The biomass gasification furnace utilizes biomass such as crop straws and forestry wastes with low calorific value to generate combustible gas such as carbon monoxide, hydrogen, methane and the like through thermophysical change and chemical reaction in the gasification furnace, the straw (i.e. biomass) gasification aims to obtain combustible gas products as much as possible, but coke, tar and other byproducts are inevitably generated in the gasification process, wherein the tar is in a gaseous state at high temperature and is completely mixed with the combustible gas, and the tar is condensed into a liquid state at low temperature (generally lower than 200 ℃), so the currently used biomass gasification furnace has some problems as follows:
when the biomass gasification furnace is used for converting biomass into combustible gas, wherein the produced gas contains tar with higher content, so that the carbon utilization rate is low, the gasification efficiency is reduced, meanwhile, when the gas is transmitted in a pipeline, the gas temperature is reduced to below 200 ℃, the tar can be condensed into fine liquid drops, the liquid drops are easily combined with water, coke and the like, on one hand, the pipeline and equipment are blocked, on the other hand, the tar condensed into the fine liquid drops is difficult to burn out than the gas, and particles such as carbon black are easily generated during combustion, so that secondary pollution is caused.

The working principle is that the straw is heated primarily, the supporting plate 124 is pulled open, the feeding cylinder 121 descends to be combined with the combustion chamber 8, the first partition plate 122 and the second partition plate 123 are pulled open, then the straw is directly sent into the combustion chamber 8, meanwhile, gas in the compression tank is led into the heating device 9, the straw is ignited by the igniter and is ignited, the straw is fully combusted, the temperature in the combustion chamber 8 is rapidly enabled to reach more than 750 ℃ in a short time, and then the heating device 9 is turned off; then the feeding cylinder 121 is pulled up, the first partition plate 122 and the second partition plate 123 are pushed rightwards, the channel of the feeding cylinder 121 is sealed, the crushed straw is filled between the first partition plate 122 and the second partition plate 123, the first partition plate 122 is pulled, the straw can directly fall into the combustion chamber 8 to be insufficiently combusted, combustible gas is generated, the combustible gas rises from the combustion chamber 8 and then enters the space between the fixed cover 6 and the combustion chamber 8, and contacts with the heating pipe 7, so that tar in the gas is cracked, and then the gas enters the fixed box 1 to be retained. Along with the increase of time, the more the gas is accumulated, the pressure in the fixed box 1 is increased, the piston 4 is pushed to move leftwards, the compression spring 5 is compressed, after the piston 4 moves to the through hole position on the gas guide cylinder 3, the gas in the fixed box 1 is rapidly transferred into the gas guide cylinder 2, the pressure in the fixed box 1 is reduced, the compression spring 5 pushes the piston 4 rightwards to block the through hole on the gas guide cylinder 3, after the gas is cooled for a period of time in the gas guide cylinder 2, the gas is sucked from the through hole at the bottom by the compression tank, a certain amount of oxygen is required to be supplied for combustion in the fixed cover 6, and then the oxygen is supplied to the inside of the fixed cover 6 from the vent hole 11.
