Description

Insect-proof net device with guide part
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an insect net apparatus installed on a door or window.
Background
The insect net is a structure for preventing insects from entering a room, and can be installed on the outer side of a door or window of a building, and on the inner side of a door frame or window frame constituting the door or window.
The anti-insect net can be installed by placing the anti-insect net on a groove of a circular section formed on the frame and inserting a guide bar of a circular section together with the anti-insect net onto the groove.
However, there is a problem in that the coupling force of the insect net coupled to the frame by the groove of the circular section and the guide bar is insufficient. Particularly, when the thickness of the anti-insect net is thin, there are problems not only in the coupling force but also in that it is difficult to couple the anti-insect net to the frame.
In korean laid-open patent publication No. 2006-0115789, a technology of adjusting a wind-back speed of a rotation roller using a worm gear (work gear) manner equipped with a worm wheel directly connected to the rotation roller is disclosed. However, there is no solution for bonding the insect net to the housing.

Fig. 1 is a perspective view illustrating an insect net apparatus to which the present invention is applied, and fig. 2 is a perspective view of a part of the insect net apparatus to which the present invention is applied, which is cut away. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating an installation process of the insect net 90, and fig. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating an insect net apparatus to which the insect net 90 is installed. Fig. 2 can representbase:Sub>A sectionbase:Sub>A-base:Sub>A' of fig. 1.
The insect net apparatus 100 illustrated in the drawings can include: a frame 110; a trench 130; and a guide member 200.
The frame 110 can be mounted on a window frame or a door frame. The frame 110 may be formed in a shape corresponding to a window frame or a door frame. The frame 110 may be formed in a shape of a closed curve. For example, when the window frame is rectangular, the frame 110 may be formed in a rectangular shape with a central opening. The frame 110 can connect a plurality of parts elongated in a straight line at different angles in order to form a closed curve.
The frame 110 can be extruded. The frame 110 can be formed to be elongated in the longitudinal direction with the same sectional shape by extrusion molding. In other words, the cross-sectional shape of the frame 110 in the entire length direction can be the same. The frame 110 may be formed to be elongated in the longitudinal direction with the same sectional shape by extrusion molding. The guide member 200 inserted into the groove 130 may be formed to be elongated in the longitudinal direction with the same sectional shape.
The groove 130 is formed on one side surface of the frame 110, and can include a groove elongated along a length direction of the frame 110. As an example, one side of the frame 110 formed with the grooves 130 can be one of the faces of the frame parallel to the insect net 90. The ends of the insect net 90 can be embedded in the grooves 130.
The guide member 200 can be inserted into the groove 130 with the insect-proof net 90 interposed therebetween. The guide member 200 is formed in almost the same shape as the groove 130, and can be formed to be forcibly fitted into the groove 130. Alternatively, the guide member 200 can include an elastic material such as rubber, synthetic resin, or the like and be closely inserted into the groove 130.
As shown in fig. 3 (a), after aligning the end of the anti-insect net 90 between the groove 130 and the guide member 200, the guide member 200 can be inserted in the 1 st direction (1) toward the groove 130.
When the guide member 200 is inserted into the groove 130, as shown in fig. 3 (b), the end of the insect-proof net 90 disposed therebetween can be inserted into the groove 130 together with the guide member 200, as shown in fig. 3 (c). The end of the anti-insect net 90 inserted into the groove 130 can be fixed to the groove 130 and the frame 110 by means of the guide member 200 closely inserted into the groove 130.
When the surface of the anti-insect net 90 is smooth or the thickness of the anti-insect net 90 is thin, the anti-insect net 90 inserted into the groove 130 may be separated from the groove 130 by an external force. In order to resist the force of the anti-insect net 90 escaping from the groove 130, a diverging part 135 protruding toward the entrance of the groove 130 can be formed at the bottom center of the groove 130. In the bifurcated portion 135, the end portion on the inlet side of the groove 130 can be thicker than the bottom portion of the bifurcated portion 135.
A plurality of receiving grooves 131 and 132 separated from each other can be formed in the groove 130 by a branch portion 135 formed to protrude from the center of the bottom surface. As an example, it is possible to form the 1 st receiving groove 131 at one side of the crotch part 135 and the 2 nd receiving groove 132 at the other side of the crotch part 135.
A plurality of insertion ribs can be formed in the guide member 200. The insertion ribs can be inserted into the receiving grooves, respectively, together with the insect-proof net 90. As an example, the insertion ribs can include a 1 st insertion rib 231 inserted into the 1 st receiving groove 131 and a 2 nd insertion rib 232 inserted into the 2 nd receiving groove 132.
The insect net 90 inserted into the groove 130 can be folded in a wave shape a plurality of times by the bifurcation 135. As an example, the insect net 90 can be inserted between the groove 130 and the guide member 200 in a state of being folded 2 times. The multiply corrugated insect net 90 will be firmly bonded into the groove 130 so as not to be detached from the groove 130.
The guide member 200 may be formed in a W-shaped cross section corresponding to the 1 st receiving groove 131, the 2 nd receiving groove 132, and a branch portion 135 formed between the two receiving grooves.
By inserting the respective peak portions of the insect-proof net 90 formed by folding a plurality of times into the respective receiving grooves, the insect-proof net 90 is not slid out by the gap between the guide member 200 inserted into the groove 130 and the groove 130. Thereby, the insect net 90 can be firmly coupled to the frame 110 as long as the state in which the guide member 200 is coupled to the groove 130 is maintained.
Various means for firmly incorporating the guide member 200 into the groove 130 can also be added.
