(problem to be solved by the invention)
A case where a sticker printed with information about a sales promotion (campaign) of an absorbent article, for example, is attached to a package can be considered. However, when the sticker is attached to the inner side surface of the package, if the absorbent article and the inner side surface of the package are pushed into the package while being pressed against each other, the sticker may peel off.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a technique for suppressing peeling of a sticker when an absorbent article is contained in a sticker-attached package.
(measures taken to solve the problems)
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a packaging method in which a sticker is attached to a portion of a package having an opening, the portion facing the opening, and an absorbent article is pushed into a storage space of the package from the opening.
Specifically, the present invention provides a method for packaging an absorbent article, the method comprising packaging the absorbent article worn on the crotch of a user in a package body having an x-axis direction in a width direction, a y-axis direction in a thickness direction, and a z-axis direction in a depth direction, the method comprising: and a pushing-in step of pushing the absorbent article from the opening in the z-axis direction into the opened accommodating space by opening an accommodating space in the substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape communicating with the opening of the package body opened at one side in the z-axis direction, wherein the absorbent article is compressed in either the x-axis direction or the y-axis direction so that a cross section of the opened accommodating space has a size perpendicular to the z-axis direction equal to or smaller than a cross section of the opened accommodating space perpendicular to the z-axis direction, and the sticker is stuck to a portion of the inner surface of the accommodating space facing the opening.
The method further includes a processing step of processing a perforation line for unsealing the package on an inner surface of the sticker opposite to the opening, and the sticker is stuck to an adjacent region of the portion opened by the perforation line.
In the processing step, the perforation lines are provided so as to surround a predetermined portion, and the sticker is attached to the predetermined portion.
In the pushing step, the absorbent article is stacked in the x-axis direction or the y-axis direction and compressed as a whole, and the cross section of the compressed absorbent article as a whole perpendicular to the z-axis direction has substantially the same size as the cross section of the stretched accommodating space as a perpendicular to the z-axis direction.
In addition, corners of the decal are formed as rounded corners.
The method for packaging an absorbent article may further include a compression step of compressing the absorbent article transferred in the pushing step in either the x-axis direction or the y-axis direction to a size equal to or smaller than a cross-section of the accommodation space perpendicular to the z-axis direction, the cross-section being expanded.
The package has a display unit for displaying the position of the sticker on the outer surface at a position corresponding to the sticker.
The present invention also provides a package of an absorbent article for packaging an absorbent article worn on a crotch of a user, the package of an absorbent article including: an opening portion that opens at one surface in the z-axis direction; a housing space communicating with the opening portion for housing the absorbent article; and a sticker attached to a portion of the inner surface forming the accommodating space, the accommodating space being opened, the absorbent article being pushed into the opened accommodating space from the opening, the absorbent article being compressed in either one of the x-axis direction and the y-axis direction so that a cross-sectional dimension perpendicular to the z-axis direction of the opened accommodating space becomes equal to or smaller than a cross-sectional dimension perpendicular to the z-axis direction of the opened accommodating space, the sticker being attached to an adjacent region of a portion of the packaging body opposed to the opening and sealed by heat sealing, the portion attached with the sticker not being welded to other portions of the packaging body, the packaging body of the absorbent article being substantially rectangular parallelepiped.
The package of the absorbent article may further include a perforation line provided on an inner surface of the package facing the opening, to which the sticker is attached, and the sticker may be attached to an adjacent region of the portion of the package that is opened by the perforation line.
The perforation lines are provided so as to surround a predetermined portion, and the sticker is attached to the predetermined portion.
In addition, corners of the decal are formed as rounded corners.
The package of the absorbent article may further include a display portion located at a portion of the outer surface of the package corresponding to the sticker, for displaying a position of attachment of the sticker.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, an absorbent article according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The following embodiments are examples, and the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
(embodiment)
Fig. 1 shows an example of an outline of a bag body 1 according to the present embodiment. The bag body 1 is formed of a translucent film. The bag body 1 has: an opening 2; and a housing space 4 communicating with the opening 2 and housing the waist-attached disposable diaper 3 therein. In the present embodiment, the direction in which the diaper 3 is loaded from the opening 2 into the storage space 4 is referred to as the z-axis direction. The width direction of the opening 2 is defined as the x-axis direction, and the thickness direction of the opening 2 is defined as the y-axis direction.
The number of diapers 3 placed in the accommodating space 4 is not limited to one, but a plurality of diapers are stacked in a folded state in the x-axis direction. The bag 1 is a part of the "package" of the present invention. The diaper 3 is an example of the "absorbent article worn on the crotch of a user" of the present invention. The length in the x-axis direction of the stacked diapers 3 is slightly larger than the length in the x-axis direction of the accommodating space 4.
