Abstract
The invention discloses a photovoltaic module transportation frame which comprises a fixed frame, wherein one side of the fixed frame is provided with an opening, the inner side of the fixed frame is provided with a slide way, two long frames of the fixed frame are provided with limiting jacks, one end of the opening of one long frame is provided with a plug block, and a limiting device is sleeved in the limiting jacks. According to the invention, the slide way is arranged on the inner side of the fixed frame, so that the photovoltaic module can slide in conveniently, and the slid photovoltaic module is limited and fixed through the insertion of the limiting device, so that the photovoltaic module can be stably transported under the action of the shock absorption device in the slide way and the limiting device in the transportation process, and the device has a simple structure and reasonable arrangement.

Background
Solar power generation is an emerging renewable energy technology, and the main applications of the technology are solar photovoltaic power generation and solar heating power generation. Solar photo-thermal power generation is performed by heating a medium through a light-gathering and heat-collecting system and then utilizing traditional steam power generation equipment to generate power, and industrialized demonstration projects are increasing in recent years.
Most of the photovoltaic modules are packaged by using a wooden box separated by a paperboard, and the photovoltaic modules in the wooden box cannot be effectively fixed and supported. During transportation, the components can rock, tilt, or even collapse.
Disclosure of Invention
According to the technical problems to be solved, the invention provides the photovoltaic module transportation frame which is simple in structure, reasonable in design, convenient for transporting the photovoltaic module and high in safety performance.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the photovoltaic module transportation frame comprises a fixed frame, wherein one side of the fixed frame is provided with an opening, the inner side of the fixed frame is provided with a slideway, two long frames of the fixed frame are provided with limiting jacks, one end of the opening of one long frame is provided with a bolt block, and a limiting device is sleeved in the limiting jacks.
Further, a plurality of upper damping devices, lower damping devices and side damping devices are arranged in the upper long frame, the lower long frame and the side short frame slideway of the fixed frame.

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1-6, a photovoltaic module transportation frame comprises a fixed frame, wherein one side of the fixed frame 1 is provided with an opening, the inner side of the fixed frame is provided with a slide way, two long frames of the fixed frame 1 are provided with limiting insertion holes 7, one end of the opening of one long frame is provided with a plug block 3, and a limiting device 2 is sleeved in the limiting insertion holes 7.

As shown in fig. 2, a plurality of upper shock absorbing devices 4, lower shock absorbing devices 5 and side shock absorbing devices 9 are arranged in the upper long side frame, the lower long side frame and the side short side frame of the fixed frame 1.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the damping ends of the upper damping device 4 and the lower damping device 5 are provided with pulleys. The pulley is arranged at the buffer end of the damping device, and the photovoltaic module can better move inwards after being inserted through the pulley.
As shown in fig. 3, the limiting jacks 7 are provided with a plurality of cross-shaped limiting jacks. Wherein, because the two sides of the limiting device 2 are provided with damping devices, the two sides of the limiting jack 7 are reserved with notches for the damping devices to pass through.
As shown in fig. 2, 5 and 6, the latch block 3 includes: the plug comprises a plug strip, a plug pin fixing hole 11 and a plug pin pull ring 12, wherein the plug pin pull ring 12 is fixed at one end head of the plug strip, and the plug pin fixing hole 11 is arranged close to the plug pin pull ring 12. After the limiting devices 2 are inserted into the limiting insertion holes 7, the limiting devices 2 are fixedly connected in a penetrating manner through the inserted pin blocks 3, and the limiting devices are fixed on the fixed frame through the fastening screw holes 13 by using the fastening bolts 6.
As shown in fig. 4, the limiting device 2 includes: spacing pull ring 8, spacing 14, spacing damping device 15 and bolt hole 10, spacing pull ring 8 is fixed in spacing 14 top, and the bottom sets up bolt hole 10, spacing 14 both sides limit sets up a plurality of spacing damping device 15. The limiting strips 14 are placed into the holes through the handheld pull rings, and the photovoltaic panel is fixed through the damping devices arranged on the two sides.
As shown in fig. 2, 5 and 6, the limiting device 2 is sleeved in the limiting jack 7 and is connected through the bolt hole 10 by using the bolt block 3.

5. A photovoltaic module carrier as set forth in claim 1 wherein: the limiting device (2) is sleeved in the limiting jack (7) and is connected with the plug block (3) in a penetrating way through the plug hole (10).
