The invention firstly puts the activated carbon fiber into the ethanol solution to be soaked, which can clean the impurities such as bacteria on the surface of the activated carbon fiber, then puts the activated carbon fiber into the nano silver-carrying antibacterial agent to be soaked, which can make the nano silver-carrying antibacterial agent completely attached to the surface of the activated carbon fiber, and finally puts the activated carbon fiber into the protective agent to be soaked, which can avoid the influence of the outside impurities on the service life of the nano silver-carrying antibacterial agent, thereby obtaining the silver-carrying antibacterial activated carbon fiber with durable antibacterial property and good filtering effect.