The bag 1 is sealed by heat-sealing the end 9 in the z-axis direction of the inner surface 6 facing the opening 2 and the end 11 in the z-axis direction of the inner surface 10 facing the opening 2 in the same manner. Further, a perforated line 8 extending in the z-axis direction is provided in a U-shape at a portion of the inner surface 6 of the bag body 1 facing the opening 2 and adjacent to the end 9. The perforation lines 8 are formed on the inner surface 6 for unsealing the sealed pouch 1. The bag body 1 further includes a sticker 5, and the sticker 5 is attached to a portion of the inner surface 6 located at the front end in the z-axis direction, which is surrounded by the perforation line 8, in a region adjacent to the end 9. The sticker 5 has a fan shape, and promotional information of the diaper 3 is printed on the surface thereof. The promotional information is, for example, a QR code (registered trademark) in which a URL (uniform resource locator ) of a website in which the promotional information of the diaper 3 is recorded. The inner surfaces 6 and 10 are examples of "inner surfaces forming the accommodation space facing the opening" of the present invention.
The material forming the sticker 5 is a material that does not melt at the temperature at which the end portions 9 and 11 are heat sealed. That is, when the portion of the inner surface 6 to which the sticker 5 is attached and the inner surface 10 are heat sealed by mistake, the sticker 5 is not melted, and therefore the inner surface 6 and the inner surface 10 are fusion-bonded poorly.
Next, a flow of a packaging method for packaging the inside of the bag body 1 with the diapers 3 mounted therein will be described. Fig. 2 schematically shows an example of a flow chart of a packaging flow in which diapers 3 are packed in the bag 1. In addition, the packaging process described below may omit, replace, and add steps as appropriate according to the embodiment.
(step S101)
In step S101, first, a member for expanding the housing space 4 is incorporated into the bag body 1. Then, diapers 3 stacked in the x-axis direction in a folded state are put into the bag body 1 from the opening 2 into the opened accommodation space 4. Here, the length in the x-axis direction of the stacked diapers 3 is slightly larger than the length in the x-axis direction of the opening 2. Therefore, the diapers 3 stacked in the folded state are compressed in the x-axis direction and pushed into the storage space 4 from the opening 2. That is, when the diaper 3 is pushed in, a force in a direction of pressing each other acts on the outer surface of the diaper 3 and the surface of the bag 1 forming the accommodating space 4. The cross section perpendicular to the z-axis direction of the compressed diaper 3 is substantially the same as the cross section perpendicular to the z-axis direction of the stretched housing space 4. Here, step S101 is an example of the "push-in process" of the present invention.
(step S102)
In step S102, after the diaper 3 is pushed into the bag body 1, the outer peripheral films forming the opening 2 are welded together by heat. Fig. 3 schematically shows an example of a state in which the opening 2 of the bag body 1 accommodating diapers 3 stacked in a folded state is welded. In this way, the opening 2 is closed, and the diaper 3 is packed by the bag 1.
After closing the opening 2, when the diaper 3 stored in the storage space 4 is taken out to the outside, the portion to which the sticker 5 is attached is pinched from the outside of the bag 1. Thus, the portion where the perforation line 8 is processed is torn. The diapers 3 can then be removed individually from the torn open portions. Here, since the perforation lines 8 are formed in a slender U-shape, the disposable scattering of the plurality of diapers 3 to the outside can be suppressed. The sticker 5 is attached to an adjacent region of the opening generated by the breakage of the perforation line 8. Thus, when the user removes the diaper 3 from the opening, the sticker 5 is also exposed to the outside. Thus, the user can easily find the sticker 5, and can easily tear off the sticker 5.
Fig. 4 shows an example of an outline of a conventional bag 21. Like the bag 1, the bag 21 has an opening 22. Further, the size of the stacked diapers 3 is slightly larger than the accommodating space 24 in the x-axis direction. Thus, the diapers 3 stacked in the folded state are compressed in the x-axis direction and then pushed into the storage space 24 inside the bag 21 through the opening 22.
The bag 21 is provided with a sticker 25. However, the decal 25 is attached to the inner side 27 of the pocket 21. In such a case of the bag 21, the decal 25 may come into contact with the pushed-in diaper 3 and rub against the same, and therefore, for example, the decal 25 may come off from the inner surface 27 during transportation.
