Description

Machine room air conditioning system, and control method, device, equipment and medium of system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of humidification, in particular to a machine room air conditioning system, and a control method, a device, equipment and a medium of the system.
Background
An isothermal humidification technology is generally adopted in the existing Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) equipment of a data center in the humidification process. The isothermal humidification method is a relatively simple humidification method. The common humidifying working component is an electrode humidifier or a far infrared humidifier. The two humidifying assemblies are both used for controlling the humidity of the machine room by the principle of isothermal humidification.
The working principle of the isothermal humidification technology is as follows: the method is characterized in that an external heat source is utilized to generate steam, the generated steam is directly mixed with air, and the air humidity is increased by spraying the steam to the air under the condition of not changing the air temperature. This type of method is characterized by an isothermal process, called isothermal humidification, and therefore there is a heating process in the process of converting water into steam, which results in unnecessary consumption of energy and ultimately low energy conversion efficiency.
Fig. 1 shows a humidification trace diagram of isothermal humidification, in which the horizontal axis is the relative moisture content in air, the vertical axis is temperature,
Figure BDA0002081344780000011
is the absolute moisture content. Fig. 1 shows 5 different humidification states. Moisture content of d corresponding to State 11The moisture content corresponding to the state 2 is d2The moisture content of state 3 corresponds to d3The moisture content of state 4 corresponds to d4The moisture content corresponding to the state 4' is d4', State 4 and State 4' lie on the isenthalpic line. The humidification trace for isothermal humidification is state 1 through state 2 to saturation state 3 in fig. 1. If the humidification is continued after the saturation state 3 is reached, the redundant steam is condensed into water, the released latent heat of vaporization enables the temperature of the saturated air to be continuously increased to reach a state 4, extra energy loss is included in the process, and the humidification efficiency is reduced.
The humidifying equipment of the existing machine room air conditioner and the machine room air conditioner are generally arranged independently. Because the refrigeration part of computer lab air conditioner constantly dehumidifies at the refrigeration in-process, and humidification equipment and computer lab air conditioner independent setting, consequently humidification equipment can carry out the humidification to the computer lab when computer lab air conditioner dehumidifies, also can cause extra energy loss to current computer lab air conditioner can't carry out the humidification speed of intelligent control humidifier according to the humidity demand in the computer lab.

For a better understanding of the present invention, a machine room air conditioning system, a control method, a control device, and a medium according to embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it should be noted that these embodiments are not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic configuration diagram of a machine room air conditioning system according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, an air conditioning system for a machine room according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
and the humidity sensor 1 is connected with the first control device 3 and used for collecting the humidity of the machine room.
And the isenthalpic humidifier 2 is connected with the first control device 3 and is arranged in the machine room air conditioner.
The first control device 3 is used for adjusting the value of the operation parameter of the isenthalpic humidifier 2 based on the difference value between the humidity and the preset humidity threshold value so as to adjust the humidifying speed of the isenthalpic humidifier 2.
In the embodiment of the invention, the isenthalpic humidification process is a humidification process in which the temperature is reduced and the humidity is kept unchanged before and after the humidification. In the isenthalpic humidification process, the moisture content of the air is increased, the relative humidity is increased, and the heat absorbed by water evaporation is directly taken from the air, so that the temperature of the air is reduced.
In the embodiment of the invention, the isenthalpic humidifier 2 is arranged in the machine room air conditioner, and the isenthalpic humidifier 2 is applied to the field of the machine room air conditioner, so that the extra energy loss in the humidifying process of the machine room is avoided. And the numerical value of the operation parameter of the isenthalpic humidifier 2 is adjusted based on the difference between the humidity and the preset humidity threshold value so as to adjust the humidifying speed of the isenthalpic humidifier 2, thereby realizing intelligent humidification of the machine room while reducing the energy loss in the humidifying process of the machine room.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the humidity sensor 1 may be a precision semiconductor humidity sensor 1. The semiconductor humidity sensor 1 can rapidly detect humidity, the response time is in millisecond level, and the precision can reach within 5%. Moreover, the semiconductor humidity sensor is not afraid of high humidity, and even if water drops appear on a detection window of the sensor, the sensor cannot be damaged, and the humidity is displayed by 100%. The semiconductor humidity sensor can continue to perform reliable and accurate detection after the water evaporates. It should be noted that the humidity sensor 1 collects the average relative humidity in the machine room.
