Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a beauty instrument using an LED.
In particular to a beauty instrument which irradiates an LED light source to the lower part of eyes and helps to eliminate dark circles.
Background
The cause of dark circles is stagnation due to slow blood flow in the blood vessels of the skin of the eye, mainly due to staying up late, large emotional fluctuation, eye fatigue (asthenopia) and aging. The reason why pigmentation occurs in the eye is that oxygen is not sufficiently supplied to the tissue and metabolites are excessively accumulated in the blood vessel. With age, dark circles become more apparent as the subcutaneous fat around the eyes thins.
Dark circles can be divided into two categories: one type is a blue-green (blue) dark eye due to blood stasis (blood stasis), and the other is a tan (brown) dark eye due to melanin production or incomplete metabolism. The blue-green black eye circles generally occur on people with irregular work and rest, and mainly occur on young people; the yellowish-brown dark circles are associated with an increase in age and are caused by a long-term pigmentation (prolonged exposure to sunlight) around the eyes. There are many reasons for the occurrence of dark circles, for example:
1. hereditary constitution and physiological structure: if blood flows through the aorta at a position where the skin around the eye socket is very thin and there is almost no subcutaneous tissue, dark blue eye halos such as a black eye ring occur under and around the skin surface.
2. Insufficient sleep: since many capillaries exist around the eyes, when the eyes are not sleeping at night and the eyelids are not resting, the blood vessels are continuously and unstably contracted, the blood flow is increased for a long time, and finally blood vessels in the tissues under the eyelids are stagnated and the abdomen is covered with a dark shadow around the eyes.
3. Debilitating with prolonged illness or with immediate recovery from a dangerous condition: since the subcutaneous tissue around the eye is thin and weak, pigmentation is easily formed on the skin, and this easily appears on the upper and lower sides of the eyelid to form a black eye layer.
4. Inflammation: allergic or allergic contact dermatitis occurring around the eye sockets can produce dark circles.
5. Other factors: for example, over-makeup, smoking, aging, irregular menses, late pregnancy, excessive sexual intercourse, partial liver and kidney disease can lead to dark circles.
The eye mask is a thin film similar to a band-aid (woundplast) and has been developed to treat some eye diseases or to solve skin problems around the eyes. The medicine is absorbed by eyes by sticking the non-woven fabric soaked in all the traditional Chinese medicines around the eye sockets, thereby relieving eye diseases. The eyeshade is generally classified into a therapeutic eyeshade and a cosmetic eyeshade.
In the prior art, lilac (lilac) is not applied to the technical field of removing dark circles, and the special and unappreciated pharmaceutical effect of lilac combined with a part of herbal (herbalmedicine) ingredients is not known. Therefore, there is a need to develop an eye mask for removing dark circles, which uses lilac as a main raw material, so as to overcome the defects of the eye mask in the prior art and to quickly fill up the technical blank.
Phototherapy for the treatment of skin diseases is a photomedical technique in which various light sources such as sunlight, laser, fluorescent lamps, and ultraviolet lamps are used to irradiate the skin with light to promote the separation of biochemical reactions in the skin, thereby selectively regenerating or destroying skin tissues to treat damaged skin.
The LED light source can emit light with an appropriate output to a large area of a diseased part, unlike a high-output laser, and a skin treatment technique using the LED light source induces a photo-physical chemical reaction between skin cells by irradiating the LED light source, similar to the principle that sunlight is converted into plant cells by chlorophyll (chlorophyl) in plants.
In the phototherapy using the LED light source, photons (photons) from the LED light source are absorbed by chromospheres (chromospheres) or photoreceptors (photoreceptors) in the cell tissue to promote the metabolic activity of the cells.
Light absorbed by the cells increases ROS and ATP synthesis within the tissue, while cells exposed to red and near infrared light release NO.
Light of a wavelength selected at an appropriate time and period is absorbed by a photoreceptor such as a Cytochrome c oxidase in a cell, and this light decomposes to inhibit NO, promote enzymatic activation, and promote mitochondrial metabolism and ATP generation. Thus, hemoglobin, myoglobin, etc. proteins release additional NO, which will cause a continuous intracellular biochemical reaction.