(effects of action)
According to the method of packaging the diaper 3 of the present embodiment, the sticker 5 is attached to a portion of the inner surface 6 facing the opening 2, which is not in contact with the diaper 3, but is not attached to the inner surface 7 which is in contact with the diaper 3 when housed. Thus, even when an external force acts on the diaper 3 during transportation from the factory to the home, for example, the removal of the decal 5 can be suppressed. Further, the possibility that the sticker 5 comes into contact with the diaper 3 and rubs to cause the sticker 5 to come off from the inner surface 6 can be suppressed. Further, even if the sticker 5 is detached during conveyance, the sticker 5 is attached to a position not in contact with the diaper 3, and therefore, the sticker 5 can be prevented from adhering to the diaper 3. Further, according to the method of packaging diapers 3 of the present embodiment, the diapers 3 are taken out one by one from the opening created by tearing the portion where the perforation lines 8 are processed. This reduces the degree of friction between the diaper 3 and the inner surface forming the accommodation space 4 when the diaper 3 is taken out. That is, the separation of the sticker 5 from the inner surface 6 due to the friction between the diaper 3 and the sticker 5 when the diaper 3 is taken out is suppressed.
Further, according to the method of packaging the diaper 3 of the present embodiment, when the diaper 3 is taken out of the sealed bag 1, the portion to which the sticker 5 is attached is pinched from the outside of the bag 1. Here, since the pinched portion is attached with the sticker 5, the rigidity and thickness are increased. This can suppress tearing of the pinched portion (the film of the bag body 1 enclosed by the perforation lines 8) before tearing the portion where the perforation lines 8 are formed. The sticker 5 is attached to a portion of the portion surrounded by the perforation line 8, the portion being located at the front end in the z-axis direction. Thus, the front end portion in the z-axis direction is torn first in the portion where the perforation line 8 is formed. The portion with the perforation line 8 is torn from the torn portion in the-z axis direction. That is, the portion where the perforation line 8 is processed can be reliably torn, and the opening for taking out the diaper 3 can be formed as desired.
Further, the following can be considered: in the case of sealing by heat-sealing the inner face 6 and the inner face 10, the portion of the inner face 6 to which the decal 5 is attached and the portion of the inner face 10, which are adjacent regions of the end portion 9, are heat-sealed by mistake, instead of the case of heat-sealing the end portion 9 and the end portion 11. Further, it is also conceivable to heat-seal the inner surface 6 and the inner surface 10 with the diaper 3 interposed therebetween. However, according to the method of packaging the diaper 3 of the present embodiment, since the sticker 5 is a material that does not melt at the welding temperature, in the case described above, the inner surface 6 and the inner surface 10 may be poorly welded. Thereby, the bag 1 remains open and is not sealed. That is, defective sealing can be easily found. Further, the bag 1 can be prevented from being sealed with the diaper 3 interposed therebetween. Thus, the defective product is more easily found than the case where the defective product in the state of sandwiching the diaper 3 is found from the outside. This suppresses defective shipment.
(other modifications)
In the above embodiment, the sticker 5 is attached to the portion of the inner surface 6 enclosed by the perforation line 8, but may be attached to other positions of the inner surface 6 or the inner surface 10. However, the portion of the sticker 5 to which the sticker is attached is: the bag 1 containing the diaper 3 is preferably placed in a position not in contact with the diaper 3 in a state of being inserted into, for example, a paper case. By attaching the sticker 5 to such a portion, the sticker 5 is prevented from coming off due to friction between the diaper 3 and the sticker 5 when the diaper 3 is taken out. In addition, even when the sticker 5 is detached by sliding relative to other inner surfaces, the attachment of the detached sticker 5 to the diaper 3 can be suppressed.
The portion to which the sticker 5 is attached may be a portion on the side surface of the inner surface 6 in the z-axis direction, for example. However, in the case of sticking the sticker 5 as described above, it is preferable that the sticker 5 is stuck to a position that is not in contact with the diaper 3 in a state where the bag 1 housing the diaper 3 is inserted into, for example, a cardboard box. By attaching the sticker 5 to such a portion, the sticker 5 can be prevented from falling off due to friction between the diaper 3 and the sticker 5 when the diaper 3 is taken out. Further, even in the case where the portion to which the sticker 5 is attached is folded to cause the sticker 5 to fall off, the sticking of the fallen sticker 5 to the diaper 3 can be suppressed. The position to which the sticker 5 is attached is not limited to these portions, and may be a position where the inner surface facing the opening 2 is not in contact with the diaper 3 accommodated in the accommodation space 4.
In the above embodiment, the perforation lines 8 are formed in a U shape, but may be formed by connecting them in a circumferential shape. The sticker 5 may be provided not in the portion surrounded by the perforation line 8 but in an adjacent region of the opening formed by tearing the portion where the perforation line 8 is formed. In addition, the perforation lines 8 may not be provided.
In the above embodiment, the example was shown in which the decal 5 is formed of a material that does not melt at the heat sealing temperature of the end portions 9 and 11, but the decal 5 may have a thickness that is not usable in the heat sealing machine. That is, even in the case of such a sticker 5, when the portion of the inner surface 6 to which the sticker 5 is attached and the portion of the inner surface 10 are heat-sealed due to a mistake, the inner surface 6 and the inner surface 10 become poor welding. Thereby, the bag 1 will be opened without being sealed. That is, defective sealing can be easily found.