In some embodiments of the present invention, if a first difference between the humidity in the machine room and a preset humidity threshold, which is obtained by the first control device 3, is greater than or equal to a preset difference threshold, the first value is taken as the value of the operating parameter. Wherein the isenthalpic humidifier 2 has a maximum humidification speed at the first value.
In other words, if the first difference is greater than or equal to the preset difference threshold, it represents that the humidity in the machine room is low, and in order to prevent the equipment in the machine room from being affected, the first control device 3 determines the value of the operation parameter of the isenthalpic humidifier 2 as the first value, so that the isenthalpic humidifier 2 humidifies the machine room at the maximum humidifying speed.
If the first difference is less than the preset difference threshold, determining the value of the operating parameter based on the ratio between the first difference and the preset difference threshold and the first value. Specifically, the product of the ratio of the first difference to the preset difference threshold and the first value may be used as the value of the operating parameter. As an example, if the preset humidity threshold is a, the first difference is b, and the first value is c, the first control device 3 determines the value of the operation parameter as c × b/a.
That is to say, if the first difference is smaller than the preset difference threshold, it means that the difference between the humidity in the machine room and the preset humidity threshold is small, the first control device 3 does not need to adjust the isenthalpic humidifier 2 to the maximum humidification speed, and the humidification is performed at a relatively appropriate humidification speed, so that the energy loss is avoided, and the intelligent humidification is realized.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, the isenthalpic humidifier 2 includes a second control device 21 and a humidification nebulizing device 22. The second control device 21 is connected to the first control device 3, and is configured to receive the value of the operation parameter sent by the first control device 3, and adjust the value of the operation parameter of the humidification/atomization device 22 to the received value of the operation parameter, so as to adjust the humidification speed of the isenthalpic humidifier 2. The humidifying and atomizing device 22 is connected with the second control device 21 and is used for atomizing the liquid to be atomized and humidifying the air in the machine room.
That is, after the first control device 3 determines the value of the operating parameter on the basis of the difference between the humidity and the preset humidity threshold, it sends the value of the operating parameter to the second control device 21. After receiving the value of the operation parameter sent by the first control device 3, the second control device 21 adjusts the value of the operation parameter of the humidification and atomization device 22 to the received value of the operation parameter, so as to adjust the humidification speed of the isenthalpic humidifier 2.
That is to say, through the communication between the first control device 3 and the second control device 21 of the equal enthalpy humidifier 2, the linkage control of the air conditioner of the machine room and the equal enthalpy humidifier 2 is realized, and then the humidification speed of the equal enthalpy humidifier 2 is intelligently adjusted, so that a good operation environment is provided for the equipment in the machine room.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the isenthalpic humidifier 2 may be an ultrasonic humidifier. The operating parameter of the ultrasonic humidifier is the oscillation frequency of the ultrasonic humidifier.
Wherein, the humidification process of ultrasonic humidifier does: steam is transmitted to the surface of the piezoelectric ceramic vibrator, and the piezoelectric ceramic vibrator can generate axial mechanical resonance change. This change in mechanical resonance is then transmitted to the liquid in contact with it, causing the surface of the liquid to rise and cavitation to occur around the rise. The shock wave generated by this cavitation is repeated at the oscillation frequency of the oscillator, and a surface tension wave of finite amplitude is generated on the liquid surface. The wave head of the tension wave scatters, so that the liquid is atomized into 1-3 μm fine particles. Then the water mist is diffused into the air through a pneumatic device, so that the aim of uniformly humidifying the air is fulfilled.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the atomization sheet of the ultrasonic humidifier is a ceramic substrate, the oscillation capacity reaches about 20W. In order to prolong the service life of the atomizing sheet, the atomizing sheet can be designed into a replaceable structure, the replacement is convenient, and a user can replace the atomizing sheet regularly when using the atomizing sheet.
For water with more impurities, water with more calcium content or water with higher hardness, after a period of water atomization, the concentration of the residual water in the atomization water tank is higher and higher, and impurities, water scales and the like are atomized into the air. The impurities and scale with large mass can quickly settle around the atomizer to form unsightly impurities and scale spots. In order to avoid the substances such as impurities or scale from being atomized into the air, the air outlet pipeline of the atomized air can be lengthened, so that the water vapor with larger mass and rich in impurities and scale can be deposited nearby and can not enter the air.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the ultrasonic humidifier monitors the water level of the humidifier through a water level monitoring technique. In some examples, the ultrasonic humidifier uses a capacitive sensing water level monitoring technology, and the sensed capacitance is different when there is water and when there is no water, by which the water level can be accurately and reliably monitored, avoiding the easy failure disadvantage of the common float-type water level monitoring.
