Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to examples, but not to be construed as being limited thereto, and any number of modifications which can be made by anyone within the scope of the claims are also within the scope of the claims.
Referring to fig. 1-5, the novel fuel injection pump connecting disc structure of the invention comprises a connecting disc body 1. One end of the connecting disc body 1 is provided with an oil injection pump mounting part 2 for mounting an oil injection pump. The inboard of injection pump installation department 2 is equipped with first bearing bush installation department 3 and the transmission shaft installation department 4 that are linked together, and the other end of connection pad body 1 is equipped with the second bearing bush installation department 5 that is linked together with transmission shaft installation department 4. Specifically, a bearing bush mounting hole is formed in the bearing bush mounting part and used for mounting a bearing bush; a transmission shaft mounting hole is formed in the transmission shaft mounting part 4. The support through the bearing bush that is located transmission shaft mounting hole both ends and the many injection pump transmission shafts of transmission shaft mounting hole makes the injection pump connection pad possess the function that bears the weight of the injection pump transmission shaft. And a lubricating oil pipe mounting part 6 is arranged on the side wall of the connecting disc body 1 and used for mounting an external oil supply pipe. The lubricating oil pipe mounting part 6 is communicated with the transmission shaft mounting part 4 through a lubricating oil passage 7. Lubricating oil flows into transmission shaft installation department 4 through lubrication oil duct 7, because transmission shaft installation department 4 all communicates with two bearing bush installation departments, consequently, lubricating oil also can enter into the bearing bush installation department and lubricate the transmission shaft in the bearing bush to solved current connection pad and did not possess the function lubricated to the transmission shaft.
Generally speaking, support the injection pump transmission shaft through establishing transmission shaft installation department 4 and the bearing bush installation department that is located 4 both sides of transmission shaft installation department in the injection pump connection pad, set up the lubricating oil duct 7 with 4 intercommunications of transmission shaft installation department simultaneously in connection pad body 1, realized supporting the lubrication to the transmission shaft, improved the compact degree of injection pump connection pad, the effectual installation accuracy who guarantees each part.
The lubricating oil pipe mounting part 6 comprises a mounting platform 9 and an oil pipe inserting hole 10. The mounting platform 9 is arranged on the side wall of the connecting disc body 1, the oil pipe inserting hole 10 is arranged in the mounting platform 9, and the oil pipe inserting hole 10 extends towards the inside of the connecting disc body 1 and is communicated with the lubricating oil channel 7. Specifically, the oil pipe insertion hole 10 includes an installation channel 101, a transition channel 102 and a drainage channel 103 which are sequentially communicated with each other. The mounting channel 101 is communicated with the mounting platform 9, and the drainage channel 103 is communicated with the lubricating oil channel 7; a stop step 104 is provided between the mounting channel 101 and the transition channel 102. The stop step 104 is used to limit the external oil supply pipe. The drainage channel 103 is of a conical structure.
And the outer wall of the connecting disc body 1 is provided with a mounting flange 11, and the mounting flange 11 is close to one end of the connecting disc body 1 provided with the second bearing bush mounting part 5. The mounting flange 11 is provided with lightening holes. And a mounting spigot 12 is arranged on one side of the mounting flange 11, which is far away from the lubricating oil pipe mounting part 6. An O-shaped sealing groove 13 is formed in the mounting flange 11 on the outer side of the mounting spigot 12. The limit of the oil injection pump connecting disc by the installing spigot 12 and the sealing of the sealing ring in the O-shaped sealing groove 13 on the inner part of the connecting disc body 1 enable the oil injection pump connecting disc to meet the sealing requirement of a gear chamber and be adaptive to a high-power engine.
A plurality of first pressure relief cavities 14 are arranged between the outer wall of the first bearing bush mounting part 3 and the connecting disc body 1, and a plurality of second pressure relief cavities 15 are arranged between the outer wall of the second bearing bush mounting part 5 and the connecting disc body 1. The first pressure relief chamber 14 communicates with the second pressure relief chamber 15 through a pressure relief hole 16. The phenomenon that oil gas evaporates can appear in the oil spout pump transmission shaft at the pivoted in-process, leads to the internal pressure of oil spout pump connection pad to rise. Through the release of pressure release chamber to this oil gas, can effectually avoid the too high phenomenon of injection pump connection pad inner chamber pressure.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that those skilled in the art can make various changes and modifications without departing from the structure of the invention, which will not affect the effect of the invention and the practicability of the patent.