As an example, hooks 133 and 134 and inclined surfaces 137 and 138 may be formed on an inner side wall of the storage groove facing the branch portion 135.
The hook may include a snap ridge protruding from an inner sidewall of the receiving groove toward the crotch portion 135. The hook can be stopped by the end of the insertion rib. As an example, a 1 st hook 133 protruding from the 1 st inner sidewall can be formed on the 1 st inner sidewall of the 1 st receiving groove 131 facing the crotch part 135. A 2 nd hook 134 protruding from the 2 nd inner wall can be formed on the 2 nd inner wall of the 2 nd receiving groove 132 facing the crotch portion 135.
The inclined surface can guide an end of the insertion rib entering from the entrance of the housing groove to a position of the hook. As an example, the 1 st inclined surface 137 formed on the 1 st inner sidewall can guide the end of the 1 st insertion rib 231 to the position of the 1 st hook 133. The 2 nd inclined surface 138 formed on the 2 nd inner sidewall can guide the end of the 2 nd insertion rib 232 to the position of the 2 nd hook 134.
The inclined surface may be formed to be inclined so as to gradually approach the branch portion 135 from the entrance of the storage groove toward the bottom of the storage groove.
The hook can be formed by bending the end of the bottom side of the receiving groove in the inclined surface in a direction away from the crotch portion 135.
By the inclined surface formed to be inclined so as to gradually come closer to the bifurcated portion as approaching the bottom portion of the housing groove, a hook having a sufficiently large area blocked by the end portion (locking portion) of the insertion rib can be formed. Since the receiving groove is also gradually narrowed toward the bottom of the groove 130 by the inclined surface, the insertion rib can be tightly fitted into the receiving groove.
On the side of the end of the insertion rib inserted into the receiving groove, locking portions 233, 234 blocked by the hook can be formed. The locking portion may include a stopper protruding in a hook direction. As an example, a 1 st locking part 233 blocked by the 1 st hook 133 can be formed at an end of the 1 st insertion rib 231. A 2 nd locking part 234 blocked by the 2 nd hook 134 can be formed at an end of the 2 nd insertion rib 232.
In order to move the locking portion of the insertion rib inserted into the receiving groove in the hook direction, one side surface of the bifurcating portion 135 facing the hook can have an inclination for pushing the other side of the end of the insertion rib toward the hook direction.
The insertion rib may be formed in a shape that forms a gap between one end and the other end of the plate material and is bent to face each other. As an example, the 1 st insertion rib 231 and the 2 nd insertion rib 232 may be formed in a shape in which the plate material is bent in a "V" shape or a "U" shape.
The guide member 200 may be provided with a connection portion for connecting the 1 st insertion rib 231 and the 2 nd insertion rib 232.
The connecting portion 239 can face the crotch portion 135. The 1 st insertion rib 231 on one side may protrude into the 1 st receiving groove 131 with reference to the connection portion 239, and the 2 nd insertion rib 232 on the other side may protrude into the 2 nd receiving groove 132. Thereby, an insertion groove 235 into which the branch portion 135 can be inserted can be formed between the 1 st insertion rib 231 and the 2 nd insertion rib 232, and the connecting portion 239 can form the bottom surface of the insertion groove 235. The connection portion 239 may be integrally formed with the 1 st insertion rib 231 and the 2 nd insertion rib 232.
The connection portion 239 may be formed to have a thickness greater than the 1 st insertion rib 231 and the 2 nd insertion rib 232 so as to be a supporting point of the 1 st insertion rib 231 and the 2 nd insertion rib 232. The thickness d1 of the connection portion 239 may be greater than the thickness d2 of the 1 st insertion rib 231 and the 2 nd insertion rib 232.
The 1 st insertion rib 231 and the 2 nd insertion rib 232 inserted into the receiving groove can be deformed in accordance with the shape of the receiving groove with the connection portion 239 as a support point.
One end of the guide member 200 can be bent at an entrance of the 1 st receiving groove 131 in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the frame 110, thereby forming a 1 st edge 237 covering one side surface of the frame 110. The other end of the guide member 200 may be bent at an entrance of the 2 nd receiving groove 132 to form a 2 nd edge 238 covering one side surface of the frame 110.
The 1 st inner wall can be inserted between the 1 st edge portion 237 and the 1 st locking portion 233 in a section from the entrance of the 1 st receiving groove 131 to the 1 st hook 133. In this case, the section from the entrance of the 1 st housing groove 131 to the 1 st hook 133 may correspond to the 1 st inclined surface 137.
The section of the 2 nd inner wall from the entrance of the 2 nd receiving groove 132 to the 2 nd hook 134 can be inserted between the 2 nd edge portion 238 and the 2 nd locking portion 234. In this case, a section from the entrance of the 2 nd storage groove 132 to the 2 nd hook 134 may correspond to the 2 nd inclined surface 138.
When the guide member 200 is inserted into the groove 130, a strong coupling structure in which the 1 st inclined surface 137 is fitted between the 1 st edge portion 237 and the 1 st locking portion 233 and the 2 nd inclined surface 138 is fitted between the 2 nd edge portion 238 and the 2 nd locking portion 234 can be formed. Thereby, the guide member 200 inserted into the groove 130 can be more firmly coupled into the groove 130.
While the embodiments of the invention have been described in detail, it will be appreciated that those skilled in the art, upon attaining an understanding of the foregoing may readily produce alterations to, variations of, and equivalents to such embodiments. Therefore, the true technical scope of the present invention should be defined by the claims.
