Abstract
The invention discloses a cooling structure of a valve seat ring, which comprises two air inlets and two air outlets, wherein the two air inlets and the two air outlets are arranged on a cylinder cover body in a diamond shape; one side of the cooling water tank, which is far away from the cooling water inlet channel, is provided with a cooling water outlet channel, one end of the cooling water outlet channel is communicated with the cooling water tank, and the other end of the cooling water outlet channel is provided with a water outlet hole. According to the cooling structure of the valve seat ring, the cooling liquid area is integrated with the seat ring and the cylinder cover structure, and the cooling liquid directly contacts the cylinder cover and the seat ring, so that the cooling structure has better cooling capacity.

The cooling structure of the existing valve seat ring includes: the cylinder cover body is provided with a first air inlet, a second air inlet, a first exhaust port and a second exhaust port which are arranged in a diamond shape, inlet valve seat rings, exhaust valve seat rings and cooling water channels are respectively and correspondingly arranged at the inlets of the inlet/exhaust ports, and the water channels are arranged between the adjacent exhaust valve seat rings, between the adjacent inlet valve seat rings and between the adjacent inlet/exhaust valve seat rings. The cooling structure of the valve seat ring dissipates heat through a cross cooling water channel processed between the exhaust valve seat ring and the intake valve seat ring.

One side of the cooling water tank 4 far away from the cooling water inlet channel 5 is provided with a cooling water outlet channel 7, one end of the cooling water outlet channel 7 is communicated with the cooling water tank 4, and the other end of the cooling water outlet channel is provided with a water outlet hole 8.

Furthermore, a water plug 9 matched with the water inlet hole 6 is arranged on the cooling water inlet channel 5 to prevent water leakage.
Furthermore, the cooling water inlet channel 5 and the two cooling water outlet channels 7 are arranged in a Y shape, so that the cooling liquid area is integrated with the seat ring and the cylinder cover structure, and the cooling liquid directly contacts the cylinder cover and the seat ring, so that better cooling capacity is achieved.
