Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a refrigerator door 100 according to the present invention includes a main body 11 and a display module 12 fixed in the main body 11. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the display module 12 includes a bracket 122 and a thin film electroluminescent display 121 fixed on a front surface of the bracket 122 for providing visual information to a user.
The display module 12 related in the refrigerator door body 100 provided by the invention adopts the thin film electroluminescent display 121, and the thin film electroluminescent display 121 has a thinner thickness relative to an LED display and an LCD display, so that a foaming material with a sufficient thickness can be arranged at the position of the refrigerator door body 100 where the display module 12 is arranged, and further the refrigerator door body 100 can provide visual information for a user and ensure a better heat insulation effect, thereby avoiding the problem of energy consumption increase caused by the great reduction of the thickness of a foaming layer.
In the specific implementation process, the thin film electroluminescent display 121 according to the present invention is an organic light emitting display, that is, an OLED display, which has a relatively thin thickness and relatively good flexibility, so that when the front surface of the refrigerator door 100 is in a non-planar shape, the flexible OLED display can be better matched with the surface shape.
As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 6, the front surface of the bracket 122 in this embodiment forms a first groove 1221 for the thin film electroluminescent display 121 to be embedded therein, and the depth of the first groove 1221 is not less than the thickness of the thin film electroluminescent display 121. Referring to fig. 6 in combination, the front surface of the bracket 122 is provided with a protection dam 1220 adjacent to the periphery of the first recess 1221, and the height of the protection dam 1220 is not less than the thickness of the thin film el display 121, so that the protection dam 1220 protects the periphery of the thin film el display 121 when the thin film el display 121 is embedded in the first recess 1221. As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the depth of the first grooves 1221 corresponds to the thickness of the thin film electroluminescent display 121.
As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, the display module 12 further has a main control board 123 electrically connected to the thin film electroluminescent display 121 for controlling the content displayed by the thin film electroluminescent display 121, and a second groove 1222 for the main control board 123 to be embedded is formed on the bracket 122. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the control tft electroluminescent display 121 is electrically connected to the main control board 123 through the line 1210, and the second recess 1222 is formed above the first recess 1221.
As further shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, the display module 12 further has a touch component 124 electrically connected to the main control board 123 for inputting an indication signal to the main control board 123, and the touch component 124 has a touch board main body 1241 and a touch key 1242 protruding from the front surface of the control board main body 1241 for a user to touch. In this embodiment, the control board main body 1241 is located at the rear side of the bracket 122, and the bracket 122 is formed with a through hole 1223 for the touch key 1242 to be inserted into.
As further shown in fig. 4, in the embodiment, the touch device 124 has a plurality of touch keys 1242 disposed at intervals, a plurality of through holes 1223 are spaced apart from one side of the first recess 1221 in the vertical direction, and the plurality of touch keys 1242 are sequentially embedded in the plurality of through holes 1223.
Because of the positional relationship between the first recess 1221, the second recess 1222 and the through hole 1223 of the bracket 122 in this embodiment, the overall structure of the display module 12 can be more compact, and the occupation of the internal space of the main body 11 can be reduced.
As shown in fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4, the refrigerator door 100 further includes an accommodating box 13 fixed in the body 11 for accommodating the display module 12, and an opening for exposing the thin film electroluminescent display 121 is formed at a front side of the accommodating box 13. When the display module 12 is installed, the display module 12 can be installed inside the accommodating box 13 through the opening on the front side of the accommodating box 13.
Referring to fig. 4 and 7, the accommodating box 13 in the present embodiment has a pair of sidewalls extending forward from a pair of sides of a rear wall thereof, specifically, the pair of sidewalls includes a left sidewall 131 and a right sidewall 132 in the present embodiment. In order to make the display module 12 have a stable position relative to the accommodating box 13 after being mounted inside the accommodating box 13, the left sidewall 131 and the right sidewall 132 in this embodiment are formed with elastic pieces 130 protruding inwards to elastically clamp the left and right sides of the bracket 122 to fix the bracket 122. The specific form of the resilient piece 130 is not limited to the bent piece form shown in fig. 7, and may be a form that can abut against the bracket 122 to define the position of the bracket 122.
In the implementation process, the main body 11 of the present invention further has a foaming layer (not shown) filled outside the accommodating box 13. Based on the arrangement of the foaming layer, the refrigerator door body 100 can provide a heat preservation function.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the main body 11 of the present embodiment has a housing 111 and a glass cover plate 112 covering the front side of the housing 111, a cavity 10 for filling a foam layer and installing the accommodating box 13 is formed between the housing 111 and the glass cover plate 112, and after the display module 12 is installed in the accommodating box 13, the thin film electroluminescent display 121 of the display module 12 is located at the rear side of the glass cover plate 112. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, after the refrigerator door 10 is assembled, the thin film electroluminescent display 121 of the display module 12 is attached to the rear surface of the glass cover 112, i.e., the thin film electroluminescent display 121 and the glass cover 112 maintain the same shape.
Based on the design structure of the refrigerator door body 100, the invention also provides a refrigerator, which comprises a refrigerator body (not shown in the figure), wherein the refrigerator door body 100 is arranged on the front side of the refrigerator body.
It should be understood that although the present description refers to embodiments, not every embodiment contains only a single technical solution, and such description is for clarity only, and those skilled in the art should make the description as a whole, and the technical solutions in the embodiments can also be combined appropriately to form other embodiments understood by those skilled in the art.
The above-listed detailed description is only a specific description of a possible embodiment of the present invention, and they are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and equivalent embodiments or modifications made without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