And when the water level of the humidifier is monitored to be abnormal, an alarm signal is sent out. As an example, the user is alerted to add water when it is monitored that the water level of the humidifier is below a first water level. And when the water level of the humidifier is monitored to be lower than the second water level, controlling the humidifier to stop working and simultaneously giving out a water shortage alarm in order to avoid dry burning.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in order to improve the reliability of the humidifier, the plastic package housing may be replaced with a metal housing.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when the first control device 3 determines that the first difference between the humidity of the machine room and the preset humidity threshold is greater than the preset difference threshold, the first frequency is used as the oscillation frequency of the ultrasonic humidifier. The first frequency is a maximum oscillation frequency of the ultrasonic humidifier. The ultrasonic humidifier has the maximum fog output at the maximum oscillation frequency, namely, has the maximum humidifying speed.
When the first control device 3 determines that the first difference between the humidity of the machine room and the preset humidity threshold is less than or equal to the preset difference threshold, the oscillation frequency of the ultrasonic humidifier may be determined according to the ratio between the first difference and the preset difference threshold and the first frequency.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first control device 3 acquires the humidity in the machine room through the humidity sensor 1. And the first control device 3 can control the working state of the isenthalpic humidifier 2 according to the humidity in the machine room and a preset humidity threshold value.
Specifically, the first control device 3 may determine the operating state of the isenthalpic humidifier 2 by using the relationship between the humidity in the machine room and a preset humidity threshold. If the humidity in the machine room is smaller than the preset humidity threshold value, the machine room needs to be humidified, and the first control device 3 controls the isenthalpic humidifier 2 to work. If the humidity in the machine room is larger than or equal to the preset humidity threshold value, the humidity in the machine room is appropriate, and the first control device 3 controls the isenthalpic humidifier 2 to stop working without humidification.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in order to reduce the strong interference signal of the isenthalpic humidifier 2, which is connected to other control circuits in series through a power supply, and affects the operation of other circuits, referring to fig. 4, the isenthalpic humidifier 2 further includes a power supply module 23 and a switch module 24. The first control device 3 can control the operating state of the isenthalpic humidifier 2 through the power module 23 and the switch module 24.
The power module 23 is connected to the switch module 24, and is configured to supply power to the humidification/atomization device 22. The switch module 24 is respectively connected to the first control device 3 and the second control device 21, and is configured to be in a closed state based on the closing signal, so that the power module 23 supplies power to the humidification/atomization device 22 and the isenthalpic humidifier 2 operates.
The switch module 24 is further configured to be in an off state based on the first off signal, so that the power supply module 23 stops supplying power to the humidification and atomization device 22 and stops the operation of the isenthalpic humidifier 2.
Wherein the close signal is sent by the first control means 3 in case it is determined that the humidity is lower than the preset humidity threshold value and the open signal is sent by the first control means 3 in case it is determined that the humidity is higher than or equal to the preset humidity threshold value.
That is, if the first control device 3 determines that the humidity in the machine room is less than the preset humidity threshold, it sends a close signal to the switch module 24. The switch module 24 is in a closed state upon receiving the close signal. When the switch module 24 is in the closed state, the power module 23 may supply power to the humidification/atomization device 22, that is, the second control device 21 may receive a high-level signal, so as to operate the isenthalpic humidifier 2.
If the first control device 3 determines that the humidity of the machine room is greater than or equal to the preset humidity threshold, it sends a first off signal to the switch module 24. The switch module 24 is in the off state after receiving the first off signal. When the switch module 24 is in the off state, the power module 23 stops supplying power to the humidification and atomization device 22, that is, the second control device 21 may receive the low level signal, so as to stop the operation of the isenthalpic humidifier 2.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the power module 23 may be a stand-alone 24V switching power supply, and the switching module 24 may be a solid state relay.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first control device 3 may intelligently control the operating state of the isenthalpic humidifier 2 based on a preset humidity threshold. If the humidity is not enough, the first control device 3 controls the isenthalpic humidifier to humidify the machine room. If the humidity is too high, the first controller 3 turns off the isenthalpic humidifier. Through the operating condition of intelligent control isenthalpic humidifier 2, the energy loss is avoided under the humidity condition that equipment works in the machine room. In order to allow moisture to enter the air supply system, a fan is used to blow atomized moisture laterally into the cold air side of the evaporator.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the second control device 21 is further configured to monitor the operating state of the isenthalpic humidifier 2, and send operation abnormality information to the first control device 3 in the case where an abnormality occurs in the operating state of the isenthalpic humidifier 2.
