Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a polyester heat-shrinkable film, which comprises the following steps: s1, drying raw materials: selecting a polyester raw material, and drying the selected polyester raw material; s2, plasticizing and extruding: placing the polyester raw material subjected to drying treatment in the S1 in a single-screw extruder, and performing plasticizing extrusion to form polyester chips; s3, heating and extending: placing the polyester chip formed in the step S2 in a heating stretcher for heating and stretching to a specified size to form a primary polyester heat-shrinkable film; s4, trimming: trimming the primary polyester heat-shrinkable film formed in S3 to form the polyester heat-shrinkable film; the invention has the beneficial effects that: the preparation method of the polyester heat-shrinkable film is simple and easy to operate, and the produced polyester heat-shrinkable film is environment-friendly and non-toxic, has low cost and strong polymerization effect.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a preparation method of a polyester heat-shrinkable film.
Background
It is known that polyvinyl chloride is widely used as a heat shrinkable film for packaging and labeling because of its good heat shrinkability, which satisfies the packaging requirements of various shaped containers, but its photo-thermal stability and its thermal decomposition product contains dioxin, a carcinogenic substance recognized in the medical field, and therefore, some european countries have been prohibited from using PVC materials, especially for packaging foods and medicines, by law. On the other hand, oriented polystyrene films have uniform heat-shrinkable properties and are easily removed from PET bottles for recycling, but they have problems of poor heat resistance and poor printability. Polyester is also widely used because of its good mechanical, optical and printing properties, and when it is used as an outer label of a PET bottle, it can be recycled together with the body of the beverage bottle, eliminating the procedure of peeling the outer label from the bottle body, thus saving the recycling cost and reducing pollution. Due to the advantages, the polyester material is an ideal substitute for PVC heat shrinkable films. Polyethylene terephthalate is a polyester which does not contain halogen, has low cost, is easy to obtain and has quite wide application, but the pure PET film has very low shrinkage which is not more than 30 days and can not meet the requirement of practical application, and in addition, the conventional PET belongs to linear high molecules and has low molecular weight, so that the melt strength is not large enough, the conventional PET can not permeate blown film processing which has low cost and is suitable for mass production, and therefore, the PET needs to be subjected to copolymerization modification to improve the melt strength and the heat shrinkage. However, the existing manufacturing method for preparing the heat-shrinkable film is not favorable for mass production no matter the price of the finished product and the monomer is relatively expensive, and the development of a preparation method for the polyester heat-shrinkable film is a problem to be solved urgently at present.

The present invention aims to overcome the above-mentioned shortcomings and provide a technical solution to solve the above-mentioned problems.
A preparation method of a polyester heat-shrinkable film comprises the following steps:
s1, drying raw materials: selecting a polyester raw material, and drying the selected polyester raw material;
s2, plasticizing and extruding: placing the polyester raw material subjected to drying treatment in the S1 in a single-screw extruder, and performing plasticizing extrusion to form polyester chips;
s3, heating and extending: placing the polyester chip formed in the step S2 in a heating stretcher for heating and stretching to a specified size to form a primary polyester heat-shrinkable film;
s4, trimming: the primary polyester heat-shrinkable film formed in S3 was trimmed to form the polyester heat-shrinkable film.
As a further scheme of the invention: the polyester raw material is crystalline polyester or copolymerization modified polyester.
As a further scheme of the invention: the internal working temperature of the single screw extruder in S2 was 70-95 ℃.

s1, drying raw materials: selecting a polyester raw material, and drying the selected polyester raw material;
s2, plasticizing and extruding: placing the polyester raw material subjected to drying treatment in the S1 in a single-screw extruder, and performing plasticizing extrusion to form polyester chips;
s3, heating and extending: placing the polyester chip formed in the step S2 in a heating stretcher for heating and stretching to a specified size to form a primary polyester heat-shrinkable film;
s4, trimming: the primary polyester heat-shrinkable film formed in S3 was trimmed to form the polyester heat-shrinkable film.
