As shown in fig. 6, the tension wheel 44 includes a wheel body 441 and a tension mounting seat 442, the tension mounting seat 442 is fixed in position, the tension mounting seat 442 mounts a link rod via a torsion spring, the link rod rotates around the tension mounting seat 442, the other end of the link rod is connected to the rotating shaft of the wheel body 441, and the ink ribbon 42 is wound around the outer surface of the wheel body 441. The wheel body 441 rotates around the tensioning mounting seat 442 to stretch the ink receiving ribbon 42, so that installation errors when the ink receiving ribbon 42 winds around each roller are compensated, and the length change between the rollers of the ink receiving ribbon 42 when the pressing force is kept unchanged due to slight rotation of the pressing wheel 432 is compensated.
As shown in fig. 1 and 7, the feeding assembly 1 includes a feeding bin 11 and a feeding belt pulley 12, the feeding belt pulley 12 is located in front of the head of the conveying belt 2 in the conveying direction, the upper surface of the feeding belt pulley 12 is flush with the upper surface of the conveying belt 2, and the feeding bin 11 with an open bottom is arranged above the feeding belt pulley 12. The paper boards 9 are stacked in the feeding bin 11, the feeding board belt wheel 12 horizontally extracts the bottommost paper board 9 and conveys the paper board 9 to the conveyor belt 2 for printing operation, after one paper board 9 is extracted, the next paper board 9 falls and is conveyed to the conveyor belt 2, and the paper boards 9 fed into the bin 11 are continuously arranged on the conveyor belt 2 in sequence one by one.
As shown in fig. 1 and 8, the stacking assembly 5 includes a blanking slope 51, a stacking bin 52 and a sloping block 53, the stacking bin 52 is disposed behind and below the tail of the conveying direction of the conveyor belt 2, the blanking slope 51 is located between the conveyor belt 2 and the stacking bin 52, the sloping block 53 is disposed in the stacking bin 52, and the high end of the sloping block 53 is close to the conveyor belt. The blanking slope 51 provides a downward sliding slope for the paper boards 9 falling from the conveyor belt 2, the front ends of the paper boards 9 fall into the stacking bin 52, the paper boards 9 are stacked in the stacking bin 52 in an inclined mode, each falling paper board 9 can be attached to each other, and the impact force between the tail portions of the paper boards 9 and the paper boards below the tail portions of the paper boards can be reduced.
The main working process of the invention is as follows: the paper boards 9 are sequentially fed onto the conveyor belt 2 in a row by the paper feeding belt pulley 12, the paper boards 9 reach the imprinting wheel set 43 along with the advance of the conveyor belt 2, the ink carrying belt 42 is dyed with multicolor patterns to be printed on a plurality of ink transfer units 41 in front, the paper boards 9 are pressed on the imprinting wheel set 43 to finish printing, the ink carrying belt 42 returns and is dyed again, and the printed paper boards 9 fall into the stacking bin 52 to be bundled and collected by an operator.