Finally, the cells are irradiated with LED light, so that the metabolic activity of the whole cells can be activated, and the cells can be regenerated and revived. In addition, the LED light irradiation can promote the generation of collagen and elastin in the skin, inhibit the generation of wrinkles, moisten the skin and ensure high elasticity.
In addition, LED light irradiation exerts a good effect on improvement of skin diseases. For example, when LED light, particularly cyan LED light, is irradiated to a skin area where a acne has grown, bacteria causing acne can be killed, inflammation can be eliminated, and the general state of the skin can be improved.
In addition, pigmentation or skin damage is generally caused on the skin of the face by makeup or sunlight.
In order to improve the pigmentation or skin damage caused by the skin on the face, a mask capable of whitening the skin and improving the damaged skin was invented as in the registered patent No. 1096600.
The shade of the prior art is composed of an outer wall and an inner wall, and a plurality of LEDs which emit light by an external power supply are provided on an inner peripheral surface of the inner wall.
In addition, an elastic band is combined, and the mask provided with the LED can be worn on the face of the user.
Therefore, the elastic band is tightened in a state where the mask provided with the LED is in contact with the face, so that the mask provided with the LED is worn on the face.
When power is supplied to the LEDs of the mask in a state where the mask having the LEDs is worn on the face, the LEDs emit light and perform a whitening effect on the face of a user wearing the mask using the light and improve damaged skin.
That is, the red wavelength (620nm) generated by the LED permeates at a skin penetration depth (1 to 6mm), and thus it has effects of whitening skin, improving wrinkles, cell regeneration, alleviating pain, improving blood circulation, promoting GF (growth factor) and capillary angiogenesis, treating skin inflammation, increasing adaptation rate after fat transplantation, and promoting recovery after micro-plastic (botulinum toxin, filler), thereby promoting skin whitening and skin vitality.
In addition, blue wavelength (415nm) generated by the LED permeates by skin penetration depth (1-2 mm), so that the effects of resisting bacteria, destroying allergy and folliculitis, regulating sebaceous glands, sterilizing skin before operation, improving elimination of light pigment and improving the secretion of acne and sebum are achieved, and acne and skin allergy can be treated.
In addition, the green wavelength (532mm) generated by the LED permeates by the skin penetration depth (1-2 mm), and plays the roles of calming the body and mind and calming sensitive skin.
In addition, the yellow wavelength (532mm) penetrates at the skin penetration depth (1-1 mm), and the effects of improving red tide and erythema, relieving continuous red tide and the like are achieved.
However, the LED mask device according to the related art has a problem in that the face skin is burned by heat generated from the LEDs because the LED is directly in contact with the face when the mask having the plurality of LEDs is worn on the face by the elastic band provided on the mask.
In addition, in the related art, since light of the LED provided to the mask directly penetrates to the eyes of the user, not only a glaring phenomenon occurs, but also a problem of lowering the eyesight due to the LED light occurs, and in order to solve the above problem, it is necessary to additionally wear an eye mask on the face before wearing the mask.
In addition, since the mask is worn on the face by the elastic band, the mask cannot be rotated up and down, and thus, in order to apply the skin cosmetic to the face, the skin cosmetic is applied by removing the worn mask.
In order to solve the above problems, the present inventors have developed the following techniques to be distributed on the market.
The technology is as follows:
a method of manufacturing a cosmetic instrument 100, comprising: a main body molding step (S1) for insert molding a soft main body;
a step of laminating the substrate 23 on the main body, in which the substrate 23 provided with the LED21 and the circuit 22 is laminated on the soft frame 20 on the plane of the main body 10 after the main body molding step (S2);
and a synthetic resin coating step (S3) of, after the step (S2) of laminating the substrate frame 20 on the main body 10, accommodating the main body 10 of the laminated substrate 23 in a molding frame, injecting a soft synthetic resin which is easily adhered to the skin into the molding frame, and coating 30 the substrate.
The board frame 20 is coupled to the LED21 circuit 19 via a connection socket 18 for receiving power from a cellular phone.
In the above structure, the connection socket has the following problems:
the beauty instrument is light, thin and small.
