The invention provides a smoke-proof bag rebound device of a packaging machine, which comprises a first bracket, a second bracket, a hairbrush and an elastic piece, wherein the first bracket comprises a connecting block, a connecting plate, a first fixing plate and a second fixing plate; the connecting plate is positioned at the outer side of the tobacco bale inlet of the die box of the second drying wheel of the packaging machine; the brush comprises a bottom plate and brush hair arranged on one side of the bottom plate, and the other side of the bottom plate is connected with the connecting plate; the second bracket is positioned below the tobacco bale conveying channel; the second bracket is provided with a connecting protrusion, and the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate are rotationally connected with the connecting protrusion through a pin shaft; the pin shaft is arranged perpendicular to the connecting protrusion; one end of the elastic piece is connected with the wallboard, and the other end of the elastic piece is connected with one end, far away from the connecting plate, of the connecting block. The invention can better avoid the rebound phenomenon of the tobacco bale when the tobacco bale enters the die box of the second drying wheel of the packing machine.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of packaging machine parts, and particularly relates to a smoke-proof bag rebound device of a packaging machine.
Background
The FOCKE350 packaging machine is mainly used for producing hard-box cigarettes, the cigarettes are heated and dried in a first drying drum after being glued, under the action of a push rod of the first drying drum, single cigarettes are pushed out to a cigarette package conveying belt, the cigarette packages are conveyed to the boxes of a second drying wheel which intermittently rotates by the conveying belt, 20 boxes are usually arranged on the second drying wheel, after each box of the second drying wheel is filled with the cigarettes (4 boxes can be filled for each conventional cigarette and 6 boxes can be filled for each middle cigarette), when a cigarette package filling detection device arranged at the mouth of the box detects that the cigarettes are filled, the second drying wheel starts to rotate by one station so as to fill the next box.
However, when the cigarettes are conveyed from the first drying wheel to the die boxes of the second drying wheel through the single package of the conveying belt, the cigarettes sequentially enter the die boxes of the second drying wheel, so that the cigarettes are suddenly stopped in the horizontal direction, a certain degree of rebound phenomenon exists in the cigarettes, when the last package of cigarettes enters the die boxes, the rebound phenomenon is easier to occur, the last package of cigarettes partially exceeds the die boxes of the second drying wheel, and therefore, when the second drying wheel starts to rotate, the last package of cigarettes is blocked at the inlet of the second drying wheel, equipment is stopped, and the operation efficiency of the equipment is reduced; meanwhile, after an operator needs to take out the cigarette blocking package and manually complement the cigarette package of the die box, the equipment is started again to continue running, so that the labor intensity of workers is increased, and when the cigarette package is blocked, the cigarette blocking package is damaged, and the waste of original auxiliary materials is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a cigarette packet rebound prevention device of a packaging machine, which is used for solving the problem that rebound phenomenon is easy to occur when a cigarette packet enters a die box in the prior art.

according to the cigarette packet rebound prevention device of the packing machine, the hairbrush is arranged at the cigarette packet inlet of the die box of the second drying wheel of the packing machine, when cigarette packets sequentially enter the die box of the second drying wheel, the cigarette packets are contacted with the hairbrush to enable friction force to exist between the cigarette packets, under the action of the friction force, when the cigarette packets are contacted with the bottom plate of the second drying wheel or the subsequent cigarette packets are contacted with the previous cigarette packet, the cigarette packets which enter the die box at first are sequentially accumulated with the die box under the action of the thrust of the later cigarette packets, when the last cigarette packet enters the die box, the second drying wheel starts to rotate, and the last cigarette packet is not blocked at the inlet of the second drying wheel due to the fact that the rebound phenomenon does not exist in the cigarette packets, so that equipment shutdown is avoided, the equipment operation efficiency is improved, and the labor intensity of workers and the consumption of raw auxiliary materials are reduced. Simultaneously, when the tobacco bale in the die box is required to be taken out, the connecting plate is pulled outwards, so that the connecting plate rotates around the pin shaft along with the connecting block; the connecting block can be driven to return through the elastic piece, so that the brush returns to a position contacted with the tobacco bale, and friction force between the tobacco bale and the brush can be maintained by the elastic piece.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a smoke packet rebound device 31 of a packing machine, which includes a first bracket, a second bracket, a brush 51, and an elastic member, wherein the first bracket includes a connection block 41, a connection plate 42 disposed at one side of the connection block, and a first fixing plate 43 and a second fixing plate 44 disposed at the other side of the connection block; the connecting plate is far away from the first fixing plate 43 and is positioned outside the tobacco bale entrance of the die box 22 of the second drying wheel of the packaging machine; the brush 51 comprises a base plate and bristles arranged on one side of the base plate, the other side of the base plate is connected with the connecting plate, and the bristles are used for being contacted with a tobacco packet in the die box; the second bracket is used for being connected with a wallboard 14 of the packaging machine and is positioned below a tobacco packet conveying channel 13 of the packaging machine; the second bracket is provided with a connecting protrusion 63, and the extending direction of the connecting protrusion 63 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the wallboard; the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate are rotatably connected with the connecting protrusion through a pin shaft 45; the pin shaft 45 is arranged perpendicular to the connecting protrusion; the elastic piece is perpendicular to the wallboard, one end of the elastic piece is connected with the wallboard 14, and the other end of the elastic piece is connected with one end, far away from the connecting plate, of the connecting block. It will be appreciated that the mould box is provided on the floor 21 of the second desiccant wheel; a tobacco bale conveying channel 13 is formed between the two oppositely arranged conveying belts 11; the first bracket is parallel to the wallboard.
