧包装,即成本发明的一种固体复合氨基酸肥。