In the above embodiment, although the QR code is shown as an example in which the URL of the website on which the promotional information is recorded is printed on the surface of the sticker 5, the text of the promotional information may be printed on the surface of the sticker 5, and the QR code is not limited to the text. Further, characters of QR code and promotional information may be printed on the surface of the sticker 5. Further, characters other than the promotional information may be printed on the surface of the sticker 5.
The shape of the sticker 5 of the diaper 3 is a sector, but the shape of the sticker 5 is not limited to a sector, and may be any shape that can display information.
In the above-described embodiment, the bag body formed of the translucent film is shown as an example of the package body, but the form of the package body is not limited to the example of the above-described embodiment as long as the diaper 3 can be packaged.
Further, in the above-described embodiment, an example in which the stacked diapers 3 are pushed in while being compressed in the x-axis direction is shown, but the stacked diapers 3 may also be pushed in while being compressed in the y-axis direction.
In the above-described embodiment, the example in which the diapers 3 stacked in the folded state are housed in the bag 1 has been shown, but the diapers 3 may be housed in a predetermined package in an unstacked state, or may be housed in a predetermined package in an unstacked state.
In the above-described embodiment, the example of the waist-attached disposable diaper in which the diaper 3 is shown, but the absorbent article of other forms may be applied. Examples of such absorbent articles include various types of absorbent articles having wrinkles (gather) such as pants-type disposable diapers, diaper pads, and light incontinence pads, and flat absorbent articles having no wrinkles.
In the above embodiment, for example, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the sticker 5 having four corners as sharp corners is shown, but the corners of the sticker 5 may be rounded. When the corners of the decal 5 are rounded, the possibility of the corners of the decal 5 piercing the bag body 1 can be suppressed as much as possible. That is, if the corners of the decal 5 are rounded, for example, even if a consumer who purchases the diapers 3 takes out a plurality of diapers 3 from the bag 1, the film constituting the bag 1 is folded or bent around the decal 5 and the corners of the decal 5 come into contact with the film, and the corners of the decal 5 are not damaged.
In the above embodiment, the design (design) of the outer surface of the bag body 1 is not mentioned, but for example, the bag body 1 may have a display portion for displaying the attachment position of the sticker 5 at a portion of the outer surface corresponding to the sticker 5. The display unit may be any type as long as it can display the position of the sticker 5. The following modes are examples of the modes showing the attachment position of the sticker 5: for example, the printed representation performed on the surface of the bag body 1, an observation window utilizing the characteristic that the film constituting the bag body 1 is transparent, irregularities formed by embossing (embossing) the film constituting the bag body 1, and other various forms.
Fig. 5 is a diagram showing an example of a display unit showing the attachment position of the sticker 5. For example, as shown in fig. 5, if the attaching position indicating portion 28 is provided on the surface of the bag body 1, a consumer who purchases the diaper 3 can grasp the attaching position of the sticker 5 showing promotional information or the like from the outside of the bag body 1. Thus, if the bag 1 is provided with the attachment position indicating unit 28, it is possible to suppress the possibility that the sticker 5 will be damaged by mistake when the consumer who purchased the diaper 3 opens the bag 1.
In the above-described embodiment, the method of compressing the diaper 3 when the diaper 3 is loaded into the bag 1 is not specifically mentioned, but for example, the diaper 3 may be pushed into the bag 1 while being compressed in the following manner.
Fig. 6 is a view showing an example of a method of loading the diaper 3 into the bag 1. When the diapers 3 are loaded into the bag 1, for example, a stack of the diapers 3 is compressed by a compression pusher (pusher) 29 in the vicinity of the opening 2 of the bag 1, and then the diapers 3 are pushed into the bag 1 by a push-in pusher 30. When the diaper 3 is pushed into the bag 1 by the push-in pusher 30 from the opening 2 in a state where the diaper 3 is compressed by the push-in pusher 29, the diaper 3 is released from being compressed by the push-in pusher 29 and inflated. However, since the diaper 3 has entered the inside of the bag body 1, the diaper 3 released from the compression of the compressed push rod 29 is held in the bag body 1 in a state of being restrained by the bag body 1, against the inner surface of the bag body 1. The process of compressing the diaper 3 by being pressed by the compression pusher 29 corresponds to one example of the "compressing process" of the present application.
In the present embodiment, since the sticker 5 is located at the portion of the inner surface 6 facing the opening 2 in the interior of the bag body 1 as described above, when the diaper 3 is pushed into the bag body 1 by using such a pusher, a force in the direction of tearing the sticker 5 from the inner surface 6 does not act on the sticker 5 even if the diaper 3 is in contact with the sticker 5.