According to the cigarette pack rebound prevention device for the packing machine, the hairbrush 51 is arranged at the cigarette pack inlet of the die box 22 of the second drying wheel of the packing machine, when the cigarette packs 12 sequentially enter the die box of the second drying wheel, the cigarette packs 12 are contacted with the hairbrush 51 to enable friction force to exist between the two, under the action of the friction force, when the cigarette packs 12 are contacted with the bottom plate of the second drying wheel or the subsequent cigarette packs are contacted with the previous cigarette pack, the cigarette packs which enter the die box 22 at first are sequentially full of the die boxes under the action of thrust of the later cigarette packs, and when the last cigarette pack enters the die box, the second drying wheel starts to intermittently rotate, and the last cigarette pack is not blocked at the inlet of the second drying wheel due to the fact that the rebound phenomenon does not exist, so that equipment shutdown is avoided, the equipment operation efficiency is improved, and the labor intensity of workers and the consumption of raw auxiliary materials are reduced. Simultaneously, when the cigarette packet in the die box needs to be taken out, the connecting plate is pulled outwards, so that the connecting plate rotates around the pin shaft along with the connecting block, and the elastic piece is pulled and stretched at the moment; the connecting block can be driven to return through the elastic piece, so that the brush returns to a position contacted with the tobacco bale, and friction force between the tobacco bale and the brush can be maintained by the elastic piece.
Further, a handle 421 is disposed on a side of the connecting plate away from the bottom plate, so that the connecting plate can be pulled relatively conveniently through the handle.
Specifically, the handle 421 includes a connection rod, one end of which is connected to the connection plate, and the other end of which is of a spherical structure, so that an operator can conveniently grip the handle through the spherical structure.
Further, the connecting protrusion 63 is provided with a pin hole, the axis of the pin hole is parallel to the wallboard, the pin shaft is in running fit with the pin hole, and the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate are respectively provided with a mounting hole matched with the pin shaft, so that the first fixing plate, the second fixing plate and the connecting protrusion are rotationally connected.
In order to be able to provide the overall strength of the first bracket, the connection block, the connection plate, the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate are formed as a unitary structure.
Further, the second fixing plate is located at one end of the connecting block away from the connecting plate, and the elastic piece is a spring 71; the second fixing plate is provided with a first adjusting screw 72 in threaded connection with the second fixing plate, the wallboard is provided with a second adjusting screw 73 in threaded connection with the wallboard, the axis of the first adjusting screw coincides with the axis of the second adjusting screw, and the axis of the second adjusting screw is perpendicular to the wallboard; one end of the spring is hooked on the hook of the first adjusting screw, and the other end of the spring is hooked on the hook of the second adjusting screw. By adopting the scheme, the restoring force of the spring can be adjusted by adjusting the distance between the hooks of the two adjusting screws, so that the compression force of the brush hair to the tobacco bale is adjusted, namely the friction force between the brush hair and the tobacco bale is adjusted, and the effect of better preventing the tobacco bale from bouncing is achieved. It is understood that the hook of the first adjusting screw is positioned at one end of the first adjusting screw close to the wallboard, and the hook of the second adjusting screw is positioned at one end of the second adjusting screw close to the second fixing plate; a gap is formed between the lower end face of the second fixing plate and the upper side face of the second plate so as to avoid interference between the second fixing plate and the second plate, and therefore the connecting block can rotate along with the second fixing plate.
As shown in fig. 2, the second bracket includes a first plate 62 and a second plate 61 vertically connected to a middle position of the first plate, the first plate 62 and the second plate 61 form a T-shaped structure, the first plate is connected to the wall plate by two fixing screws, and the two fixing screws are respectively located at two sides of the second plate; the connecting protrusion is arranged on the upper side surface of the second plate, so that the connection between the second bracket and the wallboard is firm.
It may be preferable that the base plate is screw-coupled to the connection plate 42 so as to facilitate replacement and repair of the brush or the first bracket.