The socket 18 is soldered to the circuit on the side of the beauty instrument, but the soldering operation is complicated, the productivity is low, and the price is increased.
Therefore, products can hardly be sold.
Disclosure of Invention
Solves the technical problem
The present invention is directed to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art and to provide a cosmetic instrument and a connection socket for supplying power to the cosmetic instrument, wherein the connection socket can be attached and detached by magnetic force.
In the above-described technique, when the power supply line is directly soldered to the magnet, the magnetic force of the soldered high-temperature magnet is lost, and thus the function as the magnet is lost.
Accordingly, in order to achieve the object of the present invention, there is provided a technique of interference-fitting a magnet into a container (magnet accommodating groove of the present invention) after soldering an electric wire to the container.

Detailed Description
The structures are illustrated in sequence and other embodiments are understood.
Referring first to the drawings, 1: insert molding refers to a process of molding a metal part by inserting the metal part during molding.
Reference 2: after insert molding of a circuit as a metal part, a socket made of plastic (which cannot be inserted together with the socket because the material melts during the insert molding) and metal is soldered to the circuit by processing (after molding) (see fig. 5).
As described above, the cosmetic instrument 100 is light, thin and small, and the socket is soldered to the circuit on the cosmetic instrument side.
In particular, since soldering is performed by subsequent processing, soldered portions are disordered, and the merchantability is reduced. The present inventors have circulated such products in the market because of the technical deficiencies at that time.
Next, in order to solve the above problems, the structure invented by the inventors is as follows:
the structure includes: in the case of insert molding the cosmetic device 100, the metal terminals 18 are formed in advance on the circuit 22, and then insert molding is performed together with the circuit 22. Of course, the metal terminals 18 need to be exposed to the outside during the insert molding process.
The magnet terminal 40 connected to the metal terminal 18 is interference fitted to the magnet accommodating groove 41.
Thereby attaching the magnet terminals 40, which are interference-fitted in the receiving grooves 41, to the metal terminals 18, the power of the power line connected to the power is supplied to the LEDs 21.
The structure will be described in detail below.
A circuit 22, wherein an LED is connected to the circuit 22, and a metal terminal 18 coupled to the circuit 22 by a magnetic force of a magnet protrudes from the circuit 22; a magnet terminal 40 connected to the metal terminal 18 is provided, and a magnet receiving groove 41 connected to a power supply line is formed so that the magnet terminal 40 is interference-fitted to the magnet receiving groove 41.
One side of the power supply line is connected to the magnet receiving groove 41, and the other side of the power supply line is connected to a power source.
The manufacturing process is explained as follows:
the main body 10 is formed by insert molding after the substrate 23 having the LED21 and the metal terminals 18 provided on the circuit 22 is accommodated in the insert molding frame.
Thereafter, the main body 10 is accommodated in a mold, and then a synthetic resin in the form of gel, which is easily adhered to the skin, is laminated on the main body 10, and then cured (changed from the gel state to the soft state) after a lapse of a certain time, and then the main body 10 is taken out from the mold.
The beauty instrument 100 is completed by the above process.
The metal terminals 18 are small circuits each of which is connected to the two metal terminals 18 and belongs to the circuit.
In addition, two magnet accommodating grooves 41 are formed and connected to the "+" cable.
The magnet terminals 40 are each interference-fitted into the two magnet receiving grooves 41.
The embodiments of the above structure are described as follows:
one side of a cable (corresponding to a power supply line) is connected to a power source, and the other side of the cable is connected to the magnet accommodating groove 41.
In addition, the magnet terminal 40 is interference-fitted into the magnet accommodating groove 41.
In this state, the magnet terminal 40 is attached to the metal terminal 18, and the metal terminal is prevented from being separated from the magnet terminal by the magnetic force of the magnet terminal 40.
Therefore, the power can be continuously supplied.
The magnet terminal 40 is accommodated in a guide member 42 for guiding the metal terminal 18 to the magnet terminal 40.
Therefore, it is easy to guide the metal terminal to the magnet terminal.
The reference numeral 42, whose description is omitted, is a guide member for guiding the metal terminal to the magnet terminal, and 43 is a cover.