The first control device 3 sends a second off signal to the switch module 24 based on the operation abnormality information. The switch module 24 is in an off state based on the second off signal, so that the power supply module 23 stops supplying power to the humidification/atomization device 22 and the isenthalpic humidifier 2 stops operating.
As one example, the second control device 21 may detect whether the isenthalpic humidifier 2 has various operation abnormal states such as water shortage, dry burning, voltage abnormality, current abnormality, and the like. If the second control device 21 determines that the operating state of the isenthalpic humidifier 2 is abnormal, a low-level warning signal (i.e., operating abnormality information) is sent to the first control device 3. The first control device 3 sends a second turn-off signal to the switch module 24 based on the low level alarm signal. When the switch module 24 is in the off state based on the second off signal, the power supply module 23 stops supplying power to the humidification/atomization device 22, so that the isenthalpic humidifier 2 stops operating.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first control device 3 can acquire the operating state information of the isenthalpic humidifier 2 by communicating with the second control device 21, and timely control the isenthalpic humidifier 2 to stop operating when the operating state of the isenthalpic humidifier 2 is abnormal, thereby improving the operating safety of the isenthalpic humidifier 2.
In an embodiment of the invention, the 24V switching power supply can adapt to the characteristics of large load change of the on and off of the 24V switching power supply. The first control device 3, the second control device 21, the switch module 24 and the power module 23 are used to control the operating state of the isenthalpic humidifier 2. In order to cope with all the conditions of open circuit, full load, overload after abnormity, short circuit and the like of the load of the isenthalpic humidifier 2, the power module 23 has the functions of overload, light load, overvoltage and short circuit protection, and the actual measurement effect is good.
Table 1 below shows the performance test results of the machine room air conditioning system provided in the embodiment of the present invention.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002081344780000091
At present, the precision air conditioning equipment for communication mainly uses an electrode type or infrared type isothermal wetting method. If the relative humidity (rH) is from 6% to 60% rH by the isothermal method, the electric power is required to be consumed by 3kW if the electrode humidifier needs to consume 750W of electric power per 1kg/h of humidification amount.
If the isenthalpic ultrasonic humidification is adopted, the consumed electric power is 0.4kW when the isenthalpic ultrasonic humidification is from 15% rH to 50% rH. Compared with an isothermal humidification method, the isenthalpic humidification saves energy by 2.6 kW. Therefore, compared with the electrode steam type humidification, the ultrasonic humidifier saves 86.6 percent of energy.
Table 2 below shows changes in humidity and temperature in the air before and after the ultrasonic isenthalpic humidification.
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0002081344780000101
Referring to table 2, humidification and temperature reduction were simultaneously achieved in the isenthalpic humidification process, and it was found through calculation that the humidification efficiency could be as high as 95% if only ventilation humidification was considered. Therefore, the isenthalpic humidifier is arranged in the machine room air conditioner, so that the extra energy loss in the machine room humidifying process can be greatly reduced, and the humidifying efficiency can be improved.
Based on the above process, the control method applied to the machine room air conditioning system on the first control device 3 side according to the embodiment of the present invention can be summarized as the steps shown in fig. 5. Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a control method 500 of the room air conditioning system on the first control device 3 side according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the method for controlling a machine room air conditioning system in the embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
and S510, acquiring the humidity in the machine room.
S520, adjusting the value of the operation parameter of the isenthalpic humidifier 2 based on the difference between the humidity and the preset humidity threshold, so as to adjust the humidification speed of the isenthalpic humidifier 2.
In an embodiment of the present invention, step S520 includes the steps of:
if a first difference value between the humidity and a preset humidity threshold value is larger than or equal to a preset difference value threshold value, taking the first numerical value as a numerical value of the operation parameter; wherein the isenthalpic humidifier 2 has a maximum humidification speed at a first value;
if the first difference is smaller than the preset difference threshold, determining the value of the operation parameter based on the ratio between the first difference and the preset difference threshold and the first value to adjust the humidification speed of the isenthalpic humidifier 2.
In an embodiment of the present invention, after S510, the method further includes:
