In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 10, a center hole 1407, a pressure oil hole 1403, a first lubricating oil hole 1404 and a second lubricating oil hole 1405 are provided in the end cap 14, an oil seal bushing 15 and a rear end portion of the clutch shaft 9 are provided in the center hole 1407, the pressure oil hole 1403 is connected to an external pressure oil path, the second lubricating oil hole 1405 is connected to an external lubricating oil path, the first lubricating oil hole 1404 is connected to the second lubricating oil hole 1405 through the self-regulating valve 410, and the pressure oil hole 1403 passes through the self-regulating valve 410 and opens and closes the self-regulating valve 410: when the clutch does not work, no pressure oil exists in the pressure oil hole 1403, the clutch is disengaged, lubricating oil passes through the second lubricating oil hole 1405, the lubricating oil lubricates the clutch through the second lubricating oil hole 1405 and the second lubricating oil channel 905, the automatic regulating valve 410 is closed, the first lubricating oil hole 1404 and the second lubricating oil hole 1405 are not communicated, and a gear bearing connected to the rear end of the clutch is not lubricated by the lubricating oil because of being motionless; when the clutch works, pressure oil enters the pressure oil hole 1403, the automatic regulating valve 410 is opened, the first lubricating oil hole 1404 is communicated with the second lubricating oil hole 1405, lubricating oil lubricates the clutch through the second lubricating oil hole 1405 and the second lubricating oil channel 905, and the lubricating oil lubricates a gear bearing connected with the rear end of the clutch through the first lubricating oil hole 1404, the second lubricating oil groove 1502, the first lubricating oil groove 902 and the first lubricating oil channel 904. Thus, a clutch lubricating structure for automatically adjusting the amount of lubricating oil is formed.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, the self-regulating valve 410 includes a valve cavity 1402 disposed on the end cap 14, a valve core 22 and a spring B21 are disposed in the valve cavity 1402, the spring B21 abuts against the valve core 22 and is enclosed in the valve cavity 1402 by a screw plug 23, the valve core 22 can slide in the valve cavity 1402 and is reset by the spring B21; the valve spool 22 is provided with a third pressure oil groove 2201 and a third lubricating oil groove 2202 which are separated from each other, the third pressure oil groove 2201 is communicated with the pressure oil hole 1403, and the valve spool 22 has at least two position states: when the pressure oil hole 1403 is not communicated with pressure oil, the clutch does not work, the valve core 22 is in a first position state under the action of the spring B21, at the moment, the first lubricating oil hole 1404 and the second lubricating oil hole 1405 are blocked by the valve core 22, lubricating oil lubricates the clutch through the second lubricating oil hole 1405, the lubricating oil does not enter the first lubricating oil hole 1404, and a gear bearing is not lubricated; when the pressure oil hole 1403 is communicated with pressure oil, the clutch works, the pressure oil pushes the valve core 22 to slide to a second position state, at this time, the spring B21 is compressed, the third lubricating oil groove 2202 on the valve core 22 communicates the first lubricating oil hole 1404 and the second lubricating oil hole 1405, lubricating oil lubricates the clutch through the second lubricating oil hole 1405, and lubricating oil lubricates the gear bearing through the first lubricating oil hole 1404.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, the first lubricating oil hole 1404 and the second lubricating oil hole 1405 are located on both sides of the valve spool 22 and are disposed in a staggered manner, and the second lubricating oil hole 1405 is always in communication with the third lubricating oil groove 2202. The arrangement is reasonable, the processing is convenient, the action is reliable, and the size of the end cover is small.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, one end of the spring B21 abuts against the bottom of the valve chamber 1402, the other end of the spring B21 abuts against the valve body 22, the valve body 22 abuts against the plug screw 23, and the spring B21 gives the valve body 22 a tendency to approach the plug screw 23. In addition, as shown in fig. 6, and fig. 9 and 11, a vent 1406 is provided on the chamber wall near the bottom of the valve chamber 1402 to ensure that the valve core can slide in the valve chamber normally. The screw plug 23 is sleeved with a sealing washer.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the end cover 14 is provided with a plurality of bolt holes 1401 for mounting bolts, the end cover 14 is fixed on the box body 13 through bolts 20 and a spring washer, and a sealing paper gasket is provided between the box body and the end cover 02 to ensure an oil sealing effect. The end cap 14 is provided with an open annular flange 1408 on the inside, the flange 1408 being disposed around the central aperture 1407 and the vent holes 1406 being open at the step between the central aperture 1407 and the flange 1408.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and fig. 7 and 8, the second lubricating oil hole 1405 penetrates to the bottom of the center hole 1407 to communicate with the second lubricating oil passage 905 on the clutch shaft 9. As shown in fig. 7, 9 and 10, the pressure oil hole 1403 and the first lubricating oil hole 1404 are respectively penetrated to the circumferential side wall of the center hole 1407 and are arranged in a staggered manner.
In this embodiment, the first pressure oil groove 901 and the first lubricating oil groove 902 are two annular grooves arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the rear end of the clutch shaft 9, respectively, the first pressure oil groove 901 is communicated with the pressure oil passage 903 through a radial hole, and the first lubricating oil groove 902 is communicated with the first lubricating oil passage 904 through a radial hole; the second pressure oil groove 1501 and the second lubricating oil groove 1502 are two annular grooves arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the oil seal bushing 15, respectively, the second pressure oil groove 1501 is communicated with the first pressure oil groove 901 through a radial hole, and the second lubricating oil groove 1502 is communicated with the first lubricating oil groove 902 through a radial hole.
The oil circuit system of the clutch, as shown in fig. 13, includes an oil pump 401, a filter 402, a cold start pressure limiting valve 403, a pressure reducing valve 406, a main pressure valve 407, a cooling valve 408, a lubricating pressure limiting valve 409, an automatic regulating valve 410, and a direction changing valve 413, the cold start pressure limiting valve 403, the pressure reducing valve 406, the main pressure valve 407, the reversing valve 413 and connecting pipelines thereof form an external pressure oil path, the external pressure oil path is further provided with a pressure switch 404 and a temperature sensor 405, the cooling valve 408, the lubricating pressure limiting valve 409 and connecting pipelines thereof form an external lubricating oil path, the automatic regulating valve 410 is arranged on the end cover 14, the input end of the automatic regulating valve 410 is connected with the external lubricating oil path, the output end of the automatic regulating valve 410 is connected with a first lubricating oil path 411 for lubricating a gear bearing and a second lubricating oil path 412 for lubricating a clutch, and the control end of the automatic regulating valve 410 is connected with the pressure oil path on the end cover 14; wherein the first lubricating oil passage 411 includes a first lubricating oil hole 1404, a second lubricating oil groove 1502, a first lubricating oil groove 902, and a first lubricating oil passage 904; the second lubricating oil path 412 is in a normally open state, mainly lubricates a clutch structure in the box body and comprises a second lubricating oil hole 1405 and a second lubricating oil channel 905, the first lubricating oil path 411 is connected with the second lubricating oil path 412 through the automatic regulating valve 410, and the pressure oil hole 1403, the second pressure oil groove 1501, the first pressure oil groove 901 and the oil cavity 19 form a clutch pressure oil path; the direction change valve 413 controls the pressure oil to enter the clutch 31, and the self-regulating valve 410 controls the self-regulating valve 410 to open or close according to the pressure of the clutch pressure oil path: as shown in fig. 13, when the reversing valve 413 is closed and the clutch does not work, the clutch pressure oil path has no pressure, the automatic regulating valve 410 is closed, the first lubricating oil path 411 and the second lubricating oil path 412 are not communicated, the external lubricating oil path only supplies oil to the second lubricating oil path 412 so as to lubricate the clutch only, and a gear bearing connected to the rear end of the clutch does not need lubricating oil lubrication because the gear bearing is not moved; when the reversing valve 413 is opened and the clutch works, pressure oil in a pressure oil path of the clutch pushes the valve core 22 in the automatic regulating valve 410 to slide, the automatic regulating valve 410 is opened, the first lubricating oil path 411 and the second lubricating oil path 412 are communicated, and the external lubricating oil path simultaneously supplies oil to the first lubricating oil path 411 and the second lubricating oil path 412, so that the clutch and a gear bearing connected with the rear end of the clutch are lubricated.
The gear bearing is not limited to the bearing to which the transmission gear is attached, and may include other bearings attached to the clutch shaft, such as the bearing 18 attached between the clutch shaft 9 and the case 13.

A clutch comprises a shell (1), a bearing plate (2), an outer friction plate (4), an inner friction plate (5), a pressure plate piston (7), an oil cavity seat (8) and a clutch shaft (9), wherein the clutch shaft (9) is rotatably arranged on a box body (13), the shell (1) is rotatably arranged at the front end of the clutch shaft (9), the bearing plate (2), the pressure plate piston (7) and the oil cavity seat (8) are sleeved on the clutch shaft (9), the bearing plate (2) is connected with the clutch shaft (9) to rotate synchronously, the outer friction plate (4) and the inner friction plate (5) are arranged between the bearing plate (2) and the pressure plate piston (7), the outer friction plate (4) and the shell (1) rotate synchronously, the inner friction plate (5) and the bearing plate (2) rotate synchronously, an oil cavity (19) for introducing pressure oil is arranged between the pressure plate piston (7) and the oil cavity seat (8), the transmission oil lubricating device is characterized in that a pressure oil channel (903), a first lubricating oil channel (904) and a second lubricating oil channel (905) are arranged in the clutch shaft (9), a first pressure oil groove (901) and a first lubricating oil groove (902) are arranged between the rear end of the clutch shaft (9) and the oil sealing bush (15) in the front and back direction, a second pressure oil groove (1501) and a second lubricating oil groove (1502) are arranged between the oil sealing bush (15) and the end cover (14) in the front and back direction, one side of the pressure oil channel (903) is communicated with the oil cavity (19), the other side of the pressure oil channel (903) is communicated with the first pressure oil groove (901) and the second pressure oil groove (1501), one side of a first lubricating oil channel (904) is communicated with a gear bearing between the transmission gear and the clutch shaft (9), the other side of the first lubricating oil channel (904) is communicated with a first lubricating oil groove (902) and a second lubricating oil groove (1502), one side of a second lubricating oil channel (905) is communicated with a gap between the pressure plate (2) and the pressure plate piston (7), and the other side of the second lubricating oil channel (905) is communicated with a gap between the rear end face of the clutch shaft (9) and the end cover (14); be equipped with centre bore (1407) on end cover (14), pressure oilhole (1403), first lubricated oil hole (1404) and second lubricated oil hole (1405), set up the rear end portion of sealing oil bush (15) and clutch shaft (9) in centre bore (1407), pressure oilhole (1403) are connected with external pressure oil circuit, second lubricated oil hole (1405) are connected with external lubricated oil circuit, first lubricated oil hole (1404) are connected with second lubricated oil hole (1405) through automatically regulated valve (410), and pressure oil is through this automatically regulated valve (410) and switch automatically regulated valve (410): when the clutch does not work, no pressure oil exists in the pressure oil hole (1403), lubricating oil passes through the second lubricating oil hole (1405), the lubricating oil lubricates the clutch through the second lubricating oil hole (1405) and the second lubricating oil channel (905), the automatic regulating valve (410) is closed, the first lubricating oil hole (1404) and the second lubricating oil hole (1405) are not communicated, and a gear bearing connected to the rear end of the clutch does not lubricate the lubricating oil because of being motionless; when the clutch works, pressure oil enters the pressure oil hole (1403), the automatic regulating valve (410) is opened, the first lubricating oil hole (1404) is communicated with the second lubricating oil hole (1405), lubricating oil lubricates the clutch through the second lubricating oil hole (1405) and the second lubricating oil channel (905), and the lubricating oil lubricates a gear bearing connected with the rear end of the clutch through the first lubricating oil hole (1404), the second lubricating oil groove (1502), the first lubricating oil groove (902) and the first lubricating oil channel (904).
2. A clutch according to claim 1, characterised in that the clutch shaft (9) is provided with a transmission gear a (10) and a transmission gear B (12) in a sleeve arrangement, between which a toothed sleeve (11) is provided.
3. A clutch according to claim 2, characterized in that the gear bearings are needle bearings, the transmission gear a (10) is rotatably mounted on the clutch shaft (9) by means of a needle bearing a (17), the transmission gear B (12) is rotatably mounted on the clutch shaft (9) by means of a needle bearing B (16), and the clutch shaft (9) is mounted on the housing (13) by means of a plurality of tapered roller bearings (18).
4. A clutch according to claim 1, characterized in that the self-regulating valve (410) comprises a valve chamber (1402) arranged on the end cover (14), a valve core (22) and a spring B (21) are arranged in the valve chamber (1402), the spring B (21) is abutted against the valve core (22) and is enclosed in the valve chamber (1402) by a screw plug (23), the valve core (22) can slide in the valve chamber (1402) and is reset by the spring B (21); the valve core (22) is provided with a third pressure oil groove (2201) and a third lubricating oil groove (2202) which are separated from each other, the third pressure oil groove (2201) is communicated with the pressure oil hole (1403), and the valve core (22) has at least two position states: when the pressure oil hole (1403) is not communicated with pressure oil, the clutch does not work, the valve core (22) is in a first position state under the action of a spring B (21), at the moment, the first lubricating oil hole (1404) and the second lubricating oil hole (1405) are blocked by the valve core (22), and lubricating oil passes through the second lubricating oil hole (1405) but does not enter the first lubricating oil hole (1404); when the pressure oil hole (1403) is communicated with pressure oil, the clutch works, the pressure oil pushes the valve core (22) to slide to a second position state, at the moment, a third lubricating oil groove (2202) in the valve core (22) conducts the first lubricating oil hole (1404) and the second lubricating oil hole (1405), lubricating oil lubricates the clutch through the second lubricating oil hole (1405), and lubricating oil lubricates the gear bearing through the first lubricating oil hole (1404).

A clutch according to claim 4, characterized in that the first oil hole (1404) and the second oil hole (1405) are respectively located on both sides of the valve spool (22) and are arranged in a staggered manner, and the second oil hole (1405) is always communicated with the third oil groove (2202).

A clutch according to claim 4, characterized in that the spring B (21) has one end against the bottom of the valve chamber (1402), the other end of the spring B (21) against the spool (22), the spool (22) against the plug screw (23) and the spring B (21) gives the spool (22) a tendency to approach the plug screw (23).

A clutch according to claim 4 in which the wall of the chamber near the bottom of the chamber (1402) is provided with a vent hole (1406) and the end cap (14) is provided on the inside with an annular flange (1408) which is open, the flange (1408) being disposed around the central bore (1407) and the vent hole (1406) opening onto the step between the central bore (1407) and the flange (1408).

A clutch according to claim 4, characterized in that the second lubricating oil hole (1405) penetrates to the bottom of the center hole (1407) to communicate with the second lubricating oil passage (905) on the clutch shaft (9), and the pressure oil hole (1403) and the first lubricating oil hole (1404) penetrate to the circumferential side wall of the center hole (1407) of the end cover (14), respectively, and are arranged offset from each other.

A clutch according to claim 4, characterized in that the first pressure oil groove (901) and the first lubricating oil groove (902) are respectively a front and a rear two annular grooves provided on the outer peripheral surface of the rear end of the clutch shaft (9), the first pressure oil groove (901) communicates with the pressure oil passage (903) through a radial hole, and the first lubricating oil groove (902) communicates with the first lubricating oil passage (904) through a radial hole; the second pressure oil groove (1501) and the second lubricating oil groove (1502) are respectively a front annular groove and a rear annular groove which are arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the oil sealing bush (15), the second pressure oil groove (1501) is communicated with the first pressure oil groove (901) through radial holes, and the second lubricating oil groove (1502) is communicated with the first lubricating oil groove (902) through radial holes.

An end cover for a clutch according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the end cover (14) is provided with a center hole (1407), a pressure oil hole (1403), a first lubricating oil hole (1404) and a second lubricating oil hole (1405), an oil seal bushing (15) and a rear end portion of the clutch shaft (9) are provided in the center hole (1407), the pressure oil hole (1403) is connected to an external pressure oil passage, the second lubricating oil hole (1405) is connected to an external lubricating oil passage, the first lubricating oil hole (1404) is connected to the second lubricating oil hole (1405) through an automatic regulating valve (410), and pressure oil passes through the automatic regulating valve (410) and opens and closes the automatic regulating valve (410): when the clutch does not work, no pressure oil exists in the pressure oil hole (1403), lubricating oil passes through the second lubricating oil hole (1405), the lubricating oil lubricates the clutch through the second lubricating oil hole (1405) and the second lubricating oil channel (905), the automatic regulating valve (410) is closed, the first lubricating oil hole (1404) and the second lubricating oil hole (1405) are not communicated, and a gear bearing connected to the rear end of the clutch does not lubricate the lubricating oil because of being motionless; when the clutch works, pressure oil enters the pressure oil hole (1403), the automatic regulating valve (410) is opened, the first lubricating oil hole (1404) is communicated with the second lubricating oil hole (1405), lubricating oil lubricates the clutch through the second lubricating oil hole (1405) and the second lubricating oil channel (905), and the lubricating oil lubricates a gear bearing connected with the rear end of the clutch through the first lubricating oil hole (1404), the second lubricating oil groove (1502), the first lubricating oil groove (902) and the first lubricating oil channel (904).
