An adjustable pressure above-ground fire hydrant according to claim 6 in which: one end of the outer sleeve, which is close to the closed end of the telescopic pipe (16), is rotatably connected with a plurality of limiting plates (20), and the limiting plates (20) are perpendicular to the axis of the telescopic pipe (16).

An adjustable pressure above-ground fire hydrant according to claim 1 in which: the connecting pipe (9) comprises two horizontal sections, a swinging section is communicated between the two horizontal sections, one horizontal section is communicated with the water inlet joint (8), and the other horizontal section is communicated with the adjusting joint (10).
10. A method of adjusting a pressure adjustable above-ground fire hydrant according to claim 1, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
s1, rotating the connecting pipe (9) to enable the adjusting joint (10) to correspond to the first water outlet joint (2);
s2, adjusting the adjusting joint (10) to enable the adjusting joint (10) to be communicated with the first water outlet joint (2);
s3, supplying power to the pressure regulating pump (21) through the power supply connector (13);
s4, starting the pressure regulating pump (21), and sending out the water flowing out of the first water outlet joint (2) through the second water outlet joint (5) after the pressure regulating pump (21) regulates the pressure.
